I recently signed up to this company and after awhile I decided i wanted to withdraw my money. I was asked to provide documents which I complied, kept telling my documents are not legit without any clarification whatsoever despite me sending my original unedited documents. Every effort to convince them has been futile right now my money is being held by them illegally. I didn't redeem any of their bonuses nor did I win anything.

By mistake I wrote 1000 rs as deposit I request to kindly issue the deposit asap

It's my 2nd day with 1xbet ID : [protected] now I've deposit 180$ by Cash agent EPOS and 10$ by perfectmoney and when i try to withdrawal funds they refused to send it to perfectmoney and I've to withdrawal it by Cash Agent, and when i contact with the agent he told me that he havent money at this moment and i have to wait few days and today he told me that he didn't work anymore with 1xbet and i can't withdraw money by him so i contact 1xbet customer services they told me he is the only way to withdrawal money and refused to send it to another method so i told them i can deposit from another method so i can withdraw to it but they refused too
Now i have 500$ stucked because they didnt help
I've deposit by easy way but when i want to withdraw they asked me to verify my account and send my id and screenshots and I've done all instructions and they refused too
So why should i do now?

I have made a mistake and wrote 1000 rs inspite of 10000 rs as deposit which might have sent the money to your suspense account

I have also shared the bank debit statement where you can find the transaction debuted from my account.

Your representative in india and customer service is not even responding to my emails which seems very unprofessional.

Kindly look into the matter as in case of no action i shall seek help from consumer court and cyber fraud in india .

Upon withdrawing my money, the security told me to send the documents needed in order for me to withdraw my winnings. The process took days before they officially said that my request is processed. I have sent all of my ID documents even my birth certificate. Then later on they asked me to log in to my account using pc, so I did. Then I don't even know why my account is blocked I didn't even do anything that is against the law. Kindly help me how to deal with this problem.

Yesterday when I was asked to upload the document to security team for the second time because I have done that earlier last month and my account was verified. I was surprised to receive the message again. I submitted everything they asked of and I was told my account is under Verification that I should log in with a PC surprisingly, after logging in what I could see is a block appeal.
