Poor service poor quality of food
We ordered a whopper and original chicken sandwich, the whooper was cold it had very thick onions the sauce was on a small portion of the burger and the burger patty was paper thin as was the chicken patty the chicken was very overcooked and had a couple dots of mayonnaise the chicken was cold as well, as to the fries they were cold and very little amount which we ordered med size. This was a drive thru order and at 11am it was not busy the food should of been hot and fresh, as for the price we paid for the food It should of been made right
Burger King has always been our fast food favorite but unfortunately one to many times we have had poor food quality at the Littleton NH Burger King

Burger King at Malaga airport departures. It took me 30 minutes to get my order. This is totally unacceptable! Especially for serving at the airport!

I had bad service at a burger king location in new castle delaware ( long wait in drive thru- 45 minutes, since not enough workers to open inside sales ) so i took the survey, wrote the code number down on my receipt. a few weeks later i drove to burger king location in middletown, de for my free whopper with purchase. placed my order and handed receipt with code number to cashier. they told me that i had to have an app on my phone ? they didn't know what the code number was on the receipt. after trying a few times explaining about the survey code. walked out empty handed. not happy at all with last two visits at burger king, guess i'll have to find a different burger to start liking.

Went to burger king on foxon blvd new haven on 7/23 at 615 pm. Girl at window was talking rudely about us with window open and swearing. When she handed food over she was so rude and mean. They never took credit card so we sat waiting and when the opened window again they were so rude. I will never go back again. Staff is usually very nice but she should not be working there

Hello me and my son went into the rest room at the burger king on east market street harrisonburg va. I witness a employee with the adam on his name tag smoking what appeared to be crystal meth out of a pipe in the restroom. I have contacted the authorities on this matter as. If I find that my son has been exposed to the substance I will sue. Thank you for time

I just had a ChKing meal the total was$8.05, the girl then told me that she had no change to give me and charged me $9.00 for my chicken sandwich. I told her that it was not my fault That she had had no change to give me and that she should just give me the dollar and the store should just absorb the nickel short! She told me that there was nothing that she could do and that was it. Since I had already waited 10 minutes to order out of my 30 minute lunch break I had to accept it! If this is Corporate Policy I will never eat at Burger King again! This store is just off the corner of 19th and University in Fargo, North Dakota!

The bun was soggy as if it had been sitting for quite awhile, the chicken was cold and raw in the middle and definitely not crispy. No lettuce or mayo to be found. I had to recook everything and use a fresh bun. The mozzarella sticks were cold and unedited. I threw most of it in the trash. I very much doubt I'll ever return. Worst food I've ever eaten and definitely not worth the $6.00 I paid for it.

Drive through employee needs to find a new job. Champaign Il drive through 6:25 p.m. Saturday July 17, 2021. Her customer service was awful. No hello, no thank I had to ask numerous times for straws, napkins, and even our drinks a few eye rolls later finally received napkins and 2 straws even though our order included 5 drinks. Customer service really needs attention maybe classes for those that have no idea how to treat customers who in a round about way pay their wages.

I made a complain regarding the disqualified delivery person which was delivered our order # [protected] on 08.July.2021.The issue is the delivery person used bad words and accused very badly in front of my family & neighbours due to a location issue. Considering this issue the customer care office call me and informed to issue a free order. But yesterday I contacted customer care and they informed there is no such a free order. I never expecting such reply as a long term customer which is dealing with you. Considering this issue I am expecting a very positive feed back as agreed from your side in a ethical way.

The Burger King in Shorter, AL this makes the 3rd time a n the last 2 weeks we could not get any service, 1st time the computers were down couldn't take any orders, 2nd time was Friday morning @ 6:15am sat at the drive thru for 10min no one acknowledged we were at the window & today @ 4:00pm the girl came on and said she was sorry she could not take any orders she was waiting for help to come in, let me advise you there were 5 cars parked by the door it had to be employees vehicles due to not letting people inside how many people does it take to cook in that place? Needless to say we will not attempt to go there again, this place is located by the interstate people sorry it's not going to be open much longer with poor customer service that I e experienced in the last 2-3 weeks! I will tell people about this place!😡
