Misprinting book
Ordered a total of 130 author copies of my book in three separate orders: 40 copies on October 5, 2022, 40 copies on October 20, 2022, and 50 copies on December 6, 2022. All were misprinted.
I have a digital download that is correct, and a proof copy that is correct (ordered October 15, 2022). I have sent pictures of the misprints, along with ID numbers and other information, several times to Customer Service (Patrice, Eric, etc.) They tell me they checked and it's my fault because the uploaded file being used is the same as the copies I received. This is demonstrably false.
I've chatted with a number of people who could not help or assured me Amazon is right and I am wrong. I've gotten refunds for the returned copies, which is fine. However, I've had several customers who have ordered the book tell me that they also received misprinted copies.
The digital download is correct. The proof copy is correct. The Previewer on my Kindle account is correct. The orders have not been correct, even for the retail copies.
Desired outcome: Printing needs to be correct using the proper digital file. Odd pages should start on the left (standard printing procedure for most companies) and even pages on the right.
Writing my ebooks reviews was canceled.
I had almost 300 Ebooks from Amazon, most of the author ask you to write a review after you finish reading it.
I do most of the time, but I see Amazon is negative on me due to sometimes I do write a negative review on some of the books.
Now, I'm right or wrong...? if the book's enjoyable & full of good info. then I'm OK.
But if it is bad & not enjoyable at ALL & full of errors... still they want me to put 5 stars on it...!?

Compensation for my vehicle sitting because of they're mistake!
Ordered two tires three weeks ago. I received one. Waited a week and called. They said it was being processed and put a ticket for it to be released. A week later still no tire. Called again cancelled order and reordered. They sent the wrong g size tire. Now they've telling me to return the tire and wait another two weeks for the refund! I can't do anything with one tire. They refuse to compensate me for my vehicle sitting for weeks because of they're mistake.
Stolen package requested a refund and denied
On December 13th I had a package from Amazon that contained Leak Saver - Leak Shot HVAC - Leak Sealant Injector and Condensate Line Blaster - Non-Contaminating CO2 Cartridges - for A/C and Mini Splits - Systems and my package was stolen from my doorstep and I've contacted Amazon on 3 separate occasions and was told the first 2 times to wait for an email from the escalation team to receive my refund and today I contacted Amazon again because I haven't received any emails from their escalation team and they told me because the package was delivered to my address which was correct weather or not the package was stolen that they will not refund me or replace the item. So they basically robbed me of my money and item. this ORDER # [protected] was done on a Saturday and was tried to cancel the same day several hours after. Eventually it was refunded but there is a problem in that the order should have NEVER been generated to start with as it was tried to be cancelled the same day and the 2 days after the order was generated and again was not cancelled. Several attempts were made by either chat or phone to cancel the order but were unsuccessful Now I have had to wait and now order it delayed and I called and asked that refund be issued and it was but there is still the issue of my time and stress that this has caused and no one has offered to deal with it so I am looking to either having this dealt with now or deal with legal avenues to resolve my losses.

Delivery Issues
Two items were supposed to be delivered yesterday by 9:00 pm. They never arrived. After contacting UPS, they stated that they believed these items were lost because they had not been scanned since arriving.
Spoke with Amazon customer service(I had a hard time understanding their (English) and that the delivery date was being extended by 2 days because of delivery issues. I am an Amazon Prime member, and I wanted to cancel this order because they did not notify me until the day after the delivery date. This is the third time I have had delivery issues with Amazon.
Desired outcome: Either deliver the items asap or process my refund. I want a US rep. to contact me, not these offshore centers.
Miss deliveries twice and same-day delivery nonexistent
I am currently in the hospital, wanting better viewing of movies that is available on my iPhone. So I ordered a tablet from Amazon. A fire tablet 10 inch, full HD. It was delivered according to delivery records on December eighth. No signature was received, nor it had a picture taken for this delivery. I then asked for a replacement, and the soonest I could get here was today December 12th. Same product, two deliveries both got lost. None of the customer service people in India, or wherever they are, or willing to help me get this in time to make it useful to me. I’ve also recently ordered send a delivery to have it changed to three day delivery. It was well within the timeframe of the product
I’m getting ready to dump Amazon, at least to stop ordering important things from them. I can’t get a hold of anybody with anybody with any authority to do something. I ordered a Traeger Grill Pro series 575 Pellettwood Grill on November 25, 2002 the price for $699.95 the price dropped for cyber Monday by $202 I called Amazon customer service on November 27, 2022 at 8:31 PM and inquired about a price adjustment I asked the associate whether or not I needed to order another unit to get the lower price and return the first unit I ordered or if I could keep my order and have a price adjustment. Realizing if I order it other unit I would return the first one to get the additional price adjustment or to get it at the price that it was on for cyber Monday. On this day I spoke to a gentleman name Valentino and he assured me that the price adjustment down to the cyber Monday special would be applied once the item was delivered furthermore he indicated that in the notes which are on my profile.
As soon as the Pellet grill was delivered I did exactly what Valentino told me to do and I called back requesting an adjustment for price the associate told me that it was not possible I then spoke to a supervisor name REY and he indicated to me that Amazon doesn’t match prices I tried to explain to him that I had called proactively prior to the delivery date requesting an additional price adjustment or I would have order another unit because Valentino had told me not to order another unit that their price would be adjusted. The Supervisor’s name REY kept telling me that that was not the policy I tried to explain to him that it was in my notes and that I had called prior to the unit being delivered and while the sale was still on (Nov 27th) and when they were sufficient items left at the sale price, but I hadn’t ordered another unit because I was advised it wasn’t necessary. He disregarded with everything that I said and hung up on me. I now realize this isn’t your policy but when I called and directly asked the question of whether I could get an adjustment or if I needed to order a second item and return the first to get the lower price Veltino from customer service told me (listen to the call it was recorded) I followed his recommendation and why wouldn’t I he is your representative who should give customers the correct information. In this case he didn’t so now Amazon should stand by what he said and credit my account the ~$202. Even if its not your policy as I would also assume its not your policy to lie to your customers either.
I called back At 2:30 for Pacific standard time on the same and spoke to another gentleman and explain my situation he agreed with me that although it was not your policy to do a price adjustment that because in the notes in an indicator that that that Amazon would honor the adjustment based on the conversation I had on the 28th for Valentino that the adjustment should be made he has escalated this and insured me that I would have a response 24 hours later I have been waiting for that response but it has not come I’m writing this to ensure that the details of my situation are fully articulated and I am requesting the price adjustment that I was promised on November 27th by Valentino one of your employees I could’ve ordered another item and refuse the shipment when I got here but I didn’t based on the advice from one of your employees please consider a price adjustment. I have been an Amazon customer and prime member for over 10 years I value the relationship I have with Amazon, but this situation has definitely not left a good taste in my mouth. I think the customer should be right in this case because one of your employees assured me this is what would happen now, I’m left with no choices and I could’ve paid $200 less for but that option is no longer available to me because I took the advice of your employee in the cyber Monday deal is no longer valid.
I have called back several more times and been told the same thing. Even though they cam see in my notes this was promised by on of their employees see email below they wont honor it.

