Chipotle Mexican Grill General manager

She terminated me because I came to work and my foot swelled up on me and I could not continue to work I was coming off of working 2 double shifts during the weekend so I was tired no one asked me about the schedule for next week they just threw on there knowing that I have a bad foot and back Knowing that I let them know that before I was hired I what hurt for 2 years prior to working at chipotle because of a car accident after she terminated Sam that's the managers name she knew I had worked overtime and she only put me down for 52 hours I have my pay slips too with my overtime hours on them and she mails my check to the wrong address so I was not able to move in my new apartment and I'm now homeless still and forced to move back Georgia because I did not get paid at all yesterday on the day I supposed to be paid I don't know when I'm going to get my money on my card but I know I have nothing now and I will be suing chipotle for pain and suffering

I've always had a bad experience at this location. The customer service is poor. They're always running out of food. Important items like chicken or rice. I believe the issue is poor management. I've spoken to two different managers. The last guy I spoke that I lied and told me he' ll watch the camera. As if I called to waste time about my bowl being wrong...

I ate the burrito with sofritas, pinto beans, guacamole and brown rice yesterday, Feb 8. Soon after I begun to feel unwell and very bloated. This the fourth time in a row I have ordered a delivery from this place and my quacamole has not been put in my burrito bowl. I am beyond furious because quac costs extra and this is the fourth time this has happened. Chipotle Mexican Grill chicken burrito bowl w. guacamole

I ordered this for delivery through the chipotle app:
1. The food came way later than the estimated time so it wasn't warm.
2. The guacamole was dark and there were big chunks of it. ( as pictured below)
3. It was the burrito bowl but there was no side of tortilla
4. My mom ordered a salad bowl and there was barely an lettuce to it.
I'm not sure if it's because it's through the app or the store just ran out of stuff but we have never experienced a bad bowl up until now or was very disappointing. And we are chipotle regulars.

Chipotle Mexican Grill burrito bowl

I placed a order thru your online, the total was 23.15 for a burrito and blow delivered. the order came wrong so I had to go back and return it using all my lunch time. I went back and got my order replaced got back to work and the food was horrible. The rice was all stuck together in big clumps and the chicken didn't seem to be done. This is the worst experience I have ever had with your restaurant. I go there a lot. This is by far the worst. I would like to have some kind or refund for my order including the delivery.

Chipotle Mexican Grill steak bowl (I asked for half chicken and half steak)

Jonathon was the person who helped me. I said I would like half steak and half chicken and he said that would be a $2.50 extra (No Problem) now the bowl was $10.75. they trickled a tiny bit of chicken in. No rice, a small amount of beans, they forgot to add griled onions I requested, I asked for guac and lettuce. The guac was a tiny spoonful. Now I have eaten at Chipotle more times than I can count. The last three times my girlfriend and I have gone we have been disappointed but we keep giving it a try. In the past they have struggled to close the lid but this time I can shake the bowl. I would weigh this for you and send it to you but I dont have a food scale. Anyway, I hope this is not the new norm. My girlfriend is a huge David Dobrik fan and every time he mentions chipotle we think we should give it another try. Hoping the Goleta Branch steps it up a notch. Thanks for letting me vent this.

Chipotle Mexican Grill 1517 alabama ave service

On Sunday, November 5, 2019 at 7:09 pm I went into this chipotle with my daughter to get a burrito bowl. Posted on both doors is a notice informing and apologizing for not having any forks, spoons or Knives available. I ordered my food on the line with a short young woman with short curly dreads. As I get to the register with one older man ahead of me, the young woman at the register yells out to a coworker (" I don't know why your ugly [censored] keeps taking my pin"). The older gentleman ahead of me quickly take his food and leaves the store. Now its my turn at the register. The woman asks me what else i'd like with my order, I tell her I'd like a bag of chips, a sour cream and 4 dressings/Vinaigrettes with my food. She tells me i can only receive 2. I ask her if i can pay for the other two, she curtly tells me no, and turns away from me. She opens the fridge behind her, closes it and tells me $10.62 . I again ask her for sour cream and chips. She grabs them for me. She again says $10. 62. I say okay, but you forgot my dressings. She says " We don't have any" I look back to the fridge she was in and see a silver container with about 10 dressings in it. The woman proceeds to fold her arms and look irritated until I give her my card. She gives me my receipt and turns away to grab a broom and sweep up trash around the uncovered food. As I get home and prepare to eat my food with my daughter, I open the sour cream and it has a slightly sour smell. I taste the sour cream and its spoiled. I throw it out, thankful I didn't put any on my daughters food yet. So we start eating our food now and I notice my food is hard to chew. I was hard uncooked pieces of rice in me an my childs food. This honestly the worst experience I've received with Chipotle. My service at the register was really bad and my food was undercooked, sour, and inedible. I would really like a refund for my purchase.
