We are new CUG members joined you from reliance and vsnl with CUG plan. After coming to your plan we satisfied with network but not satisfied with billing system, even we had applied for CUG plan company charging for CUG numbers for mutual calls, also surprisingly we depositing bill on due date even after in some nos. late fees is charged.When we speak to your dealer about this matter he said you will pay less amount and it will adjust in your bill but after waiting from last 3 months same was not adjusted by you but also in another no. bill late fees was charged. why it is happening I don't know . When we applied for your plan we submitted application form to your dealer i.e. Manpreet Enterprises, Beawar without taking taking our sign when we told him he said I will complete the form and will sent to company with CUG plan but now we feel cheated when we found that paying for free calls and sms facility it is quiet interesting that A Branded Company doing this mistake or fraud.For your convenience I am giving my CUG plan nos. below -------

extra deduction of balance
Sir i recharged my mob([protected]) on 8 aug 12 at 0623 pm txid [protected], when i wish to call from my mobile it shows u have no balance to call, when i checked, what happened, when i checked last three changes, it shows on 08/08/2012 at2344hrs recharge 50.4. And rest are from my previous charge before balance that to are not in negative balance.Due to this i lost my precious call worth rs lakh for me, for which i m not on fault, i already had this type of problem earlier, for those airtel asks sorry to me and return almost 10 times of my recharge value for the same number and assured me it will not happen in future, but once again they do so ...Now i felling much more harassed as i can't passed my important massages to my business partners...
airtel-working number suddenly showing not valid number
I am using airtel number from last 4 years which is prepaid 4 days suddenly card
says invlaid sim. I called customer care they ask me to vist Airtel outlet to submit
your documentsagain. I did and they said wait for 1 hours to re-activating.After one
day it stillnot working then i visted center they are unable to tell me why my number
is not working.Now its 4 days they are unable to tell whats the problem is?
Please give me the procedure to get back my number.

This is regarding the deteriorating customer service of Airtel.
Few days back i called up on 121 to complain about the disturbance in my fixed line Airtel phone. They suggested this seems to be the problem of instrument and not line. They re-directed me to the Airtel vendor Staar Marketing & Services for replacing the fixed line
instrument.
The customer care executive at 121 gave me no. of some Puneet Chopra
([protected]) and Pankaj ([protected]). When i called up one of these guys, he
further redirected me to contact some Mr. Rajesh ([protected] & [protected]) who
takes care of Ghaziabad territory.
On 3rd august, i placed an order for buying a new Binatone instrument which Rajesh said would cost Rs 500 when the old instrument is exchanged. Someone called Sachin ([protected]) came around 9 pm same day to install the new ordered instrument.
My parents who were at home at that time didn't notice that the instrument which he bought was an old one (it has scratches all over and was not even carried in box). Also, it is Reliance phone & doesn't have any Binatone logo on it.
When i reached home, i was shocked to see the fraud the Airtel vendors are doing. I called up Rajesh & Sachin immediately but none of them took the call. Next day Rajesh attended my call and confirmed that the instrument will be replaced with a new one by sunday (5th august) afternoon. I again called up Rajesh and Sachin on monday (6th august) and they confirmed the phone will be replaced at the earliest. Not to mention nobody turned up! Now none of these guys is taking my call and the fixed line instrument he put is also not working.
I have already written 2 complain mails to [protected]@in.airtel.com sharing the whole issue of how the Airtel vendors are cheating customers. And everytime they reply, probably even without reading my mail, that i need to contact Airtel vendors for replacing the fixed line instruement.
Nobody seems to be interested in answering where and whom to contact in case those vendors are are doing frauds with customers.
I wonder for how long can a telecom player be so in-sensitive to customer satisfaction.

