Burger King Poor service

I went to the Burger King on Rt. 31 in Clay, NY. It was approximately 10:50am. I ordered 2 whopper juniors with cheese, no pickles. Normally the first window is closed but it was open and I was told to stop there. 10 minutes go by and finally a girl showed up at the window. She tried to open it but couldn't. 5 minutes later, a big guy in a blue shirt who I assume was the manager came over and opened the window. It wasn't locked, All he did was push on it. Then she couldn't get the register to work. Because she simply didn't login. I finally get my order and drive home. I was given 2 whopper juniors - no cheese and they had pickles. You have a serious staffing problem there.

Burger King customer service/ manager

Ordered on their mobile app. went to the that bk drive up and waited 15-20 mins in line only to have someone drive up in the other lane to get waited on in 2 mins.

Got to the window and ask for the manager only to get him to cop a attitude and tell me i only was in line for 2 mins when MY WIFE and I waited 15 20 mins !

He was rude and not ready to solve this at all and as a manager was not good with customers.

He had no customer skills and was clearly not there to mend this problem only to shout at me !

This took place at the spencerport BK at 5pm on 9/22/2023

They also messed up the order to.

My son was missing items and they over cooked the chicken fries

Desired outcome: refund and apology

My order was placed using the online app on 9/18/23 at approximately 6:36 pm. Almost my entire order was wrong! I ordered the Bacon King meal without ketchup & mayo and add onions and light mustard. The sandwich I received had ketchup & mayo and no onions or mustard. Ordered large fries but received a medium. The only correct item was the medium coke. I did NOT have it my way.

On 9/7 my husband went to Burger King in Methuen #4899 ordered two whoppers with cheese and bill came to $23.71. But on checking my bank account, we were also charged $8.23. My husband did not get a receipt. On 9/14 and on 9/17 we purchased the same order and only were charged $23.71. So, my question why we were charged an additional $8.23 on 9/17/2023. The workers are friendly and helpful. It's a shame they have to work in a dirty restaurant. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Burger King Missing order

Placed order through Burger King App 7th September, which is partnered with Deliveroo.

delivery driver delivered Uber eats order that was clearly not what I ordered as I didnt order through Uber.

I have been trying to complain via deliveroo and Burger King to no avail.

no-one taking responsibility for this error and im know down meal and money.

trying to get hold of customer service is ridiculous.

I will not be using your services again as all you have done is rob me of my money.

Burger King Onion rings

This is what I got from a medium order of onion rings at the Watertown NY store on Arsenal Street. Pieces and burnt parts and fries. 09/5/2023 @ 635 pm. I told the cashier about it but they didn’t care and told me they all look like that. I did not get any more onion rings or any refund from the store. I am sending you a picture of my onion rings and a picture of my receipt with the date and time.

I recently purchased the two whopper Jr's for 5.00 dollar deal, at home when I took my first bite there was no meat, I thought that they forgot to put the meat patties in the burgers, when I opened the burger to check, the meat patty was the size of a silver dollar, this is outright false advertisement, on the online menu and TV commercials the patties are bigger than the bun.

Burger King Order issues

I used the Burger King in Manitowoc WI this evening. Everything was fine. When I received the food I commented that the bag didn't seem right but I was assured that everything on the receipt was in the bag. When I got home I found that I was missing the Whopper with Bacon that was ordered. I have tried calling this Burger King but am not getting any answer.

Desired outcome: I paid for the Whopper with Bacon and would like to be compensated for that.

Burger King Food and Service

went to burger king 09-01-2023 at 1:49 pm. Ordered 2 whoppers with cheese and 8 piece count of Mozzarella sticks to go. got home and realized they gave us chicken nuggets instead of mozzarella sticks. Took the chicken back to get the mozzarella sticks, the girl gave the sticks to us with no bag. The whoppers were very sloppily put together and cold. Didn't get a welcome to burger king or any comment except can i help you when we walked in. when given our order no thank you or anything. Just gave us the bag and walked away.

Desired outcome: I would home they would get management and workers that care about customers and the way they present food to them
