Chowking manager raymark gatmaitan

reklamo ko lng ung team leader ng chowking sm sucat raymark gatmaitan naturingang leader sya bastos pa sya makipag. usap... sya na mali sya pa mataray magsalita.. umorder ako ng pancit canton meal at lomi pero s halos 30mins na pag. aantay ko ng order binigay sa akin wanton soup at lomi nung sinabi ko mali napunch nya na orders imbis na magapologize sya sa akin sya pa ung magtataray.. ndi ko pinarefund ung order ko umorder ulit ako ng pancit canton pero di nila ko inassisst at alam nya na dapat ipriority nya ko kase pregnant ako pero masyadong bastos ang raymark gatmaitan na yan... hindi porket team leader sya e magtataray na sya sa customer.. actually inaawat na sya ng kasama nyang staff pero salita pa rin sya ng salita... ganyang ba ang leader na hinahire nyo... mabigyan sana ng aksyon ang complain na to.

naturingang manager sya e hindi sya mrunong mkipagusap sa customer e mukhng di ata cya naturuan ng customer service imbes na mag apologize sya at knausap kmi sa gilid dhil isang counter ang meron e salita pa sya ngsalita sa harap ng npkraming nkpila s counter in short ntigil ang pagkuha ng order at namamahiya pa sya ng customer. hindi dpat nlalagay si mark gatmaitan sa counter at hndi sya mrunong mkpagusap ng maayos

Chowking chowking delivery (gaisano grand mall lapu lapu city)

Good day! This is to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with one of your stores in Lapu Lapu City(located in Gaisano Grandmall Basak). It happened today, January 16, 2019. I was able to place my order at exactly 11:30am and was told by the agent that my food will be delivered within 45mins. However, 50 mins passed and yet I haven't received any updates from the Chowking store. So I called your delivery hotline again, and I spoke to a not-so-rude agent who raised her voice on me. She coordinated with the store and asked them to call me instead. At 12:35, I received a call from the store and was told that they have dispatched a rider to deliver the order. But the crew that I spoke to wasn't so nice at all. 😔 I received my order at exactly 12:45pm. My major complaint is that the store should have at least called me in advance to let me know that they will be late. I waited for too long considering that my partner is sick and needs to eat on time so he can take his medicines. I didnt have time to cook either. So my only hope is through food delivery. This is the reason why I called Chowking in the first place. I hope that this will not happen again. But I want you guys to take actions on these. Just like other resto, they take such acts seriously. Please contact me right away for updates. I wish that you're kind enough to cater this complaint.

Chowking extra rice/serving

Like today (01/10/19) I decided to take my dinner sa Chowking, since may hinahanap akong option na may halohalo at lumpia. to be honest, its not that really big deal sa akin pero the thing is I paid my food for the exact amount and suddenly na shock kana lng pag receive ko sa additional/extra rice ko parang di inayos pag serve at yung itsura nya parang kinamay pag serve yung kanin. like seriously, parang old cooked rice na sya or what kasi medyo may bilogbilog na sya and thats disappoints me. ok lang sana if na microwved sya di namn. gusto ko sanang mag request for a new order sana however di ko nalang ginawa kasi yung ultimo cashier who receives the order matagal at natataranta and positively, I understand bago pa sya sana namn dapat may mag assist namn sa cashier para easy ang flow ng queue. I hope this feedback will be notify sa service na need to improve sa suggested serving.

Chowking chowking manager in landmark makati

Everytime I go home to Philippines Lagi kami nag dine in with my family sa Chowking Landmark cause I love chowking's Halo-halo. Nag work na din ako before sa F&B in Philippines and here in abroad. While we were on the queue with my mom I heard a manager yelling to her staff infront of other guest. It was not right. And then few minutes ago I saw her staff walking while crying. I talked to her and she said her manager was yelling at her because of improper grooming. I feel sorry for the staff just because I was in the same position as hers before. I went back and check if icould speak to the manager just to get her name but unfortunately she is not around, The Managers' name was Jen. Well I guess the company needs to train your leaders how to give respect to their staff. I just wanted to call the attention of your HR and Training Department. Hope this issue wont happen again. I guess its better for a leader to sit down his/her staff and talk about the issue in a proper manner and not to shout and embarrass the employees in front of people.

