the service is the worse ive ever had in my entire life. i dont get service at all i had to download google voice and use my home wifi to make important calls the service is so freaking bad i can even get my apple conformation codes and the foxxd a55 phone is the biggest piece of crap ive ever had in my life. i honestly hate the service and phone so much im thinking about putting the phone in my oven for 30 minutes on 450 degrees than send it back to this sorry company and its taking everything in my body not to cuss on here. i wouldnt recommend this company to the devil. i hate yall i hate yall i peer hate yall

Claimed loss: working on 2 months of no service missed very important doctors callsmissed job interviews due to no service

Desired outcome: new phone and a different phone than the foxxd a55 with a brand new sim card that i install now you like you have done the last two sims and phone cell signal booster at no charge or cost to me the customer.