Order overcharges
My last order experience from the end of November and the beginning of December was a nightmare, I made the order which totaled around 500usd on cyber Monday, it was headed to a freight company called Belizean Queen Freight that shipped my stuff to Belize where I live however this company due to previous problems that I had with them and their incompetence spitefully decided to tell me AFTER making my order that they will no longer work with me, that I have to cancel my order and use a different freight company. So very soon after making this order through amazon I gone ahead and cancelled the order and also went to contact the customer service to explain what happened and cancel it, amazon customer service reassured me that no money will be taken from my bank account and that the order is successfully cancelled and I can go ahead and reorder the items that there simply was not an option to just change the address, when reordering the exact same items I was angry to find out that the total would end up being about a 100USD higher! I had to change some items but still ended up having the order total higher about 613USD I successfully created the order to a new address being the company Cayo Cargo that will deliver me the items to Belize mid January. I had just enough money on my bank account to cover the order I made but what ended up happening was that MANY pre authorized transactions AND charges started to appear on my bank account half of which were unrelated to my current order and half of which were double charges for my current order those transactions absolutely drained my balance and my current order was not being shipped and stated that it has not been paid despite my bank account being billed over 700USD already! I had to contact amazon customer service about this about 15 times spoke to 20 different people and spend over 8hrs total calling and chatting, for the most part the people I spoke or chatted to were absolute imbeciles, didn't understand English properly, or were just lying to me, everyone kept giving me false and different information than the previous person! I contacted my bank the same way and in the end things got sorted out by Asha from credit card payments team of amazon, who was the one first person that actually understood and helped me with my problem, she provided the proper confirmation email and my bank reversed the incorrect payments so that eventually only the correct payments gone through and been deducted from my balance to cover the order so that the last items got shipped HOWEVER VERY DELAYED DUE TO THAT! I haven't received any compensation or anything for all of these problems encountered, now due to this amazon problem my family will not have Christmas as all the gifts will arrive late, if amazon didn't charge my account so many wrong transactions in the first place then my order would be delivered on time for Christmas delivery to my home in Belize! I demand a financial compensation for this as I would hate to take the screenshots recorded voice calls and put them on social media to make everyone aware of how incompetent amazon is, and to take it to the court as well, I have a very influential company of lawyers both in the UK and US as I do not allow anyone to treat me improperly unfairly or illegally,

The above incident occurred on 12/1/2022 when I bought not 1 but 2 AMAZON Gift Cards for my 2 boys for christmas each was suppose to have $350 dollars on it. When they went to go redeem it they were brutally notified that the funds had been already applied to a different account.

I am trying to help, Staci Gomez, who is disabled. She underwent two surgeries and ended up on life support. Before she had the surgeries, she bought a Rovsun window AC from you and when it came, it didn’t work. She called Rovsun and they said to cut the cord and they would send a refund. I went to Lowe’s and bought an AC and installed it. A few days later another AC was delivered. She refused it and it was sent back to Rovsun by FedEx. Rovsun says it was never returned. To Whom It May Concern,
I reached out to Amazon several times to resolve an issue after returning their product. I was told they would look into it but they didn't. When I followed up they told me I only had 45 days to dispute the issue. No one ever followed up and they refuse to fully reimburse me for the 6 chairs ordered and returned. To date everyone I speak to claims I only had 45 days to dispute.
Now I don't have a choice but to dispute this issue.

But she didn't and now Amazon is reluctant to investigate or assist. Because they have a 45 day policy. Now 5 months later and no one will assist or hear me out and everyone I speak to at Amazon tells me I had 45 days to resolve.
