US Army Veteran walked inside Burger King, GM took my order. GM told me the cost of my meal, I presented my VA card which Burger King is one of many sponsors that support active Arms Forces & retired VA member a 10% discount. GM stated that he could not give me the 10% discount because there was already a discounted. "No it wasn't!" always get 10% VA discount.

Burger King Service

I order a whopper heavy mayo lettuce and tomato cut in half . I get my sandwich I Check it not cut in half I hand the sandwich back and ask them to cut sandwich in half lady walks back to the board and precedes to hand me a plastic knife I ask why won’t you cut my sandwich in half . I was told to hand you a knife . I go to this Burger King at least twice a week and the last two times they refuse to cut my sandwich in half . I call the manger when I get home and she tell me that they did not have a knife ? Then when I said why did you not get a knife she hung the phone up on me ! Have it my way I think Not ! Please buy them a knife and fire this manger ! I don’t like being lied to or hung up on !

Burger King Service

HI we had ordered a mobile app at 11:27 0n [protected] and when I went to pick it up, they told me that they did not have it. I showed them the receipt and the address that the manager was very rude, and I did not deserve that. I had shown that it went through and everything she kept telling me that there is nothing else that they could have done. when I went back inside, she was like not again. I tried to tell her that it would not let us cancel it and she was sorry that's it. I am wanting a full refund and her fired from her job. she does not need ot be in that position if she cannot handle the public.and a few meal . i asked her why she can not just make it .

Burger King order not correct and company doesn't answer phone!

The store on Center St in Auburn, Maine won't answer their phone but goes to a fax sounding device. Last week I ordered Whopper with no lettuce or tomato. I asked for bacon, cheese and extra onions. plus onions rings and soda. Cost was $16 plus change. So the soda-coke was nothing but water seltzer, the Whopper had lettuce, tomato and half of piece of bacon. AND they gave french fries and no onion rings.

Burger King Over charge on my order!

Was charged $14.18 for the impossible whopper. Your menu says it’s $$8.09. My Triple whopper was charged $13.88. Your menu says that it’s $9.09. Again the price was over charged on both sandwiches. Placed order 7:11am. at 7:30am no food, 8 or more went through drive-up. We had Dr app and could not wait any longer. Canceled order got money back. did not give our coupon back that used, nor get an apology. very disappointed we left. The BK was store # 10234 at E. 7510 State St. Rockford Il 61108. Burger King Management staff

On Saturday, Oct 21 at 2pm I was picking up my order at the 15 mile and mound Rd location in Sterling Heights MI. I heard someone yelling using profanity. Who I believe was a manager (?) who was arguing with someone on the other side of the counter. The manager yelled "Get you Mother F...ing White [censored] out of here." Highly racist comment coming from who I believe to be Middle Eastern.

I asked the female at the window if he was management and she shook her head yes, seeming to be afraid. I could not hear the customer because he was behind the wall. Then the Burger King Manager said, "I'm right here, you want a piece of me, I'll come F... you up and then I'll come F... your wife and your f...ing children while you watch." He then went around the counter and the two were shouting back and forth. The severity of this person's comments are severe enough to have me forward this information to the District Attorney and FBI. Thank you.
