I create my account in the month of may by using One click registration option. I also made deposit. But without any cause security Department block my account with my deposited money.

After this reply they are not reply me till now even no one help me.

They sent that reply in 17 may 2022 and now its 27 june 2022.

I also contacted in the Facebook page massage they are same also. They also received my documents but not replying me.

Hi sir/mdm, I was playing crash and has been a loyal customer to 1xbet contributing a lot to your earnings

I experienced several technical glitches over the past month and decided to screen record for evidence in case I decide to dispute.

Also there were 3 occasions where after placing my stake, it indicated as accepted, but a pop up error msg indicated the game is unavailable but my bet was accepted and i could do nothing but watch it crash and lose. I did not screen record those as it never happened before.

Today, 23 June, at 10:19, I clearly clicked cash out before the crash. Significantly earlier before the crash. However, it indicated as a loss. I contacted support by chat and email with video evidence and they had the atrocity to reply me saying that there were no technical issues. I’m not a sore loser but this is unfair practice.

Today, after opening an account and depositing money, they closed my account. They are scammers. Do not play in it.

I already made a withdraw request 11 days ago and when I ask the 1xbet support team, What's the problem, they answer me the method I choose for withdraw has a problem. But actually when I deposit from that system it's working fine. This is absolutely trust abusing.

This company has sent emails which have now been forwarded to the bank as they told me the withdrawal of my emergency funds which were deposited they are now asking me to deposit again and then stake (which doesn't guarantee a return) to be able to access my own funds.

I just want what is rightfully my money as I have not made any profit on this site but I have a stuck deposit that this company will not give me back

They wont let me withdraw using gcash even if I used gcash for deposit.. They would tell me they have technical issues using gcash even if gcash has no problem. 1xbet is the biggest online betting site scammer. They will let you deposit but if you win they wont let you withdraw.

Hello my account 3 1 0 8 1 7 5 8 7 has been blocked for more than a year yet I complied with the demands by their security department including handing them ALL the requested documents which included photos of me holding my ID next to my face, but they kept on asking for the 3rd... 4th...5th time (lost count) to which I kept sending.

Eventually, I felt I was trapped in a loop with no progress at all. So I came to conclude that I was not going to send anything anymore, I was just going to ask them to work on what they have to deduce a verdict on my case, apparently nothing has been done.
