Contract
They take my money every month, but my lines are suspended for 2 months now, its been going on now for 6 months now, im gatvol for this.
The operators that work remoteley sounds like they are still in bed sleeping, and when they cant answer my questions, they just end the line..
I keep on getting enails that i'm in arrears but i've got the POP that I pay every month, I sent it through everytime I phone cell c, and to a lott of email addresses.
They are dragging my name through the mudd.

Fraudulent invoice/statement
My 3 Cell C contracts were cancelled at the end of its 2 year contract period and the numbers were ported to Telkom. During the two year period my monthly invoice for the three contracts were paid by debit order on time and never returned unpaid. After I cancelled the contracts, a statement arrived via email with an outstanding amount of R537. There was no invoice attached just an amount on the statement for R537. This amount is such an odd amount because the 3 contracts were identical at R399 each and they weren't open lines but top up contracts so no last charges on one last invoice. The question is why haven't they sent me an invoice and why haven't they just debited my usual payment method (debit order). My credit profile now shows that I have not be paying my Cell C account on time with the R537 showing as unpaid.
Shortly after receiving this statement (with no invoice), I received a call from their debt collection attorneys trying to collect the "outstanding" amount. They couldn't tell me either what the amount is for. When I called 084135, they could not find any outstanding balance on my profile, odd. I asked for a paid up letter 4 times, but still nothing. This is totally unacceptable and smells like a fraudulent activity on my account. But the worst part is that I have tried to resolve this by reaching out to Cell C, in fact, I've spent several hours but to no avail. I have cellphone contracts with Vodacom and Telkom and have no problems with their customer service. Cell C has no customer service and are utterly unprofessional.

Contact on a Laptop. Sales Consultant lied about what they were giving me
Don't get a contract with Cell C. Their instore consultants lied to me and told me the laptop I was getting has a i5 processor. When I got home and started using the laptop I eventually found out it has NO processor. Then I have been trying to contact cell c so that I could return it as the store is located 50ks away. So it's difficult for me to go back to the store. I have been begging them to phone me after work since July yet no answer. When I finally got hold of them today... They tell me that they cannot help! So angry. They are absolutely useless.
I do not have enough petrol money to drive back to the store again as I am unable to work on my laptop and get income. I can't even run Netflix properly.

A conract I did not take out

[protected] end September 2021, cell c agent phoned me and said she see I also have a data contract I am not using and why I said well we have Fibre at home. She suggested that those data minutes she can allocate to the number [protected] so my daughter can use the data at least. Since then cell c charge me R800 per month as they said I took out a new contract and I did NOT! Please go and listen to the recording. The only contract I took with the data I am already paying for the remainder of the data contract with the minutes allocated to the number above is a R29 whatts app bundle. Cell C is in error I will never take out a contract of R800 for my daughter as we are struggling financially, but cell c only says it's a new contract I also want a copy of recording in order to go to a lawyer if this is not resolved soon.

Incorrect debit amounts - theft
Cell C are debit incorrect amounts since May. I have sent proof of payment. Local Cell C branch at La Lucia sent proof of payments. Still not corrected. My statements reflect some crazy amount they cannot explain how they got to this figure but keep debiting my account. That is theft. f.[protected]@cellc.co.za then accused me of tampering with my bank statements which is defamation of character. I sent a complete bank statement from May until November showing every proof of payment. This is still not resolved. I do feel my last option is to open a case of fraud against Cell C and a case against f.[protected]@cellc.co.za.

Adverse listing when account was paid months ago
I received this message from Cell C on the 11th November:

