payments and their "system"
First, I was a loyal aaron customer, in austin, tx. Bought many, many, many items. Due to family death, had to move to ok to help out. Went to the nearest (At that time) aaron in yukon, ok. They were very eager to do business when they ran my credit check (< — ) they say they don't... Seeing I was a long time customer. Here's the catch... I received my tax refund. I wanted to pay off my tv, so I called first (Ice and snow on ground) to make sure what I was going to do worked. I ask, "if I pay 3/4 of my account off, I will owe _ (I said my balance), he said"yes". I said I know I would still get charged interest on the balance, but.. I would pay that next paycheck. They took my payment, ran it through (Telechek) and that was that... But... When I ask for a receipt with my balance.. That's when all the crap floated to the surface. Apparently, now after the payment, I owed more than when I walked in the door? The store manager, who I had spoke to on the phone, who lied to me, says,"oh our system is set to take half your payment towards principle and half towards interest... What? So, I pre-pay interest? He acted like it was quite funny... And said that's the way the system works! At that point, I said, I want my payment back. He says, "we can void it, but... Get this... Telechek will keep it tied up for 5-7 days! That's not what telechek told me when I called... So.. I had to spend money for a stop payment! Aaron's need to wake up and realize that we are the customers and we pay their paychecks, keep them in business and are the back bone of rental! I will never buy another aaron's product as long as I live! They are rip-off artist (With a license to steal from customers!)

furniture arrived damaged, and has not been replaced
I rented a living room set from Aarons Furniture in St. Petersburg, Florida on 11/15/09. When it arrived, one of the tables was damaged as well as one of the lamps. I immediately called the store and was told they would be replaced. On December 15th, I went into the store to make a payment, spoke with the General Manager, who assured me that I would receive a new table the next day and the lamp would be delivered as soon as it became available. Well, today is 1/14/10, and I still have not received the lamp or table. I have made several calls to the store and the General Manager has not returned my phone calls.

rudeness
Let me tell you about Aaron's I have purchased a bedroom set, bunk beds, big screen TV, washer & dryer, 2 other TV’s, 2 computers and a wii. I currently owe them on a one TV only.
I have been late on merchandise twice with them. The one time I was late I received 100's of phone calls and knocks on my door. Then the manager of the store (Lance) comes in his own personal vehicle and knocks on my door. He proceeds to tell me I need to make a payment. I give him a check that he can cash by Friday and he agrees that this will take care of the problem. He proceeds to tell me what am I going to do about the next payment and he insists that I give him a postdated check for the next payment. I tell him I am not comfortable with this because of the current issues I am having. He informs me if they can not cash the check just to call them and he won't. So, guess what I had issues. I call the store and tell them not to put through the check. Well you can all guess the outcome. The check was put through and did not clear. I was pissed. Not only did it not clear now they are trying to charge me for the return check.
During this time I informed Lance via mail that I would be paying all products off the first of Jan which was 3 weeks away. He proceeded to tell me this was not an option and that he was coming to pick up the merchandise. Well this was crap. I had purchased numerous things from this company and never had too many problems, but boy you become a little late and the customer service just sucks. They become rude, sarcastic, and just unprofessional.
I call the general manager and he did something because I can tell you I got no more calls and no more knocks until I went in to pay off merchandise, but here comes the next situation.
I go in to pay off the merchandise that I owed on: a TV, dryer, wii, & computer. I was told my pay off was $1, 235 to pay it all off. I go to make the payment & the gentleman wants to charge me $500 more than what I was told. This was pure crap. Furthermore the TV account was closed and that either I will need to hang around the store for an hour until the account is reopened or I will need to come back to pay off the TV on Monday. I proceed to pay off everything else, but the TV. During this time I tell the manager he needs to get with his GM and figure out what the hell is going on because I was quoted $1235 to pay off everything. He said he would and would let me know.
5 days later I call the store and try to figure out what was going on and I am told they are working on it and getting back to me. 2 days later I am called and told I misunderstood the quote and I need to pay the difference, but they have lowered it to $350. I tell them to give me a couple weeks and I will pay the balance off.
We can all guess what happens next. They start calling me for payment 5 times a day on my house phone and 5 times a day on my cell. Then 2 days later I start getting knocks on my door over a TV. I call them again tell them again the discussion and they play dumb. This is unbelievable. Well they can keep knocking I will be at there store to pay them off in 2 more weeks, but my fear is now they are leaving these stupid little notes on my door saying a 10 charge each time they come out. They are trying to rip me off.
Now today they not only knocking at my door for 20 minutes, but they wiggled my door knob to see if it was unlocked and they also were peeking in my windows. Isn’t that an invasion of my privacy and illegal? Does anyone know?