I have been using airtel postpaid service since 2 yrs. I am under cug connection plan. Recently I have actiavted 1gb gprs service on my mobile. I activated it in the mid of my monthly billing plan. While activating none of the operators told me that it would be on the prorata basis. There was neither a notification message also stating the same. And after 1 month they have charged me 7000rs which is totally unbearable. My credit limit was only 1800rs. I was not at all informed when my credit limit crossed 1800rs. There was neither a notification message nor a call from any of the opearator regarding the same. Tried to contact customer care multiple times. Every time a call was connected they would raise either a new complaint or were asking me to wait until it gets resolved.
And when my gprs service was disconnected in the middle they activated 2gb gprs plan and also included those rentals in the same month bill which is not at all acceptable.
But after raising multiple complaints also my bill was not resolved. It was given as 7000 for only using internet for 5 days which is totally not at all acceptable. Is this the way airtel would be treating the customers. I need a complete resolution of my bill in this case.
If this is not properly resolved then I would raise a complaint and disconnect all the airtel connections in my family and also would forward the same in my corporate group and would ask to disconnect all airtel services.

Dear sir, i'm anup das - an airtel rest of bengal customer in india. My number is [protected]. Few times before, I called customer service 198 to inform my network connectivity issue. One of airtel csa mr. Pritam / pratim banerjee (He told this name but m not sure about the spelling of his name) answered me. I informed him that I felt slow internet service, freequent call disconnect & indoor - outdoor signal problem from last 7-10days. I did request him to take a complain againest this issue but he replied with a rude voice me " first listen my voice & answer me what i'm asking you, don't tell me extra faltu word. (Aage amar kotha sunun, ami ja bolchi sudhu tar e answer din, faltu besi bolben na. ) ''. I just felt highly surprised to heard that rude voice from a airtel csa. And after that when I request him to take complain, he told me to wait to transfer my call to his superviser for better problem. I agreed but after sometime I realise he transfer my call to a blank transfer number & after that call has been disconnected automatically.
Now the question is - why would I face this type of rude voice from a airtel csa as we are their valuable customer ? Do airtel csa don't have enough manner to interact customers ? I'm feeling horrible surprised. Rebuilt you customer complain desk with good people otherwise deffinitly you'll reduce your customer by this type of ''good'' manner.

sudden balance decuction
Dear Sir/Mam,
I am Debolina Roy and my Airtel no is [protected]. I am using the same no. since 2008. Previously it was postpaid and I was getting huge bills. Then I recently converted the same no. into prepaid. Now, the problem I am facing is sudden balance deductions. I do not make calls, however I get a message "last call charges 60.00 rs" or some other amount. It happened before as well but now a days Its happening very frequently. I already registered a complaint on 9 th June and the reference no was - CBDMO30609772735. I was told that some one will get back to me in 4 days, but I never received a call. Today, suddenly I got same msg "last call charges 89.00 rs".
This is getting worse day by day and I hope you can understand how frustrating it could be. I called customer care so many times today, but after I explain my problem the call got disconnected. And no one bothered to call back. I dont know if this is in your knowledge or not, but let me tell you that your customer service is pathetic. And some times the CS rep, hangs up on us.
Had I known, that I have to face this problem after migrating to prepaid, I would have rather migrated to some other service provider.
Anyways, hope someone will check this email and hopefully I will get a reply.

