Hi,
I'd like to complain your kitchen crew, Geraldo Ramos of Chowking PTT SCTEX. We waited for so long and ended up finishing my siopao without the chicharap. My boyfriend approached your crew. We heard her shouting at the kitchen staff. After few minutes, the chicharap was served but it was "makunat." The manager on duty, Luis came and we decided to cancel the order. Suprisingly, we heard your kitchen staff singing "bahala kayo sa buhay nyo!" This is very rude! He knew we heard him so he intentionally went far away from the reception area. I am very disappointed. I look forward to hearing from you. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated.

I bought a pork chao fan for two for take out after I've waited for about 30mins. When they serve my order the crew told me my order for two was combined in one serving box plate I was disappointed bcoz they didn't inform why they combined my order and didn't told me d reason why they done that kind of service.this is the 2nd time I order in this branch. Very disappointing... Poor customer and food service I give

Bastos na crew. Kumain kmi last feb 23, 2019 ng baby ko at ng kapatid ko. Apat na meal ang aming inorder. Then nghingi kapatid ko ng extra chilli dahi dalawa lng binigay niya at sinabihan ba naman kami na "madami na yan" at ung kapatid ko nlng ang nahiya sa knya kaya sa ibang crew nlng ng hingi sister ko. Kulang kulang pa bigay ng order. At pag pag tanong ko ng extra milk para sa naicha na inorder ko sagot niya sakin na pataray na may bayad nga dw. Sabi ko . "ok mag babayad nlng ako. Then kumakain na kmi napatingin ako sa knya, naka tingin din pla siya na naka simangot at naka taas ang kilay. Nakipag labanan tlga siya ng tinginan. Sana ma aksyunan niyo ung ganyang kabastusan na crew niyo. Di nko nka complain sa manager dahil may baby ako na kasma at nag mamadali kmi gabi na din un. Buti pa ung guard na nka duty naiintindihan ako. Dahil sknya ko sinabi. At sana ayusin din nila pag huhugas ng mga baso dahil malansa kitang kita ung sebo pag nalagyan ng coke. Ang tagal pa ng service. Ngaun lng ako nag ka time mag complain dahil bc po ako sa bussines ko. Maraming salamat po. Ps dati din po ako ng ibat ibang fast food pero hnd po ganyan kabastos ugali ko.

I don't understand why everytime I drop by for a milktea take out at chowking edsa it took like 15mins to be serve. Knowing the fact that they don't have that much number of customer's be serve. What I get upset the most is that, they will not prepare my order unless I ask them about it since I no longer seeing any pending orders in their dashboard. Not just that, they even point the task to other crews, maybe twice or thrice before they do it. It doesn't even take 2 mins to prepare it. I really love chowking but it makes me avoid you because of your service crews. Its not just about a poor customer service but I guess you're not getting the worth of what you are paying for your staff, they give negative impression to your franchise. I'm using this way to send my complain because i'm not a person who will discriminate a person in front of the others. Please do guide them properly, I know it's not just me but there so many people outthere who experiences the same, they just don't have time to complain.

Last sunday kumain kami sa chowking sm telabastagan pampanga with my family actually 2nd time na namin kumain don, yung cashier niyo ang susungit hindi man lang marunong ngumiti yung nag take ng order namin ang name niya roy kundi ako nag kakamali nung una kaming kumain siya din nag take ng order namin at ang sungit sungit niya pinalampas kopa yon dahil baka kako pagod lang pero nung ikalawang kumain kami siya pa din at wala pa din pinag bago, sana man lang sabihan niyo yung mga crew niyo wag masyadong masungit dahil naging service crew din ako at naiintindihan ko kung gaano kapagod mag work sa fastfood pero yung mag sungit ka sa customer di namanata tama yon tapos ipapatake out ko yung siopao na di namin nagalow nag punta ako sa counter 5mins akong naka tayo walang pumapansin pag sabihan niyo yung mga crew niyo!