Chowking slow food service and not properly trained crew and supervisor for customer service

On January 6, 2019 at 11:16 A.M. (stamped time on the receipt), my order was placed. after 20 minutes, my ordered food is not yet served. I saw your crew and requested him to follow up for Table # 30; however the guy just looked at me and turned his head and continue to clean up a table instead of assisting me to follow up my order. As I called his attention again, I asked for his name since his name on his name plate is unreadable due to excessive erasures ( which is unacceptable). Instead of giving me his name, answered me that he was from another store. Wit no hesitation, I approached the counter and asked for the store supervisor. I briefly told the store supervisor of my concern and asked for the name of the crew who's beside us, she doesn't even know his name and just told me was new to the store. I expect an immediate recall and retraining of your store crew and staff under the following name respectively.

Chowking packaging ng take out, size ng chicken

Ang mahal mahal ng pagkain tapos pipitsuging box lang nakalagay yung mga pagkain? Hindi yung normal na lalagyan na may chowking ah. Yung kulay white lang, tapos yung manok, wala na ba liliit yan? Yung pag present nyo ng pagkain pang trentalog lang. Sayang pera sainyo. Magsara na kayo. Nakakadissapoint wala na yung quality sainyo, basta may mabenta nalang kayo. Mahal mahal ng chicharap kala mo naman masarap, wag nyo na lagay sa chicken meal yan kasi tatlong piraso lang din naman. Hindi sa di ako thankful, ayusin nyo quality ng pagkain. Sobrang liit ng manok na napunta sakin. Siguro sabihin nyo, sana sa iba ka bumili, wag kayo mag alala, sa iba nalang talaga. Sara nyo na cavite branch nyo

Chowking delivery hotline

Jan 2 2019,

At 8:40 am we called the #98888 to order our lunch.

The operator ask my name, delivery address and phone number and alternate number. Then asked for my order.

Below are our orders:

Pork Chao Fan ala carte - 1 QTY
Pork Chao Fan with Steamed Siomai - 3 QTY
Chinese Style Fried Chicken with Pancit Canton with Reg. Iced Tea - 1 QTY

As per the operator, the order time is 8:49 am. She asked me if its okay that the delivery time will be 60 mins upon store opening (9am). Then I said yes. Then she repeat our order and gave our total bill.

We EXPECT to receive the item at 10 am. We waited until 10:20 am yet we received no call and no delivery food.

I called the hotline #98888 again to follow up for our order. They said to hold on as they checked with their system. The operator advised us that she generated a report and to wait for at least 5 mins and wait for the call.. And so we waited. . .

We called again around 11:05 am and one of my colleague start to call the hotline #9888 again. Then same scenario happen, they advised us that they will make a REPORT again and for us to wait for a call at least 5 mins.

11:30 am and we received no call on my mobile phone or our landline. We called again still the same scenario.. And we are already hungry...

11:35 am we call again same scenario, but while talking with the hotline operator I received a call from my mobile phone and he said that they cannot find our order. He said that there's no call record at 8:40 am from our landline. We don't know what happen because I know when I called as early as 8:40 am that the call is recorded.. So why are they saying that we don't have a call record..

As per writing this, its already 12:27 pm, and we still don't have our lunch.
We are very disappointed.

Chowking 3rd floor comfort room

Crew was not approachable and polite when asked where the CR is. I also used the 3rd Floor CR, I heard two crews talking whether there is someone in the women CR. The other one said there is, while the other one checked and confirmed. While checking I was about to go out the CR. I smiled to the crew. He did not returned my smile but instead said "bukas na ba ang 3rd floor? " to the other crew. How insensitive.

Chowking service

We came at this branch around 9am today. Went in line to this counter. I first noticed the counter on duty "SARAH" was not in the mood. She did not even smile to us when our turn came. When im ordering she is not focusing on what im saying! wla syang eye to eye contact together with her customers. ako pa nagparepeat skania ng order kc pamali mali ung mga order ko sa mga sinasbi nia. While she is preparing our drinks nakikipagbulungan at nakikipagtawanan sya sa ibang staff. How come na hindi nia kayang makitungo ng maayos sa mga guest pero kaya niang makipagtawnaan habang nakatalikod. anong klaseng customer service ho ba meron kayo? hindi po kc once lang to nangyari pero twice na with the same counter person din.

