Burger King Bacon cheese double whopper

August 24th 2023 at 12:30 p.m. I ordered two bacon cheese double Whoppers and all of the bacon on both of them was completely raw my wife ended up eating half of her Burger before she noticed and she is almost 8 months pregnant. This is unsafe for anybody especially a pregnant woman. I am very upset I spent almost $25 for lunch and got raw food. Also waiting in line where they are only taking one order at a time letting that one car drive up to the drive-thru window get their food and then leave before taking another order is ridiculous. There were 20 plus cars waiting in line and they were not utilizing their time properly.

Desired outcome: I want a refund and coupons and if my wife gets food poisoning that's on you.

Burger King Part of my order was missing

Burger King order # 62. My order was missing the drink. I order from Burger King on a very regular basis and this has happened before. I noticed at the time of delivery the Door Dash delivery person said I needed to contact Door Dash which I did I am a disabled senior citizen and am unable to leave my home. I called the Burger King where the order was placed. This Burger King hardly ever answers the phone and after a few tries they did answer today. The manager was rude, uncooperative, and less than helpful. I know it is only the drink, but I think it could have been handled in a better and more timely manner. I think the manager needs some more training. She just told me 'I will not send someone from here. I know every negative complaint affects 10 people. Maybe customer service may be improved.

Burger King Customer service and horrible product

My husband ordered a Rodeo along with a Original Chicken Value meal. The crew member was very rude and kept interrupting him as he was placing our order, so it took about 5 minutes just to place the order. Then we got bumped at for an additional wait. The chicken had like a 1/2 cp of mayo on it. The rodeo was swimming in bbq sauce. I have pics. Store #2415 Transaction ID [protected]-031553. Burger King 11 years old boy refused to be served

Monday 07 of August around 6.30pm-6.45pm I was shocked by hostility of BK employee named Arizona in St. Enoch Centre, Glasgow.

I can not stop crying over it and neither can my 11 old son.

So, that's my story from today...

Today afternoon we were doing the last school shopping for my kids. We treated this as family day as due to the rising cost of living we no longer can afford traveling to the city centre. It was supposed to be fun and as a prize children could choose a place to eat. My daughter and her dad went to the food court, and my son asked about Burger King. I agreed as we always enjoyed a clean and friendly Burger King in St.Enoch center. After all, it was my son's treat (I did not plan to eat there). At the time we came there were no other customers. My boy wanted a Doritos box, which we successfully selected on screen but could not deselect salads and greens from his burger so my son suggested that it will be faster if we go and order from the counter. And it definitely was making sense as we spent a long time figuring out how to order. I did ask, politely, if we can order a box with no salad and a girl told us that we need to order on screen. Told her about the struggle to deselect greens and she said she can not take an order and we need to get back to screen. Really have no idea how from peaceful talk she went crazy angry and told me that she will not serve us and we must leave. I did not say anything rude and unpleasant (after all my son was next to me) but she said that I made a look which she found rude. Did I? I wondered... It definitely was nothing personal towards her and she should not assume it was . If anything, I wonder how long it takes to get fast food and the second half of my family probably ordered and finished their meal... Arizona started to be vocal and loud, trying to argue, her male colleague came from the back, stood for a while and quietly went back. I did not want to argue. Not in a public place, not with my son next to me, not over food I wasn't going to eat. I just needed help and quick order. I politely asked about her name and asked if I could see the manager. She said there is no need, asked her about the manager's name, she refused and pointed to the wall with BK info informing me that I can send a complaint to the general email.

This point, it was already too much for me.

Being refused to serve was new for me and one of the most humiliating experiences I had. I know the importance of quality, high standard customer service. I spend decades being in service to others!

Anyway, to avoid her angry attitude I turned back ready to leave and as we were leaving my son said : "Don't worry, we can try again on the screen. Let's try again!"

I knew how much he was waiting to have Burger King and we stopped to order again. Few minutes later came another girl and told us that she came to tell us we will not be served. I asked her "Why?" and she said that she doesn't know exactly why, but we needed to leave or she would call security. I said I don't mind security because I do nothing wrong. My son is ordering food himself. Another "we will not serve you" as at this moment came Arizona very loudly telling us to leave, talking over me; new customers started coming, placing their orders and staring at us silently. For me all this bullying, abuse, and very rude inappropriate behaviour completely took my confidence away. Humiliated me in front of my son, other customers, watching from a distance, partner and daughter. I was shaking, could not say anything , was lacking words and panic attacks raised my heart palpitation, caused dizziness, stuttered speech made me vulnerable in front of bullying staff. I could not reason with Arizona as she became more and more horrible with a threatening body posture. Body language was clear that she is in power and she is not looking for a peaceful ending. When I asked her, and she was standing opposite to my son, how does she feel, refusing 11 years old child food and service she just said: I don't care. You won't be served. Me and my wee boy left extremely upset.