late delivery every time I order
Kada mag oorder kami palaging late, ang latest order namin kahapon sbi 45mins delivery tapos nalate ni walang tumawag sakin sa store nila para malaman ko na late nanaman kaya sa call center ako tumawag sabi tatawagan ako pero walang tapoa ngayong araw march 9, 2019 12am umorder ako sabi 1hr delivery time ngayon lagpas na 1hr wala pa din tapos tumawag kami sa call center nyo sabi tatawag store pero walang tumatawag sa chowking san juaquin pasig city nag iisip ba mga manager ng store nyo akala ko manager sila pero ndi nila kaya humawak ng gantong situation tsk! Baguhin nyo service nyo!
I order 11:40 am for my lunch. I was informed that it will arrived in an hour, I called the delivery hotline 3 times now. The time is almost 1pm. But my delivery is not here yet. I will never order delivery from chowking again. I am a hungry customer who ordered food and waited for it. But to wait for more than an hour is wrong.

Our online delivery request was received successfully as confirmed by email at 630pm on 5 Mar 19. Delivery time was given as 60-75 minutes
Our order number is 25467.
After 90 minutes, I called Chowking Delivery #98888 to follow up the order. Gave details, including order number and servicing branch. Agent said branch will give me a call.
Nothing. After almost 2 hours, I called Chowking Delivery again. Same routine - agent said branch will give me a call.
Next thing I know, I get an email (time tagged 827pm!) that my online delivery was unsuccessful.
Funny thing is, Chowking Delivery fails us each and every time. We just thought they probably have improved since the last time we tried to order. What a joke on us.

Takes too much time to serve food that can be served within few minites plus workers are being unprofessional, petty arguments during work hours! . Some waiters are even rude.! It really pisses me off that it takes much that time just to serve a serving of their halo halo! It doesn't seem like they have a manager to manage them and assist them
Restroom, and how the manager handled the situation

The incident happened today, March 4, 2019 around 6:30am. My mother used the stores restroom. After awhile she complained that someone opened the door when it shpuld have been locked. She was surprised that it was easily opened and the fact that she was using the toilet and have been exposed to a man is really alarming. She immediately complained to the manager but the manager just said they will check the lock, no apologies or any sympathy to my mother who was clearly shocked that it happened. The apology came when I personally talked to the manager and told her that they should be apologizing because they put a substandard lock. They even insisted that the lock was working well when in fact it wasn't screwed deep enough in the bathroom door when I checked. I do hope to get a positive response in this report from your office. You may contact me for further clarifications on the incident.

I and my friend order here in chowking. I requested sprite for our drinks but the cashier said (Ms. Tin Tin) that sodas were not available and offer Ice Tea or Pine Apple as alternative but we have to pay for additional, like is it our fault that sodas were not available. I just thought that it is unfair to our side. I am not sure if you gave attention with this matter. I even ask her why sodas were not available and we need to pay additional charge to have a drinks. And she just simply said it is not available. Is it an new upselling strategy?

