parcel losing
i would want to complain the Kuching ABX Express because they make my parcel lost without inform me. My parcel that will be sent by DEX and ABX Kuching had received by 22 May 2018. When i call to them, they tell me already sent to Miri outlet and after that will be reach my place, sibu. Until today 8/6/18, i haven't received my parcel and i call to Miri check for it. MIRI outlet tell me they didn't received my parcel and this parcel actually will directly post to sibu outlet. They also tell me start from 13 May 18, there were a lot of people also call them asking the same question as me. The Kuching ABX really lost a lot of people's parcel? When i call back to Kuching Outlet they still saying the parcel already been posted and call me check with the Miri Outlet. At the end i only call back to Miri Outlet and the staff people call me to make a complain of it and most probability my parcel been lost. Right now i think my parcel can't be back and i hope you guys can take the action to solve and prevent the same problem happen again. Below is my details :

parcel tidak dihantar dan service abx kota bharu yang sangat teruk
Shipment sudah lama smpai ke branch tapi hanya berstatus hold. Sebelum nie berstatus out for delivery tapi parcel belum sampai kepada pelanggan. Call kota bharu abx branch sudah lebih 30 kali tapi tiada respon. Sengaja tidak menjawab panggilan. Abx express kota bharu sangat teruk dan tidak sepatutnya dibuka di kota bharu. Merugikan pelanggan. Ini kali pertama dan terakhir saya akan menggunakan perkhidmatan abx express. Worst of the worst.
Beli barang online nak suruh sampai depan rumah, eh tiba dapat call suruh keluar pergi ambil barang kat tempat yang jauh dari rumah. Kalau tak boleh keluar pergi ambil sendiri, kena gi ambil kat pejabat. Alasan sebab memang tak boleh nak hantar sampai rumah. Kalau kena sekali okay laa, ni dah banyak kali kena macam ni. ABX TANAH MERAH. mohon improve ye runner or whatsoever orang yang hantar barang ni. Amat menyusahkan.
delivery pending
My shipment no. shx91375484amy, arrive 16/5/2018, out for delivery on 21/5/2018 until today 24/5/2018, i failed to get my parcel. I called up the office on 23/5/2018 in the morning and they promised to manage it. I called again today, i was told that my parcel not going to deliver but keep in the office and need to wait for the "unknown" delivery arrangement. The service you provide are such disappointed & inefficient.
late delivery
My parcel has been in BKI on 21/5/2018, until today 24/5/2018, the status remain the same and no update from their company when I tried to call them. What took so long to deliver from BKI to MYY? only one trip thou.
They say will delivery within that week, but since today haven't deliver, how would it get to me this week? I don't recommend this courier. Very very slow.
staff very rude to customer
Your staff calling customer for picking up deliver and asking customer to find him instead of he coming over to the customer and hanging the phone call! When I ask him where is he exactly location he reply me with no patient. I've been shipping with ABX for years, but never had a staff like that. If he's not happy with the job and want to be lazy please arrange another position for him! Thank you!
late delivery
Hi representative, actually this is not the first time I had this kind of slow delivery situation .
But it was too many time ady at least 5 times, a parcel can take a week for delivery . If I not making this complaint, I only can received on 19 or 20/5 according my past experience . Some even didn't call when they send parcel. End up I have to go the center to take by my own
Pls ask tebrau abx delivery to take this problem serious or else I will stop using ABX and post on fb to ask my friends stop using too

My shipment number is SHX41212058AMY. I had called and spoken to your customer service few times to locate the parcel and confirm the delivery time, your customer service promise on 17/5/18i will surely received the parcel. However, I did not. Try to get update on your website, but from 16/5 to 17/5/18, it only indicates that shipment on tracing. Your customer service said will call me back and yet I did not receive any call!

Alamat rumah lengkap & contact person tersebut minta saya ambil sendiri disebabkan tidak ada kenderaan untuk menghantar. I have not received my parcel
Hi. I want to complaint on my parcel (SHX44995313AMY) that has been ship out on 18/4/2018 and should be delivered at Mukah
However, I still have not receive the item. On 25/4/2018, the item arrived at BKI. On 2/5/2018, the item has been arrived at SBW. Then, it should be arrive at Mukah for now. However, it goes back to BKI (KOTA KINABALU) and the status was 'delivered'. I feel so weird, why it goes back to BKI? I really hope that you can take action on this issue.

regarding to the title above, i would like to complaint about your service. I was send to abx counter at Alor Setar on 16th April 2018 with airway bill no [protected] to Kota Samarahan Sarawak with consignee name Anisah phone no [protected].
Base on tracking system, my parcel is shipment out at subang on 17th April 2018. but until now/today, 2nd May there are no progress at all.
I have been tried to follow up with domestic courier Alor Setar, but she asked me to wait until Subang give the update. i am a seller, i need to explain to my customer about this matter. I asked them to give my customer a call and make an explaination about this problem but they said they dont know the problem and dont know what to explain. is that well trained staff? just give a call from abx and say some problem cause in subang is hard?
i have provide all the detail above, please do something to make my name as seller clear.
i been using abx with trusted for a long time, please dont let me down.

