Carl's Jr. review: Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich.

On 9/23/2024 at 7:04pm at Store#1500418 at Murray, KY, Order#357972 my wife and I ordered a 10 piece Chicken Tender combo meal and 2 Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich Meals totaling $42.89. My wife and I couldn't eat ours. They were so dried out that while I was trying to chew it I actually cracked my lower dentures. These sandwiches had to be sitting for MANY hours possibly leftover from the day before as they were like jerky. This Hardee's hardly ever has any business and this is most likely the reason why. When you spend this much money you expect to get freshly prepared food. It is a shame that a corporation does not require more from management at their stores. I for one will discourage anyone from eating there in the future. This had to be the worst I've ever been served anywhere. We did not call and complain because no one cares anymore or they want you to drive another 30 miles back to get another one which who knows if it will be any better. Even if it was better whose going to pay for me to travel another 30 miles round trip to get what I should have gotten the first time. Now I have to pay even more to have my dentures fixed if they even can be. This store needs to be shut down or at the very least a major overhaul and teach employees that customers are their job security and deserve to be served edible food not something that should have been thrown in the trash hours before.