My issue still hasn't been resolved, and despite numerous calls, emails, complaints on Hello Peter and visits to the Cresta Branch, nothing has been done.
My account was paid on the 3rd September and Cell C still haven't allocated the payment to my account, despite sending the proof of payment numerous times. I have now been listed on ITC, but my account was paid months ago.
3G data R149 and R50.00 airtime
on the 25th I bought Data of R149 3G and R50 airtime on my Capitec Bank app. And I have been calling to customer service the whole week not getting answers instead the ladies I was speaking to, Nokubonga, Sne said you are having a technical error and the data and airtime will be loaded I must wait for few hours bear in mind I bought the data and airtime to do my work. and nothing was loaded, on Thursday I decided to go to Cell C in Tygervallely and according to the lady there Zimasa she knew nothing about the Technical error that is happening, and she phoned in front of me and finally I made a query and I was given query number and they told me that an agent will call me [protected] and a lady called accordingly on Friday and her Name was Sivuyisiwe from Back office and she said I must sent her my bank statement in order for me to receive my Data and Airtime and I did send it. and Today I called again and I spoke to Mpho and she said according to her records it says the case has been resolved and she sees that the is some subscriptions that deducted on my cell from the 25th then I told her still it doesn't add up to the airtime that I bought and my R149 data so finally she told me that she will open another query regarding query number [protected] please I need answers because now I am sitting with a problem and I am suppose to be using data at work how long should I wait this is frustrating and I even went to Capitec to reverse the money and they couldn't help because its already done and cant reverse. Poor Customer Service
I am appalled at the lack of service the Cell C call centre Provides. I have requested call backs at least two or three times in prior weeks and received nothing. Today I call their call centre and was informed I am failing their security checks, how exactly I am not sure as the detail on my profile ON THEIR APP AND WEBSITE corresponds to what I was asked. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I am told they are on a long call or they will call me back. I had to call back to ask for a supervisor only for that supervisor to give me even less of an answer than his so called subordinates did. I must now go into a store to resolve. What the hell are the call centres there for then?
Convenience? I think not!
You are quick to take my money every month without fail though and I am a good payer. Yet it is like squeezing blood from a stone to get decent service.

My husband passed away in August. All documentation sent to deceasedenquiries about 15 times with no feedback to stop contract. Complained on Hello peter and sent documents to sm@cellc another 10 times. NO RESPONSE NOT EVEN AKNOWLEGEMENT! every month they attempt to take the debit order and this month you took 3 x times the debit order amount. I demand the money be refunded. This is pathetic just ignoring complaints and customers, even deceased customers. This contract should have been cancelled in August when It was reported and all documents submitted.

Today i went to Cell C at Carnival mall to inquire about the access fee that was, supposed to be debit ed. From my account on the 30 of November ask the lady if i can make the payment in store, she said i must google or call insurance to gv me the banking details, i couldn't understand ain't they supposed to have those details in store Or call from their side

No debit orders were run for 4 months and then a payment plan was arranged and no debit orders went off even after arrangement was made
Fibre was cut and we were advised if the full amount is paid will be reinstated
Also needed to complete a full new application - NEW APPLICATION FOR SOMETHING THEY CANCELLED IN ERROR.
Payment was done and sent through yesterday and almost 12pm the next day there is no connectivity
Shocking service and this needs to be a formal complaint with the ombudsman due to the way they are handling payments for services and now withholding services due to their error on their system.
They have been paid and still no service. Thats theft!

Yesterday I received a call my Fibre lins has been disconnected due to a glitch in cellc account department since May

Unauthorised debit order
I recently had a new debit order implemented on my bank account, from Cell C. An unauthorised one, as it was post the new DebiCheck system which is supposed to safeguard against it. I have visited my local Cell C shop, sent documents, e-mailed, phoned, but to no avail. I simply cannot be assisted at the correct department. My reference number is useless as nobody can find it on the system. The debit order keeps increasing in value and each and every time I have to incur the time and cost to have it reversed. When I phone I get transferred between several consultants and departments, until I finally get lost in the system: hearing background sounds but not being assisted.
My legitimate contract's debit order is not the problem. That I'm being billed for someone else's contract, that is most definitely the problem. All my banking fees for debit order reversals and my own debit orders that bounce because of this, who will cover those costs? Who will cover the time that it takes me every month to go and reverse this debit order that was loaded without my consent? Either the DebiCheck system is flawed, or Cell C does not care to abide by it.
I tried to resolve this internally with the methods at Cell C, now we'll see if we can resolve it here.

My monthly premium is R179
In June an amount of R249 was debited. I was advised this was for the premium of R179 plus R70 failed debit order penalty. I forwarded my bank statement to prove that the debit order had not failed
It seems that no premium was lodged in July
In August a premium of R109 was lodged once again and I was advised that this debit order had failed and a further R70 failed debit order penalty was once again added. I sent my bank statement to you proving that the debit had not failed
Then in September cellC did not lodge a debit so I paid the premium by EFT and proof of payment was sent to them
In October they debited me twice on the 18th R179 and the 20th R179. I assumed the extra debit was for the debit order you had failed to lodge in July plus the October premium
In November they debited me with R358 on 15/11 and R179 on 20/11, a total of R537! I once again sent them all my bank statements and asked for a refund and the debit order to be cancelled
My recent contact with them was on 20/11 and daily thereafter and to date besides automated acknowledgements of receipt I have had no response
Today I received and SMS saying to stay connected I should pay the outstanding R179 for November!