Hello, sorry sir. I very disappointed of abx company. My parcwl from china already arrive at abx kuching at 13.05.2018 in the system when tracking. But till now they cannot find my parcel. my item lost but no update in 1 month
I bought item from china. It supposed arrive at 26march2018. But last upadate it still at abx subang on 16 march 2018. I called abx subang to check either my item still there or not. They said they already post out to abx penang.
I called abx penang 2 time. They said never receive the item .
They should be more responsible on their duty to deliver the parcel.
They also have to update their customer accordingly not just keep silent for more than a month
same with us... we called abx petaling, they said item was despatched out to abx nilai.. but when we called abx nilai, they said item were in abx subang... whatt the **** '

Dear Sirs, i refer to my tracking number- [protected]. Earlier today, i came home at around 5.30 pm and my parcel was lying infront of my carporch which i believe it was thrown from outside of my gate by one of your delivery guy. Upon opening the parcel, I discover one of my item (a tumbler) is broken. I truly believe the damage caused was purely because of negligent done on your part, (please see the attach picture enclose herewith .) I am upset with the service delivered by your company considering your company is one of the leading service in Malaysia. Be that as it may, i hereby request for a refund for the damage done by one of your staff. I am suppose to receive my package on the 3/4 but until today (10/4), I have not received it.
This courier is good at making excuses. First, they tell me their phone have no credit, so they can't call me. And then, they tell me they're delivery guy already left for the day, so can't deliver my package. I need to wait 1 more day. But now, 5 days I have been waiting. Where is my package?
With Citylink, I receive within 1 working day.
Guys, don't ever use abxexpress. Better go with Citylink or worse case poslaju.

Hi, i am tracking my courier package thru online & status show the package arrived abx facilities on 03/4/18 at 0250pm.But unfortunely, i am went to ABX & UTS courier service center today(06/4/18), both of ABX & UTS replied said my courier package not found.My courier package very urgent for my Taiwan badminton competiton trip by next Tuesday(10/4/18).Please advise me how is the responsibility to me if my courier package was lost.Thanks!

Parcel saya tidak sampai walaupun telah saya emel beberapa kali tetapi tidak ada jawapan. Saya telah nyatakan penghantar tidak meletakkan nombor telefon saya namun telah saya emel ke Abx apa yang terjadi dan telah saya sertakan nombor telefon saya untuk dihubungi jika penghantaran dijalankan.

I've called to ABX HQ yesterday and called Kajang today to check my courier update. I've try to called because no body pick up phone. Yesterday I called ABX, he told me will arrive before 5pm and today I called again to Kajang braches, he told me they no driver to delivery the parcel and will reach my place before 5pm. But until now I still not received the parcel yet. I've try called to ABX and no body pick up phone. I feel very bad service for this, show give me a right way, if really can't delivery to me on time should inform me. I need my parcel urgently but ABX keep delay it for how many days.

Date pick-up 1: Thursday, 29th March 2018
ABX Express should pick up my item on Thursday 29/3/2018 at 3.00 to 4.00 pm. But around 4.00 pm still did not come to pick up the item. Then when we call the ABX Express team they mentioned that the driver forgot to stop and pick up my item at HUSM Kubang Kerian. So they promise to pick up the item no Sunday 1/4/2018.
Date pick-up 2: Sunday, 1st April 2018.
ABX Express should pick up my item on Sunday 1/4/2018 at 3.00 to 4.00 pm and yet still at 4.00 pm they did not appear at my place as promised. Then the ABX Express clerk (Ms Lin +[protected]) call me around 4.07 pm and said that the driver don't want to enter at my place which is Dentistry Faculty of HUSM because they were rushed and to avoid heavy traffic. HEAVY TRAFFIC AT 4.00 PM? Then they asked me to send the item that they should pick up by myself to CIMB Bank which is located in front of USM. I refuse to, as my item is heavy, fragile and sensitive. They should pic up the item in anyway.