Chowking serving

As time goes by, your serving becomes so little. Not only the serving also the ingredients. Your food is not like before; its not savory.. its bland. It doesn't taste like chowking anymore.. it taste like some typical food on the road. And your servings take too long. Also the staffs especially in malls, they clean the table even if there are still people eating. Its so rude.

Chowking services and facilities

Masyadong madumi yong area kahit di naman matao, gabi na nung kumain kami, and worst napakatagal dumating nung follow up order nmin na halo-halo. Nilagay lang nila sa table 30mns bago pa binigay samin, kung dipa ako nag follow up 2 times. Humingi din ako ng feedback form para maireklamo sila tinawanan lang ako ng manager.. Wala pa silang name tag..

Chowking food they serve.. pork chaopan

1 time kumain kmi ng ank ko sa chowking robinson gentrias.ang order ko ay pork chaopan 30mins ako ng intay so isip ko bk niluluto p.pg serve nun food sobrang laming at buo buo yun rice.then bumlik ako sa counter pinkita ko bkit gnun so kinuha nun crew binlik s kitchen.tpos binlik sakin prang yun p din winisikn lang yt ng tubig at nilammas .kasi mlmig p din at tinikman ko lsang tubig .fi ko nlang kinain

Chowking chinese fried chicken style, chicken lauriat, solo halo halo

I ordered Chinese style chicken, chicken lauriat and solo halo halo today thru chowking delivery, im really disappointed to their services because not all my request are granted and my orders are incomplete, I ordered chinese chicken style with drinks, and halo halo with ice cream but they delivered only chicken without drinks and plain halo halo without ice cream, its unfair to me because i paid the whole amount but i received the incomplete item, it really pissed me off, I told the customer service thru phone that kindly bring change for 500 because my total bill is 348 pesos, when the rider came he give me my order but it is incomplete, then he gave me my change and he said mamasko po, So i gave him 20 pesos for the tip, when I count the change it is only 52 pesos, then I realize he already get 100 pesos from my suppostedly 152 pesos change, I am really really disappointed to chowking Imus Branch Not only for the incomplete item delivered but also for trust issue of their rider for not giving the customers exact change. If they want pamasko or reward they must wait for the customer to give them and not automatically get pamasko or money from the change. I know its christmas season, pero sino ba naman magiging masaya sa kulang kulang na order mo na marereceive eh nagbayad ka naman ng tama then automatic binawas pa sa sukli mo ang pamasko nila eh nagbigay pa ko ulit, poor service. 😞 I hope the management have something to do with this kind of act and pay attention on these matter. Chowking store manager - jewel hernandez

Early this morning (Dec 28, 2018), along Dela Rosa cor Rufino, we parked in hazard signal and asked my sibling to purchase our breakfast at Chowking. I asked her to use my PWD card and just stayed in the car to avoid towing. She came back and said that they do not allow discounts if the ID holder is not around or no authorization letter. I was not suppose to buy anymore but out of principle i went down and inform them that i am just inside the car since my knee is in pain again (ACL). I questioned them why they are not allowing my sibling to avail of the discount.. (again, it's not about the price but the principle) she said she need to see the card holder. I don't mind if they don't allow for as long as they know their implementing policy and can clearly explain to me. Arrogantly, she was not able to do so and answering my question with another question. I don't think she doesn't deserve to manage a store if she has this uncouth manner. I know i am just one of the many complainants who will not affect your sales, but at least do something and improve customer service.. for other people man lang.
I hope you do something about this employee. I'm seeing lots of complaints below and if these complaints are being resolved, then there would be no more complaints but praises.
I will escalate this to National Council on Disability Affairs. I'm not making this BIG DEAL. I just want improvement on Customer Service... because WE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS.

Chowking service (worst)

I am working in a call center company for five years now here in Mall of Asia Complex, and ever since the Chowking started here in One E-com building, they never improved their customer service. WORST SERVICE!