iptv complaint issue - since dec'2011. - pstn ll - [protected]
I was promised a waiver and made the payment accordingly and then after I was not getting service called several times.
Received several calls regarding the repayment even after concluded and promised for waiver and agreed upon the amount by previous callers.
At the end I have a disconnected service with faulty router which was provided to me by the first technician who visited me for first time installation and Airtel claims that router was self purchased and is asking for bill / receipt as they do not supply that router.
I am getting bills and no service at the end.
Though I don¿t want to write a long story but I am forced by AIRTEL EXCETUVIES,
SUPERVISORS & MANAGERS to do so. Unfortunately, I have registered for the combo
service(Fixed LL, BB & IPTV) assuming that instead of taking 3 different
service from different providers I should go for one service .
But to my surprise, none of them is working properly and for past one month I
am calling customer service dept to get the things fixed however AIRTEL has
the most pathetic, rude, unprofessional and abusive executives hired for their
customers.
We have taken the service in the month of Dec¿11 and ever since then we are
facing problems with it. Firstly we have been cheated by the engineer who
installed the service as HE HAS PROVIDED A LOCAL WIFI ROUTER due to which the
connectivity is very very poor. Then comes the bandwidth issue due to which we
were unable to watch the channels as it keeps losing the signal and gives error
for ¿ WAITING SIGNAL¿ all the time. We have spent more time on restarting the
TV and router instead of watchingusing the services.
We then moved our house and made a request to shift the service to new address
.It took us more than 25 days to shift the service because of the incredible
cust service from AIRTEL. We were told that it takes only 3 days to shift the
service however no engineer came and inspite of calling airtel so many times
the issue was not resolved. Also we have been charged for the shifting charges
3 times .
Finally when it was moved, again the bandwidth and wifi range issue was always
there for not using the services. AIRTEL is providing PATHETIC & Worse
services and expecting the customers to pay the bills on time and on regular
intervals. We had a word with cust service and was told that the billing issue
would be sorted out and that we would not have to pay for the time it was
working. Our services were disconnected and then we received a call from AIRTEL
COLLECTIONS, OKHLA from MANAV SHARMA on 4th June who offered us a waiver and
said that ¿ if you make a payment of 2000/-, your connection will be
reconnected within 4 hours.¿ We made the payment on 5th June and even after
that it took almost 10 trouble days after coordinating with Manav and
customer service on daily day & night basis. After that we have been calling
AIRTEL and receiving calls from collections dept, payment dept on every day.
We have spoken to so many people in Okhla, Gurgoan, Bhopal etc and all of them
were so RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.
Do you think that I have all the time in this world to call airtel executives
and waste my time with them each and every day ;day in day out and then on top
of that You expect us to pay as well. Not only that, your executives threaten
us that they will discontinue the services on their own wish without even
asking confirming customer.
MY SERVICES ARE STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY, ROUTER IS FAULTY(LOCAL Chinese
Router), WAITING SIGNAL ISSUE & WIFI RANGE ISSUE IS ALSO THERE. TECHNICIAN
VISIT IS STILL PENDING AND INSPITE OF MAKING PAYMENT WE ARE RECEIVING CALLS
FROM PAYMENTCOLLECTIONS TEAM.
I would appereciate if somebody can check this email and take an immediate
action on this . Moreover we want our money back including the initial cost

Airtel continues to harass me ([protected]). Despite my complaints earlier several times, some services are activated without my consent or subscription. During the last one month about Rs. 80 have been slowly deducted from my balance. Strangely enough the enquiry at *121# says that no services are presently activated. BUT the amounts are being deducted daily. My sms enquiry to 121 regarding LAST transactions reveals no previous transactions but transactions are occurring daily and balance getting reduced without my making phone calls.
I request the Airtel to provide detailed bill of all transactions that occurred in the month of May and June 2012.
I request that the amounts deducted be reversed, the defaulting officials be made answerable for the lapse, and my phone should be completely kept out of any such unsolicited value added services. For continuous harassment & Airtel's repeated fraudulent action, Airtel is also liable to pay me suitable amount of compensation .
I have been repeatedly requesting Airtel not to activate VAS without my asking for it, but Airtel gives a damn to my request.
I am sure it is happening to thousands of other customers too and the Airtel is making illegal money in millions in this way. I am afraid of recharging my Airtel connection now and plan to shift to other telecom company instead.
Is there any method, VAS services can be blocked until these are asked for?

My grievance has not been looked into properly and remains largely unresolved.
The response from the Airtel team is just an eye wash to hide the illegal and unfair practices of AIRTEL. I wish to draw attention to the points given below:
1. Only Rs. 19 have been credited back though the the amount which has been secretly deducted was much more. Probably some bigger amounts deducted for activation of some unsolicited VAS have not been refunded.
2. Even now daily deduction is taking place though there is no VAS active.
3. My sms to 121 regarding LAST transactions is replied with "no previous transactions" despite daily deductions being done.
4. There is no reply from the Nodal Officer as to "Why my enquiries by sms (LAST) to 121 about was responded with "no previous transactions" several times though transactions were there as conveyed by you now".
5. There is no reply from the Nodal Officer to "Why my enquiries at 123 about VAS revealed "no VAS active" though several VAS were activated without my consent".
I hope Airtel will look into the matter critically and ethically to resolve the problem once for all.

