Captain D's service

Every time I visit The Manchester captain ds. I'm always greeted with a smile I believe the manager's name is Joycia she is such a pleasant person. She always makes sure that my order is correct. And I overheard some of the employee's talking about that she may be leaving to move to another store. she is the reason I keep coming back her attitude is amazing. So please keep her at Manchester she would succeed.

Desired outcome: Is to let her stay and run Manchester Expressway please and thank you.

Captain D's Incorrect order

Captain D'Souza store # 3775

After waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes. I received my order, which was the Fish and shrimp meal. I should have checked the order before leaving. After I got to my destination to eat, there were no shrimp or utensils to eat with. So I paid $14.50 for two small pieces of fish, small portion of coleslaw and 12 fries with two hushpuppies.

Desired outcome: Refund. Employees need to pay attention to orders.

Ordered 3 senior dinners, 3 drinks and 2 slices of pie. Pie was missing when I got back to McCormick SC. Called 18 times and someone would answer phone and hang up. Unacceptable. Need to be reimbursed or need to get to 2 slices of pecan pie. My order came to $30.00 plus. We were there on Wednesday, January 18th around 2-215pm. Please resolve this before I seek help for social media. Thank you

Captain D's Cleanliness not

Time: 11:42 a.m.

As my husband and I entered the parking lot we commented that we had never seen so much litter. At the entrance door there were food wrappers, multiple candy papers, cigarette butts, etc. Inside, we had to look for a table that had been cleaned, others had food crumbs, spilled drinks. The floor was dirty. The beverage dispensers have been out of service for at least 6 months to a year. Very inconvenient. The person who took our order was smiling and pleasant. However he was having to pull double duty as he had to deliver our meal to our table, very attentive. Kudos to him. BTY food is always delicious.

Captain D's worst experience ever

i ordered $67 worth of food and it all was over cooked and i had to go back thru the drive thru to get things they missed. when they tried to say they were closed. one girl there need some new pants cuase the ones she had one showed more then needed. they were all cut up or torn . wont go back to that location again

Captain D's Service and treatment

Today i went to your location at 7331 Garners Ferry Rd, Columbia, Sc 29209. I used to visit this location at least twice a week because it was close to my job. I stop going in the early part of the summer due to poor customer service. I tried again today and got the same result. They were so busy trying to sell add on to point I didn't get my order correct that we went over twice. I order a three pics fish diner with 2 sides of chicken and large tea. I got a shrimp add on and three pics fish. I ask the girl at window about my chicken and she shrugg her shoulder. I went to go inside and the door was lock. I call the number four times and know one answer. I guess the only way i could get my chicken was to get back in line with the other 8 cars. But i just drove off and recall why I stop coming to this place.

I want to talk to you about Coupons, I bring my Family of 4 to your establishment and we all want The Same Order, You will only honor one Discount, Let's Spin The Wheel and see who The Lucky One Is, Have It ever Occured to you that the only reason we are coming Is for The Coupons, With a Family of 4 you have to be mindful of your spending habits,It just seems so Dishonest when you lure a Person In That Way, knowing good and well, The Fine Print Is what it is.The next time I guess I will give each Family member their own Coupon and $10.00, or I will just not come at all.Because nobody wants to be treated like a Sucker. Captain D's Food

Purchased a very large meal for my family of 6 as I often do with Captain D’s of Bluefield West Virginia. I ordered a family feast with additional items received the family feast meal however I didn’t receive the four addition pieces of the spicy fish I ordered. No slaw, no Mac cheese. Highly disappointed because I order from capt d’s often and things are usually correct. But not this time I almost had the correct food for everyone.

Desired outcome: I want either a refund or gift card from captan Ds for the missing items

Captain D's Fried Whitefish

Regular customer for the best fried fish (fast food restaurant) , meaning your fried whitefish. Been buying this for years. Now, the fish had perfectly cooked crust, but the fish inside was very under-cooked, and slimy. Location 1665 Sycamore View, Memphis. Thought maybe just a bad day. Tried again one week later, exact same outcome. We went to a different location (7112 Stage Rd, Memphis) a week or two later. Same exact outcome. Weird that two locations had the same under-cooked fish. My thoughts are that the corp office made a decision to enable the stores to cook the fish faster , to get the order out quicker, by raising the temp. Problem is under-cooked fish. Have not been to Captain D's for a month, but went to store number one today. Same exact outcome. Today I requested the fish be cooked a little longer, but it was not !

