Myself Waqas Mohd Aslam Momin living and working in Saudi Arabia, basically I am Indian citizen.
I have account in 1xbet platform from long time, my account ID [protected] here I made allover loss of around 23000$, so on 1st of September 2023 I was little upset on 1xbet service provider, I send a online chat message throw application to 1xbet customer service asking please help me and check your slot service provider is it really give and big win to customer, and i discussed my financial condition is near to suside. I just express my disappointment.
After this 1xbet block my ID, I am trying to login it again and again but showing error invalid ID or password, then I try to reset my password but not happening. Then I try to new registration with my Indian contact number and it successful create new account "new ID [protected]" this also taken deposit then block for verification purpose.
Now I have two accounts on 1xbet both are not working, in old ID I have loss of 23000$
In new ID my first deposit available.
I am mailing 1xbet on [protected]@1xbet-team.com, [protected]@1xbet.com, [protected]@1xbet-team.com to unblock my old ID but not getting and reply.
In last I want to say 1xbet should unblock my old ID [protected] and delete my new new ID [protected] and refund my available balance.
Desired outcome: 1xbet should unblock my old ID [protected] and delete my new new ID [protected] and refund my available balance. Also check my old ID why I am not getting and big win in 3oaks after big losses