Kumain kami ng boyfriend ko sa chowking talipapa around 7pm and we ordered 2 pork chow fan one with lumpia and and the other one is siomai toppings. Then yung counter named ruby, inassemble una yung condiments then drinks.. nakalimutan ko sabihan yung counter na sa paper cup ilagay yung drinks namin kaya sabi ko papalitan ng bago since nakita ko din na may mga sebo yung sinerve na drink tapos sa paper cup na ilagay.. nagsabi ako ng maayos and naka smile pa ako. Nanghingi din ako ng disposable spoon and fork since may broncho ako. Pero etong counter crew na si ruby pagkasabi ko na papalitan yung drink bigla ba namang nagsalita ng 'ang arte! Kagigil!' Sabay tawanan sila nung kasama nyang counter. Hindi ako nag iinarte. Unang una inisip ko yung susunod na gagamit ng spoon and fork kung gagamitin ko yun eh may broncho ako kaya nanghingi ako ng disposable.. pangalawa, yung drink na sinerve samin is may lumulutang na sebo kaya ko pinapalitan at dahil na din nag request ako na sa paper cup ilagay dahil nga sa broncho ko. Pero etong counter person sinabihan akong maarte at kagigil! Ganito ba ang crew ng chowking? Madaming pwedeng kainan pero mas pinili namin kumain sa chowking pero kung ganito ang mga crew ng chowking di bale nalang.. Sana maturuan ng tamang attitude ang mga crew ng chowking. Napaka simple lang ng hiningi ko at napaka polite ng pagkakasabi ko pero ganun ang naging response nya sakin. i ordered for take out today in Chowking Sm Consolacion branch. The cashier jenn who took my order was not accommodating. when i asked for a calamansi she told me that it is already toyomansi but still i insisted for the calamansi fruit bu then she gave it to me with a grumpy face. then i asked for a chili sauce then she told me that it is not available for take out because they dont have available cover for the container.. is it my problem? what is siomai without chili sauce? i hate to compare you because you are already an established brand but how come dimsum and ngohiong express have a packed chili sauce for take out? i was disappointed though cause i was craving for it since im pregnant.. i hope you will improve your service to meet your customers needs..
super late delivery
This is my concern regarding in my previous delivery. Im expecting my order within 1 hr, dahil un ang sinabi ng customer service. Naghintay ako ng 1hr before ako mag follow up ng mag follow up, pero ni isa wala ako na receive na kahit anong tawag from the store regarding in my order, or kung bkit sya delay, maiintindihan nman namin kung marami silang delivery pero sana ng pa advice or tumawag man lng para naman alam nmin kung anong updated sa order namin. Nareceived ng store ang order 10:50, then dumating samin ang order ng 12:37pm.! Muntikan ng mag 2hrs, hindi ko narinig ang apology ng manager ng store, or kahit na anong tawag galing sa store which is chowking w city center. Ang manager na nakaduty name joan marquez (given by the rider dan balbuena). Kakadisapoint lng, sana nxt time kung hindi kaya ng store na mag accept pa ng mga another orders, sa ibang store nilang ibigay, para hindi nagiging dahilan nyo na "madami kaung delivery" dahil hindi sapat na reason yan para pag antayin nyo ang customer niyo ng almost 2hrs!