From the best fast food fish to the worst ! Last visit.

Captain D's Service

For the second striaght times that I went to captain ds to order the the restaurant was already closing. they are suppose toclose a 10pm. It was 9pm and there was a car in the drive thru. So when I went around to the window the girl told me they were closed. All lights and Signs were still on. They had closed early so I could not feed my family what we wanted. It happend again today! Its was 845pm and I went to drive thru cause their was a car at the window once again. so I sat there wating to order for about 10 mins and no one came on so I drive up to window and ask the young lady if they are closed, and she said yes. Then I asked what time are they supposed to close and got no answer, then I told her about the other incident the other night, then she changed her story and said that the speaker dont wont at drive thru so I can just order at the window. That took forever because they had to pull stuff back out just to fufill my order. I Love the food but this is gonna run me elswhere for sure. I feel some kind compensation is in order.

Captain D's Young teen rude and unprofessional

A couple of weeks ago, my son and I went in to order. I asked, what would be a great deal to serve family of 5. The young teen talked very fast like we were a nuisance and that she was in a hurry.

So, I asked her is she could repeat that a little slower. Then she said, it just as fast but really loud.

Then our order wasn't right, and I told her we didn't like crab. So, when we got our food it was crab included and I said, we didn't like crab the first time.

Then she went over to cook and said [censored] I just told her.

I was very clear that we wanted fish and chicken deal!

So, rude! We won't be going back! And she said, sweetie and your welcome LOVE a lot to the drive through customers while we were waiting.

That's the worst customer experience I have every had in all my 40 some years.

She acted like a spoiled brat not a professional.

Desired outcome: We ended up paying way to much ,that didn't barley feed 3 people, let alone 5.

Captain D's unprofessional customer service

I am a regular diner at Captain D's.

I went to the restaurant on Saturday to order two meals.

When I arrived, there was a sign on the door that informed that the lobby was closed and drive-thru only was available.

I proceeded to the drive-thru. When I reached the window, I asked if they could tell me why the lobby was closed? The employee asked someone else the question, I assumed a manager/supervisor, and then laughed and said, the drive-thru is the only thing open.

I could clearly see that, but I felt that a customer had a right, since I was a customer, to ask this question.

After I asked the employee if that was a funny question, she did inform me that they were shorthanded. I am in management, and we are having issues with getting people to come to work also. But I also feel that a paying customer should deserve a simple answer to a simple question.

Desired outcome: Simply be courteous to customers, even though you may be having a bad day.

Captain D's Quality of food

We were at 15 Carson Place, Frankfort Ky 40601 11/12/22 7:13 pm. We were the only customers. 2 people came in while we were waiting for our food. The food, every bit of it, was cold. The fish was cooked in spots. Ever eat cold greasy food? The Giant Fish Combo only had fish sandwich & fries, no slaw. I had 2 piece fish, slaw Fries, & hush puppies for $7.59 only 10 cents cheaper than the giant combo. Yes, I will share my name, Lois Larson. That was the worst $16.72 meal I have ever had. That was the last trip to Captain D's & I will share my story with anyone who will listen

Captain D's I’m complaining about the service

Yes I was at your drive through establishment on 11 eight 2022 at 19:19, the guest #001. The person taking was my order was rude. And kept telling me, what didn’t have. And I believe he over charged me and didn’t give me my drink I paid for twice. These places hasn’t been open that long. And asked combo and he took drink off and charged me for med drink

Captain D's Poor communication/ cross contaminating foods

Cross contaminating the fryers replaced me on the schedule and took me off n basically fired me without firing me and dont clean there dishes all the way an theres grease on the dishes from the day before and still uses them the next day and they let me work a whole month without a food handlers permit because they didn't tell me to get one or ask if i had one like they where supposed to they dont care and when we close the stuff thats supposed to be put in the freezer they leave it im the fridge i got all of this from working there a month and put me on hours knowing i only had a ride at a certain time

Desired outcome: To make yall realize this company needs to be watched and or closed down