Dear sir
I would like to inform you that inspite of my making the payment by cheque within due date, you are billing Rs 50 in every Bill. Normally I drop my cheque in the Drop Box located near Swimming Pool at least 2/3 days before the due date, but because of delay in collection at your end, you bill me Rs.50 in every bill. I have many times objected /complaint against such billing, but without any result. You should be aware of the legal position that the date of tender of the cheque is legally construed as the date of payment. However I have always made the payment 2/3 days in advance.
The billing mistake is continuing from the Bill date dated 27/06/2010 and to date the difference has mounted to Rs 474.13( vide bill dated 27th May, 2012) which required to be reversed.
In any event, if you do not reverse the excess amount in the next Bill, I would instruct you to discontinue the service and would take up the matter with the appropriate Consumer Forum praying for reversal as well as compensation.

We have deposited roaming security on dt 14.03.2006 to airtel, but at the time ( November-2012 )of porting the number they had only refund us amount for Rs.264.79 which was excess deposit in our a/c but they refused that they have not such security deposit after sending them attached copy of security deposit then after they said we will send you security after checking at our end . several mails has been send to them but they reply we have post you cheque and your relative has been received but at our end we have not received such cheque till now and they are also not sending us docket no through courier can be trace out. Following conversation has been made with AIRTEL but no response .