I have personally met Lance and have not had any problems that could not be resolved. Would you be happy if you rented something like a house to someone and they were continually late on their rent? I don't think so. You made the agreement to pay...period. Stop your whining and be a responsible adult. They are a business, not a charity. They seemed to have worked with you, but you were CONTINUALLY giving them a hassle and couldn't live up to your end of the bargain. I am not fan of these places, but when we moved, it kept my kids in clean, affordable, designer beds. You should take some money management courses instead of wasting your time talking about companies attitudes when YOU fail to pay them over and over. Aaron's is not what i would consider a great place to buy things off over a long period of time unless you pay the 120 days same as cash or take over the lease on someone else's product. They apply what the previous owner paid toward your pay off. Grow up.
Just a FYI,
I went into that location recently and it appears that they have all new workers. I wonder what happened?

bait and switch fraud
I bought a brand new washer, and dryer from Aarons rental, in March of 2008. In July the washer quit after filling. They expected me to scoop the water while I had pneumonia. I refused!
Three days later they finally showed up. They gave me a used "loaner". I called them, including "headquarters" twice a week and got very rude service. Finally, I talked to Aaron. He said the part that needed to be fixed, was more expensive than it was worth and I had to keep the loaner. May of 2009, I bought another new one at Lowe's.

got no idea how to treat their customers
Not only are we having an extreme problem with Aaron Rents RCA 52" televisions it is occurring in our neighboring states as well. We have been excellent customers, and we are treated like we are garbage. This is not the first time I have leased an item from Aarons, but it will be the last. The tv I purchased was still in the box completely sealed when I picked it out. It was delivered to my house in the same sealed box. We waited 7 months for them to return our tv from the repair of the tv turning off and not coming on by itself. When they finally returned the tv the same problem started again within 2 hours of its delivery! We have been leasing this tv for over a year now, and have only had it in our possession for about 2 months due to the time it takes aarons to repair and return it to us. In the meantime we have had a RCA loaner television and have not had one moments trouble from it. For the outrageous price I agreed to pay I expect top notch customer service. The manager has went as far as blaming the repairman, saying the model is no longer carried by Aarons (I now know why), and telling me (even though it is stated completely different in my contract) that we have a 2 year extended warranty that aarons purchases on all their products. All of these excuses I have been given are lies. I just happen to know someone that works at that store. I have a witness that has told me that on both occasions when they pick up my tv and keep it for months it just sets in the back of the store until they are tired of hearing me ask when it will be returned to me. I want something done or we will be on our way to court. We work hard for every dime we make, and we do not intend to just give it to aarons because they sell faulty products! What they do not realize is that we have enough proof do go to court and get back every dime. I am so frustrated with them at this point I will spend more to go to court then it is worth just to prove my point and get some long awaited justice! I am going back to Rent A Center where they know how to treat their customers!

I agree with you. I beleive Aarons charges to much for the merchandise. They do not fix it right. They treat their employees and customers like stupid people. Do not shop at Aarons.
bad customer service
I am a customer with aarons have purchased a washer and dryer from aarons before i got into this agreement witrh them about my furniture. I have 3 more months to pay on the furniture. they came and got the furniture 12/11/09 saying i owe 407.00. past due of 181.00 and i have to month in advance. I feel that is very heartless being that i have invested over...

I bought a recliner from Aaron's back in October when they were having their recliner sale, they had listed 3 different recliner's good, better, best, for I believe 49.00, 59.00 and 69.00 dollars respectively. I wanted the best, but all my store had was one of the good recliners in stock. So I bought the good model, it broke in one two weeks later, it took them two weeks to come and get it to fix it as they said. Then they had it for two more weeks to repair it. They brought it back after 3 attempts to collect their November payment, which I refused to pay, since I did not have the chair. Needless to say it broke again less than 2 weeks later, I called them back and now they want to sell me the Best Model recliner but want a payment of $109.00 a month in stead of the $69.00 it was originally advertised for. This should be illegal in my opinion.

