My problem is that support either does not want to solve my problem, or does not want it to be solved at all. All i say here have proofs on my screenshots.

I Registered in 1xbet when i was in Republic of Kazakhstan, on my own local number, which belongs to me according to the documents.

I Deposited money fist time via Webmoney system 1515$ & ordered withdrawal once (successfully) same amount after winning. After that, I made bets, lost, won, replenished my account several more times, until I got positive balance.

After I decided to withdraw the money again, the problems started. I was asked to write them an email to solve a problem with my account.

To verify the authenticity of my personal data, I was asked for photographs of my documents. All this I have successfully provided. Then I was asked for screenshots from webmoney , which I also successfully provided. After that, the support service requested a photo where I keep my documents against the background of conversation with them, I had to take these photos twice, because the first time they didn’t like something.

Then they asked why I registered several accounts in their system (this is not so). I said that I don’t have any accounts, to which I received a question about some kind of person (Baimukhambetov Nurdaulet), to which I said that I don’t know such a person. Asking why this question - I also did not receive an answer.

After that, a series of requests for various documents continued, from paid utility bills to snls, inn (tax id in russia). The account was never unlocked. Today they asked me for a photo with the inscription they needed on a piece of paper and today's date. I sent all this to them, to which I received a letter that I need to go to my personal account and go through the procedure there (without specifying which one). In my account, I saw that I was blocked and I needed to file an appeal, which made me scared, because I provided everything and did nothing.

Now im here & asking 1xbet support team to contact me directly with normal answers on my mails and unlock account & then withdraw money.