2) Address verification team, who came to my residence during the time when I informed nobody will be available.
3) Nodal office, which failed to respond.
4) Appellate which after a long fight came back to the original place from which the problem started.
My horrible experience with airtel executives :
Date 10.05.2012 : I took two airtel postpaid connection (No : [protected] & [protected]) from airtel executive Mr. C. Sabariswaran - Process & Customer Service Manager (Ph : [protected] & mail id : [protected]@megliotechnologies.com) under CUG Scheme.
Date 12.05.2012 : I received the card from airtel your representative Mr. C. Sabariswaran - Process & Customer Service Manager (Ph : [protected] & mail id : [protected]@megliotechnologies.com).
Date 14.05.2012 : One of my card is activated
Date 18.05.2012 : Second card took a week to get activated, as it is activated on 19.05.2012. For this I made a lot of follow up with Mr. C. Sabariswaran - Process & Customer Service Manager (Ph : [protected] & mail id : [protected]@megliotechnologies.com), a lot of unattended calls, not responded messages, a whole day switched off mobile, lot of excuses and in fact at one stage I got vexed with the service and messaged him that I don’t need of the service anymore please take back the card. Then only it is get activated.
Date 20.05.2012 : Finally both the cards are activated and then the one of your representative called and informed that there will be a verification from the airtel of the address given by me.
I clearly informed him about my availability, but still they came to my residence on the non available time and called me two times.
Date 24.05.2012 : Finally on third time your representative Mr. Rajesh (Ph : [protected]) came on time for verification and informed verification is over and everything will be fine.
In the mean time outgoing calls for both of Nos are barred the same day. When I contacted Mr. Rajesh (Ph : [protected]), he informed our processes will be completed by today and it will be activated by today. And as usual first there is no response from Mr. C. Sabariswaran - Process & Customer Service Manager (Ph : [protected] & mail id : [protected]@megliotechnologies.com) and finally he picked up the call and inform that it will be cleared by tomorrow (25.05.2012) 11.00 am.
Date 25.05.2012 : Again when I contacted Mr. C. Sabariswaran - Process & Customer Service Manager (Ph : [protected] & mail id : [protected]@megliotechnologies.com) on 11.10 am, he informed he is on the way he will call me within 10 minutes. But no reply (as usual) till 12.00 pm. After 12.00 pm I started to try reaching him but till 02.30 pm again as usual no reply and finally I was able to catch him and he informed that from his side everything is clear and he can’t help me on this, he will try to fix the problem within today.
Again I went back to Mr. Rajesh ([protected]) and asked him about the problem, he too had the same reply ready and informed to contact his superior Mr. Soundar (Ph : [protected]), he too replied there is no problem from their end he informed to contact either the sales person unfortunately it is again Mr. C. Sabariswaran - Process & Customer Service Manager (Ph : [protected] & mail id : [protected]@megliotechnologies.com), from whom I can expect a little response.
Adding salt to the wound when I contacted the airtel helpdesk (198) they informed the outgoing bar is due to the reason that when two negatives feed backs are raised against you on address verification as the first two times when our representatives came to your place you are not available and they further upset me that I can’t use the same again.
When my final hope was on the Customer care Services, the customer care executive informed and promised that our team leader will call you back within 4 hrs, that too failed because I have not received the call after the stipulated time. So from there also no response.
Date 25.05.2012 : I send a mail to the airtel nodal office.
Date 29.05.2012 : Your representative Mr. C. Sabariswaran - Process & Customer Service Manager (Ph : [protected] & mail id : [protected]@megliotechnologies.com) personally visited my office after the call from various employees from company. I asked him to disconnect the connection and return back my deposit money. (Rs.200, which I deposited to him, which he promised to be adjusted at the subsequent bills.)
Date 31.05.2012 : I send a reminder to the airtel nodal who are failed to reply to me within their promised 3 days. I asked them to better to disconnect my service then waiting for the reply. I request the nodal to send back me the deposit amount of Rs. 200 which you representative Mr. C. Sabariswaran - Process & Customer Service Manager (Ph : [protected] & mail id : [protected]@megliotechnologies.com.
Date 01.06.2012 : I received a mail from airtel nodal that they will update me on 02.06.12.
Date 06.06.2012 : I received a mail from airtel nodal with lots of flows (even my name is mentioned wrongly) with message that my no is now activated, when I want to surrender my no. I hope to get a response from nodal is vanished.
Date 11.06.2012 : I send a mail to appellate that I want to disconnect my connection and help to get the deposit money back from the Mr. C. Sabariswaran - Process & Customer Service Manager (Ph : [protected] & mail id : [protected]@megliotechnologies.com).
Date 13.06.2012 : I received a mail from airtel appellate with my mobile bill. The mobile bill is for the entire period. My connection is bared on 23rd and I asked to get the connection disconnected on 29th. The bill date should be to the either of these days. One of my connection was activated on 18.05.2012 only. Then why I have to pay for the days when my not activated days because of your representative Mr. C. Sabariswaran - Process & Customer Service Manager (Ph : [protected] & mail id : [protected]@megliotechnologies.com)’s irresponsible activates.
Date 16.06.2012 : I received a ridiculous mail from airtel appellate stating that a meager amount is credited back o my account that will be adjusted in the subsequent bill. Where is the question of subsequent bill in case I want to disconnect my connection. My Rs.200 will be updated in account by 18.06.2012. I received a call from appellate one Ms. Hema was on the line I informed her my calculation for the bill and she also agreed to send the bill based on that.
Date 18.06.2012 : I send a mail to airtel appellate stating stating the calculation I supposed pay. Because I don’t want to pay your representatives mistakes. And the request for the Rs.200 I deposited.
Date 21.06.2012 : I send a reminder mail to airtel appellate because I can’t get mail. I asked them a call back arrangement.
Date 22.06.2012 : I received a mail which is same as that of the mail I already received. They have not responded to my call back request.
I called to appellate contact no. But I receive a response that they can’t do anything that I have to pay for the entire period and Still there is no updataion of my Rs.200 in my account. I don’t know for replying these after these many days whether appellate is required.
In the mean time I spend a lot of time, money by Surfing, Calling & sending SMS to your executives (I have all the SMS send to your executives and the call list). More over it is a embarrassing experience for me. Now I am ready even to go to the consumer court by seeing the response of your representative.
My personal message to Mr. C. Sabariswaran - Process & Customer Service Manager (Ph : [protected] & mail id : [protected]@megliotechnologies.com)
Please apologies me for the crime I did to take a connection from you.
You did a lot of favor to me
1) You given the card and received Rs. 200 as deposit. You neither updated the same in your company records nor me with the receipt.
2) You are responsive enough to get the connection activated on 3rd and 7th day. I have pay for those days also.
3) You rarely responded to the call on my outgoing bared issue and on your response also your maximum response is I don’t know, I will check, within 10 minutes it will be activated, Within today it will be activated and finally contact customer care which gave me a lot of mental torture.
4) Your visit to my office your response when I asked about disconnection you didn’t updated it in your system. For those also I have to pay.
5) Your promise to return the Rs.200 is vanished in the air, which is an humiliating experience to me.
6) Even after all the mail transaction with the nodal, appellate your response to my SMS for repayment of my deposit is “All the Nos are now activated”. Is this the response for my query.
Please reply at least to this mail in a professional manner and return back my money. It is not just Rs. 200 as deposit and more Rs. 100 bucks as extra days charges, but why I have to pay more when you did nothing.
