This is not a complaint, it is a request. I would really like it if you would make your breakfast croissants with just egg & cheese (no meat) I would buy them more often. I love your croissant better then jimmy dean. Also I have a question, why is the top of the crossbar a little harder then the bottom when I micro wave it? I can come in to Bob Evans for 40 years I came to Bob Evans on Hamilton Road Groveport store everyday I use my Wi-Fi did you join my cup of coffee toast eggs and a good breakfast the manager and team is great but there is a problem maybe you had a new phone systems and no Wi-Fi that means I have to go to Frisch's in the morning just to use Wi-Fi so that's why I'm not stopping at Bob Evans now I guess you don't need Wi-Fi for your guest but you do have advertise Wi-Fi free Wi-Fi so I came in again this week to check to see if you had Wi-Fi cuz a manager has been trying to get the Wi-Fi fixed I've even heard him on the phone thank you can't get to Wi-Fi fixed it just seems to me Bob Bob Evans don't care about our Wi-Fi just their computers and that money don't care about the customers enjoyment of the premises thank you Jerry Aaliyah did you get Richard
please don't call the managers at the store they already called your phone company internet company or Wi-Fi company he said it was my tablet I heard of people coming in their tablet ain't working I went to Bob Evans Gahanna and it works they have the old phone system whatever that is new photo of old phone service you should be able to keep your Wi-Fi working so I went out of my way took my tablet into Sprint they checked it out and said it was okay what a waste of time so I told your managers again it don't work so they called your Wi-Fi service company and they said there's no problem come on guys and we get the Wi-Fi to work at your only location that it don't work at I like the store and I like to eat here every morning at 6 a.m. and if you don't believe I'm here at 6 a.m. everyday you can call the manager on Judy... last comment please get your Wi-Fi fixed thank you Jerry Riley

On June 18, 2019 we held a fund raiser at the Bob Evans in Camby, IN. Asof this date we have not received a check or reason for not receivng a check. I have spoken to one of the managers, Heather, and in our last conversation about 2 weeks ago she said it might have to be re issued. Heather has offered to allow us to have one fund raiser each month, however our Board met this past Tuesday and decide to wait to see if we receive the funds from our last fundraiser. Heather was busy this morning although I had asked to speak to her about this again. Can you please advise how much the fund raiser produced and when we might receive the check?

My husband and I went to your restaurant last evening to get the turkey dinners that were advertised on tv for $7.99. Our server had no knowledge about this offer and gave us the senior version of the meal which is $7.99 and has no sides. The. Dinners that were on sale had 2 sides. Our turkey was cold and dry. We had not been to this restaurant for over a year because of bad service. We thought we would give it another chance and now we are sorry we did.

I ordered the everything breakfast with no onions it was ok the fridge biscuit was barrier instead of set on the side which I did not like, then I ordered one to go with no tomatoes and when I got it to the person it was for there was no onions I specifically said everything in that one except tomatoes. He was a little upset considering he lives the onion in it.

Managers do not know how to talk to their employees here. All they do is point fingers and talk down to employees. Amy was very nice but the atmosphere in there and the tension between management and staff is horrific. Someone really needs to go in there and change some attitudes and maybe everyone would be happy again like they all once were when my wife and I first started coming in there.

We all order breakfast, mine came all burnt except sausage links which was undercooked. I politely showed the waitress, which shot out, "I don't cook the FOOD". I'm not an idiot, of course I know she didn't cook it. She took it back and another breakfast was sent out that looked appetizing. After eating the meal and travelling the last lap of our trip, my husband could not get off the highway quick enough to get me to a restroom. I had the worst stomach cramps, bowel movement and vomiting. Tried to resume trip again, another restroom. Threw up in a bag in the car. I believe that something was added to my food to make me that ill.

