That day I have go to abx express (m) sdn bhd send my thing to baling kedah dd 15/3/2018 but until today dd 27/3/2018 my mum no received my thing. why can be like this already 12 days also no received yet.
I go call to abx sungai petani (04-4255081) 21/3/2018 and 27/3/2018 the person incharge tell me after check will call me back. but I no received the call.
can u help me check where is my thing.

service I am complaining about is the parcel have not arrived.
On the 20 of March, I had check my parcel status on the abx tracking link but the result keeps showing route scan. Then on the 25 of March I called the abx express branch at Subang, they say the parcel will be arriving on 26 March, but they didnt post it. My tracking nunber is [protected]
I sincerely hope that the management of abx express could settle this matters for me as soon as possible. Thank you

I have send parcel to india 2/3/2018. Now my writing complaint date 21/3/2018 parcel did not received. When I check the tracking number [protected] the tracking show 3/3/2018 shipment forwarded to destination. Then unlit today 21/3/2018 still tracking show the same details. I losing hope abx. When I call customer service a men answer parcel already send on. Last week when I go directly ask teluk intan office the service men say some technical problem thats whay parcel did not send and now not any issue then we can send your parcel he says. But til now parcel not send. It is very disappoint...

On 24 Aug 2019, who day I am at home awaiting the item, but thee is no one is deliver to my door step. It seems that your delivery man is good in lies and not deliver item on time. And until today, already 4 days passed, still not receiving my item.
The item is from Shopee, and it should be delivered on time which latest date is 30 Aug 2019. Else, Shopee will automatic cancel the order nad you have to ship it back to the seller, if anything happened due to your late delivery and holding the item without reason and taking more then 5 days and not delivered it.

13.03.2018 at 12:10 pm in betong town area, sarawak your driver of delivery truck qaa 5800k was act rudely when he scold an old man loudly with rude words for blocking his way not more than 2 minutes in front of the old man own shop. The old man move his car after your driver scold him badly. The old man returned a few minutes after that and your delivery truck blocked him more than 10 minutes. After your driver saw that old man again he scold him again and again. Maybe that old man so angry and feel ashamed he told your driver "why don't you quit your job if you not happy with it". Your driver shocked us when he scold that old man more rude with more hardcore rude words than before. Maybe he was born to be so rude like that. Then that old man shake his head and said "what a spoiled rude driver I ever seen in my entire life" and we also agreed with him.
*please educate your driver/delivery man. There are your mirror. We look over you through them.
courier service not up to assigned destination
Dear Support,
Somehow your Kuching branch do not immediately initiated delivery to assigned destination upon arrival of parcel at the aforementioned branch since March-8 2018 to date.
I have to personally pick up the item from the branch and upon checking in since 10.30am this morning, your staff is yet to find the parcel. I suppose the item has piled up with other shipment since the day of arrival.
May I know what kind of sorting mechanism is in place to properly track arriving parcel and do Kuching branch initiate immediate delivery upon received of parcel?
I would rate your service 2 out of 10 as this is my very first encounter of such arrangement.

Regarding my visit to your ABX Express Sdn Bhd at Bandar Indah Sandakan at 23rd February at 2.36pm. I was approached by two staffs. My tracking number was not able to be showns as my phone battery is off because of weak battery. One of your staff demonstrated as she was finding but more like throwing out rashly the other packages inside plastic bag. Then with slightly inapproriate tune talked to me asking for the tracking number. I repeatedly said i cannot able to give as i mentioned it before. Then she went inside and yelled before me. I insisted to stay so they can locate my package. But the other staf say that they would not find my package now as they have shortage of crew. I also explained that i was from far district from Sandakan and I cannot be able to come again another time. As a result..i did not receive my item.and i sending this complaint hoping your action will be taken to your staffs. tq

Waiting for 3 weeks plus for my parcel to arrive. Check status it saying arrive on 18 and I still haven't get it on 23, so I called. Nobody pick up phone always and even picked up keep telling will call you back tomorrow. Waited for 2 days and didn't get any call so I called them back, they gave the same answer and it repeated over and over again for these 3 weeks plus. My name is Sharminy, my parcel have been picked up on 29/01/2018 and today the date is 05/02/2018 and until now my customer haven't receive my parcel yet, it's already 7days and the parcel should be send from Klang to KL so my question is why does it talking long time to delivery the parcel and the most worst things is there is no update on the ABX tracking system about this parcel (Only update till 29/01/2018).

Called to subang branch numbers that provided by customer service ms intan hp number cannot be reach and trying to called to office number many times nobody pick up end up pick up and hang up the phone! How customer wanna to check their parcel status? Wait the parcel for so long haven been send out even customer wish to self pick up also cannot be arrange if they never answer and pick up phone!

Ive been waiting for my parcel to arrive but not arrive yet. Ive complaint this matter through email but no respond a all. Ive been call their hotline for more than 20 minutes and nobody answer. Its cost me money to call their hotline. Do they not work? Why did not call us if they unable to sent the parcel to our home? They shoul told us at least so that we can make out time to got to their place, and not make us waiting like [censor] when our parcel will come everyday. Why ABX facility?

To who it may concern,
I am very disappointed with the quality of the delivery service by ABX Express Kota Kinabalu branch. Referring to the tracking number SHX08142305MY, it was stated that my item has arrived at ABX Express Kota Kinabalu branch office on 28 Dec 2017. However, the item only reached me on 19 Jan 2018 - a period of 23 days later. The reasons of the delay given by ABX Express were that I couldn't be contacted, and the delivery address given was hard to find. These reasons are nonsensical as I can be easily reached by phone and that ABX sends items almost daily to the given delivery address. Adding insult to injury, the packaging of the item was torn and subsequently jeopardizing the item within. The item is a pillow which is made of a delicate fabric type and due to the torn, I can no longer trust the quality and hygiene of the pillow on whether it is safe to be used by my baby or not. I ultimately decided not to give the pillow to my baby and hence the poor handling of item by ABX Express has cost me time, energy and money.
I sincerely hope that the ABX Express management will take note on this matter and will improve the quality of the services provided.

We have been waiting for our shipment for the last 2 weeks and based on the tracking number the item in your warehouse since 6/1/2018. Nobody from your team informing us or calling us for delivery arrangement to be made. We tried calling you so many time and seems like nobody working there because nobody picking up the call at all.
We even email you guys and even one cs responding and include other team emails regards to the shipment nobody is responding back after that. And nobody in your cs team is dealing after due cases. Why taking so long to deliver our item. Such a bad service.