your customer service skill at your bandera store are not good they are rude and do not try to work with you at all and the reps say anything to get you in the store to sign up and the GM is so rude when you try to talk to him he make ou want to get rude and curse at him they should not lie and take your MONEY AS A DOWNPAYMENT to wait on them to apporve you 4 days after they took your money thats just bad customer service and makes you miss out on other good truthful deals. and when you tell them they you have family member that your not on good terms with but they still ask you for there number then doesnt that tell you they are looking for a reason to not apporve you like seriously dudes get your ### together and run your store right
I think ur spacing is off a little, didn't they teach u that at nyu? Funny u spend time on a complaint blog for rent to own furniture trashing a veteran who helped give u the right to be able to do so, loser... Go back to ur usual loser activities...
Are u really that dissatisfied with urself as to complain about my grammar, u have assets from nyu, and spend time on a complaints blog about rent to own furniture
I wish I'd read this 2 weeks ago, they only had one in stock and I got it. Each time I lay back all the way it seems to go further and further? I almost feel upside down if it doesn't throw me upright. I went in and was told they would replace it with the chair of my choice. I had them to order a leather one that has massage & heat with a manual lever instead of electric. It also has a compartment on one side with freezer cold packs for keeping a cold red bull inside, lol. I really hope I'm not disappointed with the price. I will make sure to take my return with me and have it canceled before signing a new contract. Thanks so much for the info!
I bought 2 of the 69.00 a month Franklin Power recliner and the first broke in 9 months and now the other is and I only have 3 or 4 payments left. The first one I had was going to take them 2 1/2 months to fix and I told them I no longer wanted it cause all the trouble. The area manager ask me to plz give them another chance. Now Im waiting on a call to see how long it will take them to come look at it. There alot more to the story. Anyways I will warn anyone not to do business with them unless you don't care if you have a warranty and you don't mind the run around if there is a problem.
crappy service
I'm not one of those complaining about not being able to make
my payments and them not working with me. We budgeted and KNEW we could make the payments, if we couldn't we wouldn't have done it. The main reason we decided to pay more for what we were getting was to BUILD credit. Payments are not the issue of my complaint...
My husband and I just got a new apt in early Oct. We decided we wanted to get new furniture, so we went and found some great deals and value city furniture and hanes, but when we applied, we didn't have enough credit. We were kind of discouraged, but then my husband found Aaron's and we went and checked it out. The furniture was far more expensive than what we looked at and the other stuff was better, but our options were limited and we figured it would still be a good way for us to build credit so we decided to do it anyways.
We went in, found a black leather loveseat and couch that we really liked and decided thats what we wanted to get, it was what we were looking for. ( we even got a rug and a mattress! but those aren't an issue). Well, we went over our contract, signed it and got an appt set up for delivery. When our furniture was delivered to us, we noticed that there was a large rip in the arm of the chair and that it was dirty. We realized we'd gotten the floor model from the store- it had the exact same rip which we'd noticed when we were in the store, but we thought we were getting new ones.Furthermore, they hadn't even bothered to wipe it down or ANYthing.. it was pretty disgusting to think about how dirty it was and how it looked.. that amazed me, as far as business practices go... Well, we were a little ticked that we weren't verbally notified that we were getting the floor model but our contract DID say we were paying for used merchandise, so we figured ok.. that's our fault, even though they didn't tell us- it's in our contract.( although I honestly can't believe they were charging THAT MUCH for used merchandise! it was outrageous). So we talked to them and were told BY a manager that he didn't know about the rip and he apologized- but let me tell you.. we noticed it as soon as we saw the couches, it was about an inch long, and a couple of centimeters open.. and its white stuff inside on a black couch.. it was very noticable- but he apologized, said he was unaware of the rip and said we could get new ones..for get this.. ONLY $20 more a month! What?! It was crazy. We were pretty upset that wasn't offered to us in the first place. We're confident they knew about the rip and no one would get them, so they just didn't specify which ones we were getting and didn't offer us to gt new ones, and were just trying to get rid of the floor set they had. I was pretty upset at that point. So we made the decision to get a new set and just pay the extra per month. We were told they were being ordered and set a new date for swap-out. Well..they only deliver "before 3" and "after 3"... that's as much of a time frame as you get. We were set for a wednesday, but had to reschedule for thursday, so tuesday we called to reschedule and were told we were good to go... so we set it for thursday after 3, but they stop delivering at 5 so we called at 4:55 when it still wasn't there and asked about the delivery and were put on hold back and forth.. asking who we spoke with and what the deal was, and finally we were told that no one had changed our scheduled delivery to that day. We were again, slightly upset but we try not to be jerks, although we were frustrated.. THEN we were told our new furniture, for which we HAD a delivery date- was never ordered... Then we were pretty pissed.. how can you NOT order furniture, but set up a delivery date? and THEN we were told it was discontinued and we wouldn't be able to order new ones at all... And this was a manager who had "ordered" our couches and set the delivery date.. So at that point, we had just had it. They told us they would have another manager call us in about 30 mins. (He makes all the orders and things that are put through). He called us, and luckily was very nice, as we were also, we were just frustrated. I'm not sure what happened, but apparently when they put the order in, he told aaron's to call us and they didn't. And then- he tells us it's NOT discontinued, and he offers us a sectional, which we'd pay twice as much for in the long run- i told my husband absolutely not.. they're not getting any more of our money- I don't want to deal with them any longer than we have to, and then he says ok we can get new ones of what we already had- like we had planned. He said the loveseat would take longer than the couch, but we were just happy to have it resolved. He also knocked off the amount we would be paying extra, so we're still paying the used price for the new merchandise which was nice, and we were happy with that. We got our couch, and everything's been good. Then wednesday I get a call saying that our loveseat is in. The manager (again) sets us up for friday before 3. Today is friday and its 3:40... I called at 3, because my husband said it hadn't come yet, and I would have waited, except for our prior situation so I called right at 3. The lady I spoke with just says "oh yeah they still comin' " Oh... thanks for the clarification.. So I said, well we were set for before 3, so do you have a timeframe or ballpark or anything? And she just says no, but they're still comin' today. So let me get this straight.. My husband already had to wait all morning and early afternoon for you guys to be there, and now he'll have to end up wasting his entire day waiting on you guys becuase you cant get there in the 6 hours you are given? If you can't make it- don't schedule it! It's not fair. Believe it or not, we DO have other things to do with our time. It's not like you can call the delivery guys on their cell phones or anything..(which I know for a fact they can do).
I cannot tell you how happy I will be when I don't have to deal with the idiots at that store that never know what's going on.. Maybe not ALL of them are that way, but the one in newport news on mercury blvd is terrible and I absolutely don't recommend going there. If I had known what I know now, I would have just kept the one crappy piece of furniture we had. Maybe if they were isolated incidents, but it's just one after teh other and there's no communication, bad business practice, and they pretend to have good customer service when they talk to you but they never follow through with anything. It's been pretty awful.