Good morning,
I think I need to share my last two experiences I have had with your carryout. We dine in and get carryout at all times of the day and week. It seems as of late the food and service are suffering. We placed an order on Monday the 29th of July at 6:34 p.m . and promise time was 6:49. I got there around 7:00 because I always know it takes a little longer with carryout from this store. I paid and asked for an itemized receipt and was told they don't print up that way. I was little surprised to hear that how does one know what they are paying for and how much. I am not sure if this is a training issue an issue with carryout receipts but I should be able to see an entire receipt. Then I waited and waited and waited then waited some more. Mind you I had about a 40.00 order and all of it but one item was side items. Only one dinner item had to be cooked. That one item was fried chicken for a wild fire salad. I watched as the rest of my food sat there getting cold. I finally got my food at 7:30. Let me repeat that it took basically an hour to get fried chicken for a salad. ( I could have drove to downtown Cincinnati or across the river into Kentucky in that amount of time) When I got home I had to reheat everything and some of my portions were lacking. The coleslaw was maybe about two bites someone didn't use the right scoop and my strawberry pie was mangled and not a whole slice. That experience was all the way around bad enough. I was going to just chalk it up but...we decided to give it another chance. We love Bob Evans and your food. We got another carryout this morning. I called it in around 9:41 promise time 10:00. I got there I saw it was busy so I expected a little longer but...I waited and waited and waited finally I got my three breakfast items at 10:25 so another 45 min. wait for a carryout. I know people always think things take longer than they actually do and tend to say something was longer than it was but ... Sadly those are the true times I waited I wish they were not. It was a huge let down to have two incidents in one week. I have always given the benefit of the doubt, things happen and I have always known this store is slower with carryout, but this was such a disappointment that for the first time I am writing a e-mail complaint. I hope someone can fix this situation at this store.

bacon cheeseburger meal
Yesterday I ordered the above meal. I was very disappointed. First, the lettuce was limp, whimpy (not chrisp as advertised). Then, most of all, the onion was slivered, it is pictured as being a slice of onion which is what I expected. The sandwich was ruined by these additions. I would like to have a refund for this meal. My waitress Ariel was great. I noticed there was a discrepancy with what I ordered and what I was charged. The hostess just looked at me and said well you must have gotten this. I said well I ordered something different so can you just ask the waitress. She just stared at me. When we first arrived the customer she was helping said he had a coupon and she said well you should print that off and not bring it on your phone. She was very rude and always had blank stares and kind of acted dumb. She was a redhead and was not nice. We come here often because we stay at the state campground but you have lost a customer. It's too bad. The food and waitress was good, but I will never put up with poor customer service like the hostess possessed. We often times go with a large part after church or for an evening out. At the airport ordered hotcakes and sausage. Went to get butter and syrup, they are out of butter. Went to sit down and had 4 men that were all together sitting at their own tables and used the last two tables for their luggage. Manager did not do anything about this and I had to go find elsewhere to eat my food that I purchased at your restaurant. Very dissapointed. Won't be back.

This is more like feedback than it is a complaint. I was fixing a family size Bob Evans mac and cheese tonight. After the initial 4 minutes in the microwave, I peeled back the plastic cover to stir the product and noticed that the contents consisted of about 90% cheese sauce and 10% macaroni. The barcode on this product is 0 75900 00531 8. I purchased this product at Meijer grocery store on Houston Road in Erlanger, Ky. I buy Bob Evans products at this store all the time and' I have never had any problems before.

Good afternoon. My husband and daughter and I just left the Bob Evans on Westnedge Ave in Portage Michigan. We got there at 2pm and it is 7/28/2019. The hostess sat us and when we were sitting down the server that was working back there said this isn't my section. I'm about to be cut. She seemed to be quite angry and left that area and did t come back. As we sat and watched multiple tables be sat and greeted, no one ever and to our table. After 15 minutes I went to the hostess and asked to speak to the manager. When he approached he asked what he could do. I explained the situation and he said to go ahead and have a seat and he would send someone. As the waitress approached she seemed frustrated so we chose to leave because I do not want anyone to feel frustrated because they have to wait on us. When we were walking out we let the manager know why we were leaving and he was rude and said he was sending someone back there. It didn't seem like he even cared. His name was Ryan. I'm not sure what the rude waitress name was that refused to greet us because she was about to be cut but she had gauges in her ears and dark hair. I'm saying that to describe who it is because those things do not matter to me, I just couldn't see her name and I'm sure you can figure out who that was.
I'm not sure if we were refused service because we are black or what the reason that they chose to greet and wait one everyone but us, but this is unacceptable. Since the manager didn't seem to care I thought you may want to know how people are treated at the Bob Evans in Portage, Michigan.