1. Only one cashier personnel is taking order even though there's a 15+ or 20+ customers in line.
2. The busboy/busgirl, is chitchatting with the kitchen personnel, instead of cleaning the tables that we're about to use.
3. There is no manager-in-charge as always, especially when we are about to submit a complaint because of the poor service.
4. Whenever they serve food, it's like every menu is "made-to-order"; we have to have a pending number and wait for almost 15 minutes every time. And instead of enjoying the food after 15 minutes, we have to stand and go to the front desk again to ask for the condiments that they forgot to serve! Most of the time they are serving the food without tissue or there are incomplete drinks etc., versus on what we actually ordered. Same thing with take home orders; there are no utensils, no condiments and tissues, unless we double checked the items that we receiving before going.
4. Exhaust fan is not functioning/not enough to accommodate the area. The smell can affect out clothing. That's why most of the time, me and my colleagues are eating outside the restaurant or just gonna take out our ordered food.

Please escalate this and make a survey on the employees that are eating on the area; especially us that are on the night shift and working in a call center company. Please take action.

Chowking chaofan and the service

Your branch near MRT CUBAO gave us the worst service! This store is also near sogo and cant be searched in map like this garbage doesnt exist

FIRST May matanda na nakapila dun sa gitna di man lang sinabihan. Tapos nung narealize nya ng walang pila dun. Pumila sa dulo ng SENIOR/PWD lane na hindi naman PWD/SENIOR ang nakapila! Ngayon pinapila namin sa harap namen, yung RUDE nyong crew tiniginan ng masama yung matanda tapos nagdabog pa!

SECOND inorder namin dalawang piraso lang ng chao fan take out. Walang sinabing time samin pero naghintay kame ng fvcking 25 MINUTES! YUNG MGA CREW NYO NAKANGANGA LANG NAKATITIG SAMEN WALANG GINAGAWA NAGKKWENTUHAN KAHIT NAKADUTY! WALANG MANAGER SA FLOOR! PURO TRAINEE NASA LABAS!

THIRD, TURNS OUT NA NAWALA PA PALA NILA YUNG PENDING RECEIPT NAMEN DAHIL SOBRANG TAGAL KO NANG NAGUUPDATE HINDI PA SURE YUNG TRAINEE NYO KUNG SA AMIN TALAGA! AT WALA MAN LANG NAGOPOLOGIZE NA ANTAGAL NAMEN DUN. INSTEAD HINDI KAME KINAKAUSAP NUNG CREW NA PARA SYANG TANGA AT BINGI! WALANG KWENTANG STORE!

FOURTH, yung shanghai na binigay samen SUNOG ampangit ng itsura TUYOT pa. . I have photos.

i think the company should train their staff before getting them on the floor. had the same experience.. and despite raining complaints... the management is not doing anything.. otherwise, that could have been addressed and may now experience improved service. Chowking management sucks!

Chowking exceptionally poor delivery (thru foodpanda) services

They have this habit of accepting delivery orders and then would eventually cancel orders after the customer has waited for more than 30 minutes. They do not inform the customer immediately. It is only upon checking with foodpanda that we will be informed they cancelled our orders without even telling us their reason. Seriously?! If you can't improve your services, then just close your branch! You are not helping at all.

Chowking missing condiments/items

Chowking Riverbanks never missed on missing items or even just a simple condiments that the customer requested or should be included on their order. This is not the 1st time I called for delivery. I believe the manager should always check on the items be they hand it over to the rider. I do love chowking products but if I keep on experiencing this kind of issue. I may no longer eat chowking products.

Chowking crews and service

Currently here at Chowking, Robinsons Tejero. Not satisfied about on how crews treats their customers as well as the serving time. Says that it will take 30 mins but then we have waited for about an hour not just that, they are a lot of customers waiting to have an available seats not thinking first or asking customers if they are willing to wait. And I suggest that you must train well your crews since it looks like they doesn't care for their customers and one of the crews' so rude.

Chowking 3 lauriat meals (2 chicken and 1 shanghai)

I ordered today for take out at Timog branch, the crew said it would take 18mins. for the chicken to be cook and I agree to wait but it's over 30mins. already and still my orders are not yet done and seeing more than 5 customers after me got their orders for dine in and take out. I asked the crew saying, "miss follow up yung orders (holding my number "99") please", but she ignore me and I asked the cashier who took my orders and still not even react and I still wait. It's over 40mins. when the cashier gave my orders but when we got home my orders are incomplete all 3 lauriats has no "buchi". Me, my husband and my son we're so disappointed for waiting too long and yet our orders are incomplete. We paid for what we order and we are so dissatisfied.
