Very disgusting!
Soda isnt available to I have to add more penny just for a beverage.
Cashier was also rude and really possess ignorance in terms of providing good customer service. Imagine, a gesture that stopping your customer asking what he need on his order base on his preference.

Food is cold and isn't the same quantity as other branches. Crews are so apathetic and careless. I was updating them about my drink which was about 30 minutes delayed already but they wouldn't make it. I was polite to ask them to cancel it instead since I don't want it anymore because I have finished eating already. They got all pissy on me with a male crew saying nasty things. I just wanted it to be cancelled but they were delaying it too. Worst branch ever. Not even the first time I've experienced it. Worse since 2010.

January 30 at 1:25pm we went to chowking corner reposo st jp rizal makati branch to have our lunch with my brother, order was been process at 1:23pm basically food will be serve at around 10 to 15 minutes I believe that's the standard waiting time, its almost past 30 minutes but our food is not yet serve so I followed up to the manager in the name of jm bacod surprisingly the manager just told me "maghintay ka" and he turn his back at me and walk away... So I was pissed off and I asked one of the crew whom to talk with regarding the matter and I was pin point to a lady manager and this lady manager approached me and asked the issue after informing her what had happened she did apologized. But again am not satisfied on how they handled my complaint. I tried to raised this to their customer service by phoning 8987777, but calling this customer service hotline is so ridiculous and hell.. You are on the phone for an hour but no answer. I don't know how this company handles complaint and how they trained their staff... Nakakadismaya lang...

We were advised that the food will be served after 15 mins upon ordering. I've been to a lot of your store and this is the worst I have experienced. Waited for my order for 40 mins. If you can't serve the food with the time you've given then don't give a time at all! We were craving for your food and while the time passed while we wait the food to be served, my appetite just got lost. We do hope you can re orient your staff regarding time management. We ate at fastfood chains because we want to eat immediately. We didn't know we should also wait a lifetime just to eat at a fastfood! Very incovenient. Hope this reaches you.

Good evening. Nag order ako sa branch niyo sa Marquee Mall Pampanga. Ang sabi ko sa cashier one piece chicken meal na thigh part. Na call na niya sa kitchen kung available at may sumagot naman na oo, pero 15mins daw sabi ng cashier. Okay naman dahil babalikan ko nalang. So after 15mins bumalik ako at dinala ko na yung meal, pagdating ko sa tindahan ko, nakita ko na breast part yung chicken ko. Bumalik ako sa Chowking at dun sa babaeng nagkuha ng order ko, nagtanong pa " Hindi po ba thigh part?" E malamang, babalik ba naman ako kung thigh part yung nakalagay diba? At sa pagkakatanda ko dapat naglalagay ng Special instructions sa order diba? Tapos sasabihin lang nung cashier "Ay Ma'am wala na po pala thigh kanina pa po" e ano yung narinig ko? Marunong akong magkapampangan. At isa pa, irereklamo ko talaga yang cashier niyo ang maldita, ERI yung name na nakalagay sa receipt ko, pero to be accurate, payat siya ng singkit. Akala mo kung sino malditang mag order take, nakalimutan na yata 7 key steps of cashiering? Iirap-irap pa. Nakakabwisit. And next time, kung TL man siya, hindi niya dapat hawak yung swipe card ng Manager, wala din MOD on floor that time. Bawal yon diba? Rule pa naman ni CK yan. Managers always on floor dapat. nakaka disappoint.

Your branch in Villar Sipag is the worst and lousiest fastfood resto i've ever been to! Arrived at 430pm (off peak) and it took 20 mins for my order to be taken by their staff girlie (note that im 3rd in line) and another 30 mins for our order to be given (milk tea and halo halo). They prepared it only when I complained. And their Manager, Carla isnt aware of the chaos in their store. Instead of apologizing her reply was she will reprimand the staff. Talk about command responsibility. Never coming back here and will make sure people are aware of this. FYI there were other customers who complained and a few left out of disgust.
fried tofu or gravy
We ordered late at night around 11pm and the Indian cook guy served raw tofu or spoiled gravy and that causes me and my husband having diarrhea from Tuesday (February 5) up to now. He is even making faces for the late comers as he is cleaning although we were notified that they closes at 12.
We are so much in pain and brought us on this complaint.
Nevertheless, cashier and manager serves well. We just wanted to highlight this for others not to suffer.

Hindi sinabi ng cashier na may dagdag pag pineapple juice yung drinks. Nabigla din ako kase sinabi nya yung mga drinks sunod sunod like coke, sprite, ice tea at pineapple juice. So naiisip ko nun na parehas lang bayad walang dagdag kase di naman sinabi nung cahier then nung magbabayad na 229 something so nabigla ako kaya hinayaan ko na pag upo namin tiningnan ko resibo nabigla ako kase upraged medium pa yung puneapple juice kaya pala laki nung bill namin. San sa susunod iniinform yung customer na may dagdag something di yung basta basta punch nung order. Tsaka ayusin pag greeting basta na lang nagsasabi na yes order po. So inpolite. Nag order kami around 5:05pm. Pumwesto kami sa table kung saan may mga naiwan pang dapat linisin. Nag tawag kami ng isang dining para ligpitin sana yong table pero tumango lang sya. After that nag antay parin ako ng almost 5mind pero wala parin. Kami nalang yong nag adjust. Nilipat nalang namin sa kabilang table yong mga kalat then hindi naka sanitize yong table. Pangalawang beses na tong nangyari. Sana magawaan naman ng action ang ganitong pangyayari. Thank you