Galing ako ng mercury drug that time tapos Pinuntahan k sya doon s chowking tinignan k kung tapos n sya mag order meron sya pending number, sabi k balikan k sya ulit mag order muna ako s jollibee s jollibee medyo natagalan din ako kse medyo matao so mahaba ung pila nakagaling n ako ng jollibee pabalik k s chowking d p din naserve ung pending order namin n wanyon noodles. Naiinip n ung husband k kse nakapag follow up n daw sya wala p din, nag wait p ako ng mga 5mins tapos nagsensyas ako s counter ng pending number nag ask naman sya s kitchen pero wala p din ung order namin, nagagalit n ung husband k kse galing p kami ospital masama ang pakiramdam tapos mag aantay.p ng napakatagal, tapos nakaramdam n ata ung counter n medyo naiinis b ako kse masama n tingin k s kanya sabi nya "mam saglit lng po sinasabawan n lng po" ok cge antay ako ulit pero wla p din ung inaantay namin, ginawa k lumapit ako s counter tinanong k sya kung what time n s POS nyo sagot nya s akin "mam 5:24 po" from 5:03 to 5:24 still ung order namin wala p din. slow service and impolite crew
I was sent home from work since I was sick. Before heading home, I decided to drop by chowking sm tarlac so that I could have my dinner for to go, before I take my meds.
I was already hesitant to drop by, since I have encountered lots of bad experience in this store already. (I also work in the service industry that's why I know, having such complaints has bearing. Not to mention, one time the crew at the cashier made me feel like, I cannot pay for the extra charge of an iced tea, whereas, iam fully aware that it does have an extra charge, and it was what I ordered. She told me, with sarcasm.. "ay. May charge po kasi pag iced tea." whreas I was very clear with my orders. Not to mention, it took me almost an hour to get my orders, but sadly, they were inaccurate.
Again, I did not wrote any complaint, since I just took it as one of my "unlucky day".
Going back to my experience awhile ago, I continued to enter the store since there was just 3 customer on que. One register was opened, and when I was about to order, the cashier left and went on the "siopao booth" outside the store and assembled the orders of the lady before me. Which, is totally fine, but it could have been nicer if she excused herself. After awhile, one crew opened another register, and had me line-up to him. Our transaction was the usual. And I placr my sweet and sour pork lauriat, at 6:58pm.
I sat down the waiting area for the take out orders, and browsed my phone for awhile. Then, I have noticed that customers after me, had already got their orders, but mine is nowhere to be seen. The cashier, approached me and verified my order, and I saw him, made a follow up through the mic, and called the attention of the kitchen staff. I saw the crew's worry in his facial expressions since it has been around 15mins already.
I continued browsing my phone, and when there was no line at the register, and everyone seemed to have their orders, I looked at my phone and it was already 7:22. That's 24 minutes of waiting for a lauriat! I stood up, and approached the staff in the kitchen area (where the halohalo station was placed) and told him.. "kuya, wala pa ba ito? 22 minutes na po akong naghihintay." he took my receipt, and shouted in the kitchen.. "oh! 22 minutes na daw to!" and what pissed me off, was the way shouted. He maybe tired and all, but he shouldn't have called it out, with sarcasm! Specially, I was there in front of him!
I really showed how frustrated I was. I was looking them in the eyes and as usual"patay malisya" lahat. They didn't even moved with sense or urgency, even if there's already someone complaining. And here's what really annoyed me.. No one even apologized and offered me to take a seat. They just took my receipt, called it out in the kitchen, and that was it.
Since I was watching, it was only by that time, where they assembled my order. I got my order at 7:28. And that was 28 minutes! Despite of the two follow ups, no action was taken. They literally just took action, when I was the one personally complaining.
Again, I totally know, where you guys are coming. I have been in the food industry for 5 years now, and sorry to say this, but your store (chowking sm tarlac) has been consistently giving us, the poorest customer service. I tell you, my standards are not high, but I believe as a worldwide known company, you do have high standards so might as well, your work should reflect the company.
Iam writing this complaint, and does not expect anything in return. I just wanted to be heared out, and may this complaint reach the store and it's management. So that, they can meet (yes even just meet) your customers' expectations.

I saw a crew yesterday nung kumaen kame around lunch time and i think injured yung paa niya kase nahihirapan ata syang maglakad . Im not complaining about the service or food i really like eating sa chowking, but I just want to know na may injury ata yung crew and still nagbubuhat sya ng mga pinagkainan like what . Then suddenly i heard someone saying na "(insert the name of the crew) double time ". Like injured na sya double time pa din ? . Concern lang ako kay kuya kase feel ko nasasaktan talaga sya and ayaw niya lang ata magsalita, i hope na mabigyan naman naten ng importansya yung mga staff naten db . Service took more than 15 minutes to serve food. My companions already finished their food while I was still waiting. The crew didn't even provide any tissue since there weren't any.
I confronted the manager after finishing my meal and asked why it took so long for the food to be served and was told that the cause of the delay is because of the steamed bun which is utter unacceptable since they could've informed me first prior to me asking for the said meal.

I bought chocopao just this afternoon at one of your branches out here in Iloilo city since I was curious how it tasted. Yes, it was my first time buying it. However, I did not like how it was made. I was just thinking that you might be able to do something to improve it. The taste was good but, the portion of the dough to it's filling is not equal. I mean, who would like to eat a pastry with more dough than filling? Maybe next time you could make the dough proportionate to the amount of filling you have inside for more customer satisfaction.

Tapos di daw available dahil sa canton. Pero single serving daw pwede.
Anong klaseng reason yun nakakainis na bagal ng pila dahil sa counter na panay mali pa at ulit ng punching nya di pa updated ang merchants wala pang pakialam ang manager.
