Good day, im Adetunji Oyeniyi Olabisi by name. A Match with Accumulator No: [protected] 89 between Albania v Hungary, played on 5/09/2021 at 17 hours of the day, in which i predicted on second half substitution to take place won but mark as loss for me.

So the first substitution came in second have of the match 46mint when second half of the match started.

Registered on this site on may 2 2017.
Deposited 2k, did some bets until my balance reached about 4000$.
Then they voided all bets and blocked my account.
They asked: id card, selfie with monitor with their email and documents in hand, screens of skrill account, utility bill.
i sent all documents and they accepted.
Then they asked me to send via regular postmail (not tracked), a notarized copy of my id card, and all other documents already sent.
I sent over the years at their two different addesses provided (one in russia, one in ukraine), what they asked (i think 4 or 5 times total), and they always telling me "we are awaiting your documents".
after 4 years they keep my money yet.

Greetings since yesterday I'm trying to withdraw from my 1xbet account but I can't fine mtn mobile money to withdraw

Last friday 27.08.2021 I deposited srilankan rupees 225000 (lkr).. After deposit my account instantly blocked.. Cant play games or bet.. I emailed 1xbet security department and all reqested document sended.. Then saturday my 1xbet account was full blocked.. I cant login.. Security department no reply.. Still my deposit amount is not refunded.. I need my money.. My 1xbet user id [protected]..

On 15th August 2021, I had a problem withdrawing my winnings from 1XBet into my bank account as there is no option available when you want to withdraw but it is easy for them to deduct from the very same bank account. I went on the Chat option to seek help. I was advised to send an email to their Security. They told me many different stories but the two main ones were;
1. There are technical problems making it impossible for me to withdraw
2. They asked me to send my ID document which I did, but all the methods I tried are unacceptable to them. You can't email, you can't scan, you can't take screenshots. I basically do not now what to do anymore. But I will not let them keep my winnings, unless they are truly a scam.

After they said I should snap holding my id card and my laptop showing the corespondent which I did.. After that they block my account.. So sad about that.. They block email conversatio also..

Once you're requested documents you're done, going by the threads of complains on this wall it seems it's something so often. They'll accuse you of providing fallsified documents even if they are original like mine. Worst thing all their blah blah blah are automated and are not willing to burge no matter how many times you try to convince them.