When we ordered food at the mentioned chowking above my partner asked if we can use sodexo as a mode of payment and the cashier said yes. When we were about to pay the manager Risa advised that they dont accept it as it was crampled and this is chowkings policy (please see pics attached). It was indicated under terms and conditions that crampled sodexo can be accepted so long that the barcodes are not encroached.
Why are you accepting this mode of payment if you're not agreeing to their terms and conditions?
I went back to ask the managers name to one of the crew members. I was then told her name is Risa but they dont want to tell me her last name so I approached the manager instead. So I asked,

With this kind of experience where in super love ko ang food sa chowking pero kapag ang experience mo with the staff specially sa manager is not good, nakakawalang gana.

I went to order sweet and sour with Choco pao to go during my lunch. Around 11am. I was I believe the second customer of the day.
I was asked to wait 10 mins but it was longer than expected. Also, the customers after me got their order and the crew has been serving orders of other customers whenine was left out. I had to follow up many times to get my order served.
This is not a good customer service especially this is a fast food. I went to Chowking instead of buying my food in the same restaurant my colleagues went into. U have to consider that I am a loyal customer to you yet did not get the same value from ur customer service.

I went to chowking macapagal branch at the petron gas station area. I ordered a sweet and sour fish rice meal with pineapple juice. The time was around 11:40 am. Then sat at the table with the number 114. After five minutes, I was able to move to another seat. Then waited, around, 12:30pm there was no sweet and sour fish. So I approached the releasing area and ask about the order. The server was surprised and ask what was my order. The restaurant was already packed with people, even the customers whom just arrived after me were already leaving because they were done eating. Is that how you manage your customer? Well the manager only gave me a free soup with the assurance that she will look for the receipt.

My mom and I approached the manager about the crew who was adding too much ice on our milk tea drink, we requested if they can LESSEN the ice. When we got home we realized the manager REMOVED all the ice in our drink. We thought that our request was taken personally, even though we kindly asked the manager about our concern. The food was good. But the service is so disappointing!

I don't know why there has to be a an additional charge if I prefer my order served in takeout boxes, but the charge is waived if it really is a takeout order. Your utensils are maintained in a very unsanitary way and this applies to all branches I've visited so far. I worked for like a month at Chowking as a cashier during my freshmen year and customers would even complain about a lipstick mark on their soda glasses. IF YOU CAN'T KEEP IT CLEAN, THEN YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A CUSTOMER IF THEY PREFER THEIR ORDERS IN TAKEOUT BOXES FOR SANITARY CONCERNS.
crews are very lazy, unapproachable and incomplete order.
It was lalaine who took our order and we ask for take out because we're in a hurry that time but we've been waiting for to long. Crews are more into stand by and chatting with each other. Nrick (who served our order) double checked our receipt to complete the order, after he gave the big paper bag he took the order number and left us. We arrived to our home and notice that our order is incomplete.

Peru nung pag despence ko na nang tissue may lumabas na poop sa despencer at tumalsik sa kamay ko :'( Hindi nalang ako nag order kasi nawalan ako nang gana Sana Hindi na maulit sa ibang costumer.. 😞

It was around 2:30 in the afternoon when my sister and i went to Chowing P. Noval to have our lunch. My sister ordered pork chao fan and a lomi while i got myself, also a pork chao fan and a wanton mami. In the middle of eating, I was requesting for an extra soup for a my wanton mami from one of their employees. After a couple of minutes, i saw this employee doing another task which is busting the table. And so i asked another employee who is currently serving the food of the neighboring table where i was seated for an extra soup. And again after several minutes, i saw him busting the table again. I was starting to think, how could this specific branch of Chowking doesn't serve its customer faster. As far as i can see there are only 3-4 tables being occupied and thw crews keep on busting the tables instead of serving the customers who asked for something. I received my extra wanton soup after more than 20 minutes and i already lost my appetite because my companion is already finished and also because it took too long for an extra soup to be served. I hope even though the customers look young and may be students at times, the crew should prioritize which should be done first and as much as possible, give their customers satisfactory services.

I've called chowking to order then suddenly the line disconnected but the order has already been placed. I have now the impression that its good. So kailngan ko pang tumawag just to know na walang na place sa order ko. Wala kayong sense of ownership! A minute or two of call back wouldnt hurt u just to confirm the order is good. Train your employees well or might as well put the phone service down. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Someone called again just to ask for my order THE THIRD TIME! Marami ata kayong oras para magsayang ng oras ng iba.

I and my friend went to chowking petron C5 taguig to have our dinner. We ordered meals which is sweet and sour pork meal and chowfan with halo2x meal, around 12am to 1am, after we eat, i was waiting for my halo2x to serve so i decided to claimed it at the counter area and advice them to have it take out since its very late already, i decided to add for a milk tea and gave 100 pesos for the large milk tea, in which binigay naman ni counter crew and milktea ko but di niya pinuched at binigay sakin ang sukli ko.. which is pwede naman niya e punched yung add on ko since di pa naman siya nag oder take from the costumer na nakapila..
i hate those people who are trying to steal money from the company since i work in a fast food chain abroad. This is not the first time i encountered but many times..