unprofessional
I'm a very loyal customer to Aarons. I usually buy all my products for the Macon location, but me and me husband recently bought a house in Forayth. When I went to the store I picked out a very nice living room set. But I didn't purshase it that same day. I actually waited until my husband went by to look at it.About a week later I purshesd it and has gadcit for about four months know. The young lady who sold it to me was very nice. Actually her name is De De...but make a long store short ice been having some fibanical problems so this same young lady began to call my house about a payment that was due...I told her my problem and she agreeed to work with me. So I made a payment a week later so now everything was back on track.. Two days after I made my payment I get another call from her about my payment. I told her I had made my payment and she aplogized and we hung up. About an hour later the phone rings and it was private # so I didn't answer. My husband asnerrd but he didn't abswr until about 5 rings. So we picked up at the same time and I heard her on the other line telling my husband to meet her after she got off at the Green Durby Hotel.. I left the house right after he left and followed him and there she was there waitingbom him.. I was so hurt to find put that this young lady was sleeping with my husband . How unprofessinal can you get., I'm tired of get calling his cell phone at all times of the night. De de leave my husband alone and find your own man. Why are you trying to break up a happy home?

refused to pick up
I took off work so aarons could pick up their furniture I was returning due to extremely poor customer serivce. I called the company even to confirm they were coming and they did not even show up nor did they all. N ow, they will need to pick up on the hours I am available and I will no longer take time from work to accommodate them. I will let the police know before I set the items on the street.