I never thought I would feel so humiliated by someone whose job is to create a positive image of the place she is working, a big Burger King who pays her for first class customer service and for serving food. What a let down! I am still shaking, crying and trying to explain to my son that we all may have had a bad day and unfortunately we were the only customer in this moment who unfortunately was on her way...

I only wonder how strong her bullying attitude is towards other employees of BK , because both of Arizona colleagues were witnessing the situation and no one cared about mediating or easing the arising conflict, they quietly supported her outburst and were doing what she wanted. Blayre probably felt completely pushed and used. With last vocal Arizona performance she was persuading Blayre to just get back with her and leave us , which made me really feel very stupid and small. What a stressful situation for me, other clients, BK stuff, my son it was...only because he wanted a £5.99 doritos box! And all could be a very straightforward and pleasant experience for everyone. I should be able to order directly and human service should be available to us all. If it wasn't possible, Arizona or Blyre could help us to do it on screen. After all, we were only customers there when we came to Burger King. This story needs to be treated seriously because this could be very unfortunate physically and mentally for clients or/and staff. I also would like to know how you are going to solve this situation.

Desired outcome: apology from Arizona , compensation for unfair treating, bullying (the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and The Equality Act 2010) , free meals vouchers

This burger kingnon lexington springmill is by far the worst and slowest fast food place I've ever been to. It took over 35 min to get through the line and to get our food the service is incredibly crappy and the workers did not have no care about how long it took and employees are just sitting around. None of the workers wear gloves nor hair caps it is by far the worst place I've ever came to.

Burger King Whopper

After a long hard day of work we stopped at bk in poplar bluff missouri to grab some food. We ordered the family bundle, 3 whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers, 3 fries. We drove home and sat down to eat and finally got a good look at our whoppers... Omg, what horror. They looked like they were eaten before or dug out of a garbage can... What a mess! There were no tomatoes, 3 small shreds of lettuce and just sloppy made. I called the manager, joseph, and complained. He wanted me to drive all the way back to have him make it "right". We were tired, dirty, and hungry and driving back was the last thing we wanted to do. He said we will get some coupons in about 2 weeks (how do I know the food will look any better) but I want to complain again about about happened last night (july 31st at about 7pm) why were we not told they were "out" of tomatoes, why was there 3 shreds of lettuce on that sandwich instead of actual lettuce and why in the world did they look absolutely pathetic? Are the employees so lazy or so poorly trained that they cant make a decent looking sandwich? They were not busy and certainly no reason why care could not be taken to make presentable looking food. Maybe if bk had qualified and responsible managers the crew would also take pride in the food they sell. From what we could see from the drive up window there was quite a bit of silliness going on between workers... Such a disgrace. I took pics and only wish I could send them to you but I cant on this post and I honestly dont know how to get them from my phone over to my computer... But it was nasty looking... Nasty! Please... Burger King Livingston, Al location should be shut down!

Stopped in your business location in Livingston, AL yesterday with son-in-law to eat lunch on our way to Jackson Mississippi. Temp outside was 100 degrees, temp inside was over 80, (no Air Cond). Line to place orders was backed up to the door. Finally got to the counter to place our order for a Whopper with cheese and bacon, (as advertised on the sign just above the counter) after ordering was told there was "No Bacon". Ordered One whopper with cheese, Onion rings, and Dr Pepper, Chicken sandwich, Onion Ring and coke. When the girl went to get our drinks and brought them to the counter, told us they were out of ice. Received order finally sat down only to find out we had one onion ring and one fry (not what we ordered). They said they would cook some and bring them to us. Sat back down to eat, finished eating, as we were leaving, I asked about the Onion rings, they gave me some to go that were over cooked. While placing our order the manager was getting money out of the safe and told other employees she was going to get change, I was going to complain to management as we were leaving but she had not returned. Employees were complaining that they were being over worked and needed to get off and go home outloud in front of all of us patrons standing at the counter. Piss poor business, Piss poor management, Piss poor employee attitude, Piss poor food, Piss poor atmosphere, Piss poor air-conditioning. I will also be filing complaints with the better business bureau and the Alabama Health Dept. This location should have the doors locked and business closed immediately!

Desired outcome: My resolution would be to fire the CEO down of Burger King, restructure business model, hire competent managers and employees, improve store quality and staff. Your moto is " have it your way", I just gave you the resolution, Thats my way!
