I deposited money and didnt recieve and i follow the steps of refund with email and i do refund 4 times before and with hard and too long wait and then they refunded the deposit
but now i made i deposite and after 20 days they answered me with refund process and told me to reply them after the new refund process and i did this step before and the immediately or maybe an hour replied me and money came back after a day
but i do reply the new refund process as they asked is done and still didnt answer me for 4 days so i need to take action on the processing team and make them work fairly and my friend happend to him the same issue and got his money back after 7 days
I need you yo take action on the team i dont care with the money its not a such big number of money but the idea that i do send email for my friend bcz was a lot of money so they took care of his mail not mine bcz the high deposit and didnt follow the sequence of delivered email and so ignored my mail and dont tell me they were busy replying to many emails they dont work fairly and need to change the staff who dont work perfectly