I was in the process of purchasing a complete bedroom suite and a 32" television from Aarons and they would not work with me on a late payment until my nxt paycheck so they therefore sent one 1 individual in the pouring rain to pick these items up so they can resell this merchandise after it has been taken out of my house in the pouring rain. i agree with all the complaints that i have read so far aarons is rediculous. if you are a day late they have someone calling you at 8 in the morning and if you dont return that call in two days they send someone to your house. i was late on a payment and they sent someone to my house. i wasnt there at the time so they left and they continued to call me. i sent my husband with half the payment and he told them that i would pay the other half when i got paid the following week. they didnt except the payment and they told my husband that either i paid them all of it or they were going to pick up my washer and dryer. well i didnt have all of it at the time so we didnt pay it. we went home and it wasnt even 20 minutes after we got home and they showed up to our house. we had some money put aside in our daughters bank account so we had to borrow from that. the next time came along and my payment wasnt even due yet and the were calling again and its not just once they call its like 4 times a day to my house phone and my cell phone. it has gotten so bad that now there starting to call me private. i dont not know why this hasnt been put a stop to. what is so damn special about this company that the can treat people like this . all i want to do is pay them off so they will leave me the hell alone. i would never reccomend this company to anyone.

I deal with a franchise Arron's and again been threaten with the cops had the police at my house while my son was having a birthday party. After telling them to pick this up Monday and they agreed then show up during my sons birthday party and have the cops come as well. needless to say the left with nothing that day and now they are telling me I am facing criminal charges and will not give me the owners name or phone number at all. this is a sad company with wrong collection practice. I WIL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND WARN EVERYONE IN PRINCETON WV NOT TO DO BUSINESS AS WELL
Aarons is a joke. I've been paying on two computers sense April (09) its supposed to be up April (10) I missed one payment and they wouldnt work with me. They always tell me communication with us and we will help out which ever we can. ###. They have been up my ### non stop and i've been making payment plans with these fools. Im finaly puttin my foot down after my husband (whoe's over seas) called and said as soon as i get my debt card in the mail i'll make the payment i have no other way to send it. I told them today to come pick up the computer (which they were supposed to last week and no one showed up) so im making them come get the computer and im taking them to court. They are going to lose everything they have and frankly i do not care. Im sick of the way they treat there customers, they way they talk. they are so dang rude. You could be the happiest person and they still treat you like crap. It really doesnt matter how much money you make to them. Nor if you a single mom at the time either. Im stopping it guys. Aarons will no longer be aloud to rent nor sell anything ever again once im done with them.
Aaron's is a joke. I made a payment and made more than was owed. I asked them to put the rest of it towards my next payment. They harrassed me over $14. Then I was threatened numerous time with arrest warrants if I didn't return the merchandise. After I gave them a day I would be in, the District Manager from ther Corporate Office threathened me with other charges. For people, especially managers, to treat there customers this way is uncalled for. They have very poor customer service. They talk over the customer and show the customer no respect at all. This incident not only has made me not want to do business with them, but I refuse to refer anyone to them. No one should be treated that way. Michael Waltrip shoud disassociate himself from there Corporate Name.
Lousy customer service

My sister and I went into Aaron’s Rental on 2430 S Harrison Rd., Tucson the other day. We were looking into renting to own a couch and television. We spoke with a real nice lady and we got all the paper work filled out on our part. The lady said all she needed to do was call a couple references, finish up the paper work, and we would be good to go. My sister and I decided to go shop around Big Lots while we were waiting. While in Big Lots, the lady called for us to come back over to sign the paper and told us it shouldn’t be to much longer. We went back to Big Lots and shortly after we got another call from Aaron’s Rental. The lady said the items she told us that were 20% off were no longer going to be. Her whole attitude changed and there was a man raising his voice in the background, speaking of work experience. I told my sister to just tell the lady to forget it. None of it was making sense and everything was just fine less than 10 minutes before her call.
My sister and I went to 3 different stores that same day and were approved at each one. We were really curious what the issue was with Aaron’s Rental on Harrison when there was no issue anywhere else. I saw an Aaron’s sale flyer and decided to call. I ended talking with Steven the manager. (He wouldn’t give me his last name) I told him I had been in the store the other day and explained to him what happened. He said he remembered me. He said I didn’t have income. I told him that I was 33 years old and I have been permanently disabled since 2000. And I would have a income for life. He said that he don’t rent to disabled because they don’t meet the income requirements. I asked him why the other stores were fine with my income. He said that he also don’t like to rent to low income people because his furniture comes back damaged. I asked him what he meant by that. He said that lower class people seem to damage more property than others. I still could not see why my disability check and my sisters income was not enough. I have went to rent a center before with just using my income. I told him maybe I needed to call corporate. He said that was his store, he is the boss, and not corporate or anyone else decides who he is going to rent to but him. Because I told him I had a CPO on a man in another state and I don’t give out my address freely to everyone. He said that he didn’t want to wonder where his furniture was every 4 months. I have a year lease where I live and I do not move every 4 months. My point was that I did not know a lot of people that new my exact address. He was getting madder on the phone and said he was standing by his decision not to rent to me. His words were “like you said your disabled, on 33 years old. So when you die I will have $2000 worth of furniture just sitting there.” He said that by not renting to people like us that is how he keeps his job. He would not give me his last name. I asked repeatedly. I was crying so hard I had to hang up and run to the bathroom to vomit. I have history of seizures. I ended up having a seizure and my sister had to come home from work.

