One month passed trying to withdraw my fund. And they are playing with me they don't respond and when they did they always asked for more documents. And when I provide the documents they don't respond.
I tried to use my credit card for withdrawal i got message says rejected by operator they told me try another method and I did through MuchBetter app.
Now they asked for verification. I sent the documents they need for verdicts since 3 days today they replied try your bank card which they know it's rejected by operator.

On 15th August 2021, I had a problem withdrawing my winnings from 1XBet into my bank account as there is no option available when you want to withdraw but it is easy for them to deduct from the very same bank account. I went on the Chat option to seek help. I was advised to send an email to their Security. They told me many different stories but the two main ones were;
1. There are technical problems making it impossible for me to withdraw
2. They asked me to send my ID document which I did, but all the methods I tried are unacceptable to them. You can't email, you can't scan, you can't take screenshots. I basically do not now what to do anymore. But I will not let them keep my winnings, unless they are truly a scam.
