This was the last post:

"Both times I have win out big they have prolonged my withdrawal as much as they can. The first time I was playing while waiting and ended up losing it all back. Then my verification came through.

Second time, which is now, they have requested extra documentations and keeps claiming mine are invalid, 70 emails back and forth and only robotic answers

Desired outcome: To withdraw my money"

AFTER 2 WEEKS

This is not resolved at all, 1xbet is just stalling out all my payments by blaming on the payment system, and not fixing it after 2 weeks.

These are the few rules they force hostage my money ( My overall deposit is even greater than the withdrawal)

1. You can only withdraw from the way you deposit in my case visa.

2. You can withdraw only proportionally to your original deposit, hence they will encourage you by verifying new method so they receive even more money but when you make an withdrawal, they limit you down.

3.The payment systems denies you in all sort of ways. Payment Error, Suspected Fraud etc.

4. When the payment system is broken, they have all sort of ways including making it looks like the cookies is bugged, you will just have to wait for it to come back on (Good luck waiting for it to break again)

5. If you reach out to their teams, trust me I have messaged everybody including the one above, they suggest you either to try again, or make new payment method (ref to pt2), and live chat is worse, if you insist they dont work, they force close your conversation.

6. I have to log in everyday to check if my withdrawal is successful or not (they make a few go through everyday and breaks down after around 5k usd), I have made 400+ withdrawal requests over the 2 weeks and maybe 40 went through, this is a way that they bait you into playing more and stall you and you will have a greater chance of ending up losing all your money, I have done that a few times before this time i type. I have learnt my lessons to stand my ground and not play the game, if any of you out there is having the same problem reading this, i strongly suggest you to do the same and not go greedy with your winnings, they will put you on a long road on withdrawing, now i am out of option but to write.

After 3 weeks you hostaged my account with minimal withdrawal everyday, now I have completely lost my 300k USD, I know your wonderful strategy of forcing customers to gamble by not refunding their winnings but having to logging on to withdrawal everyday. This is truly very disappointing, having to contact everyday and trying to withdraw but got nothing out of it.

Then you come up with all kind of [censored] excuses even blaming on my bank. Good that I am actually keen enough to call the bank up and clarify I have no limit on card withdrawals.

Then you tell me to contact that stupid security team with robotic automatic replies. Add ways of funding.Then restricting you down for deposit proportion

The bank tells me card had always been fine, then you will claim bug in the system not my bank now this time you gave up. But then I will have to wait for your original way of deposit to be “fixed” . Trust me, I have done 100 emails with the security team already, just so you know. Just trying to stall out so people have higher chance to gamble, I get you now.

Youre just trying to capture every bit of people’s fortune and not letting them to withdraw to bait people into gambling more and more. At least I don’t have to deal with such a [censored] company anymore.

If the case isn’t as I described, you guys are just completely useless with helping people to withdraw and just trying to confront customers in a damn loop. Either way, the team is totally useless.

PR team is just to stall you out, I am sure this is not legitimate by law and if complaintsboard.com has any lawful advices against such improper company with such low strategy, please contact me and let’s bring this forward.