Bed mattresses
About 2 months ago i had purchased a bed set from aarons and just recently i ha found bed bugs in my mattress and then in my sons crib. I will be calling the district office and having them give me 2 months free as well as brand new matresses and i will be calling osha as well to let them know how nasty their store is and that they dont check their product before reselling them.

I have also rented a used living room set and we were itching and scratching. It recently got bad. We have been to doctors and hospital's bc we were sick and breaking out badly. Nothing has worked. I contacted them in reference to this infestation and they said since most of the infestation is in the upper part of the house it is not their fault. I will be filing a law suit against them.
I totally agree with you about Aarons, We also purchased a mattress and bed set from there in July, We had been getting bitten at night and couldn't figure out what it was. We thought maybe in the Summer, Mosquitoes were getting in because we would occasionally open the window to get some fresh air in. It is now January, and of course you know there is no mosquitoes in this time of year. We discovered the mattress had bedbugs! They came out to inspect it and stated that the mattresses were new when we got them 5 months ago. They refuse to admit that the product was used and on top of that they were charging us for a "new" mattress. I should have known that when they bought the mattress to us with no plastic wrap from the factory. One of the employees slipped up and said that they had to take the plastic off because it was a mattress on the showroom floor so people could feel and see the quality. QUALITY! So in other words, they were not new but "slightly" used! They will be picking up there product and I will let everyone in the world know about this! This is unacceptable, I have lost sleep several nights since I found out what in the world was eating me up while I was asleep. Never again will I rent anything from anywhere. #TOTALLYTURNEDOFBYAARONS!
lol thats what you get for renting to own
Awful company
Me and my wife leased a 52 inch TV from aarons half way through our TV stopped working. aarons brought us a loaner TV after a few days(3)it was the same model except it was used and had damage to the screen, after only two months later the loaner TV did the same thing as the first one.we contacted aarons and was told they didn't have any loaner TV's at this point we were a couple payments ahead so we asked about transferring are account to a different TV.the manager told us that would be ok. when we get there and pick out the new TV which was about the same price overall as the first one we were told that we had to pay fifty-five dollars in order to be current on the new TV.when asked why we were told that they would only credit about four months to the new TV, she would not tell us a specific dollar amount only the amount of months.we had already paid fourteen months on the original TV that equals 1680 total.after doing the math they only gave us 500 in credit.
plus she said we would no longer be ahead on the payment(just like the 130 dollars just disappeared)when asked why she had no explanation.now we will have to pay on the new TV for 20 more months at 179 a month.if we wanted to have the old fixed, or get our original back it would take several weeks and we would still have to make the payments while we waited.to me it seems that I was just scammed out of 1180 dollars and I'm sure I'm not the only one.i cant just sit idle will this is happening to people all over America. these people are taking advantage of people who don't have the credit or the cash to buy these things out right.i feel there should be something done.

Fraud
I bought a TV and a dining room set 1 month apart and everytime I call for a balance I get different answers that doesn't add up. Richard was rude to me and when I ask for the Corp. # he refused to give it to me. They have not had this account correct since I bought these items. I can shop else where and will from now on. I will never recommend Aarons to anyone. I have been displeased with the service that they are suppose to provide. I ask for the store manager and was again told i could not talk to anyone else there, i could come in and talk to Richard. I am intitled to a managers number for a complaint.
