Please gawan nyo to Ng paraan Kung paano ito mababalik sakin.

The service is very slow like snail. My order are just 2 fried shomai chowfan and 1 shopao. It takes half an hour! And when I order, the cashier is not even there! They didn't even think to move fast because some of their customers works in a call center time is very important. And the one that makes me more mad is the shomai is not fried. I waited half an hour then my order disappointed me. It's take-out that's why I checked it when I'm home already..

I am writing on behalf of my brother, who is an employee at the Chowking establishment in San Jose, Occidental Mindoro. Unfortunately, he recently suffered an accident at work, resulting in burns to his feet. Despite the incident occurring during his employment, neither the boss nor the manager has acknowledged the situation or provided any form of compensation.
Desired outcome: I kindly request the manager or boss to extend assistance in light of the recent incident. It is crucial to remember that this individual is their employee, and taking responsibility for such situations is an integral part of their role.
Services in sm seaside to wait for 40 to 50 minutes
Im a customer in SM Seaside Chowking. Everytime i order in this store they keep on telling the customers to wait for around 30 minutes. Today i went to buy a chicken for my baby girl. They told me to wait for 30 minutes for it to be serve. And i saw two servers denying the customer to come in the store telling them of the waiting time for 50 minutes. But this ie everytime when their are many customers or no customers waiting. And the rude part is that they don't have common reasons for the waiting time and the server's and cashier don't have waiting the same waiting time. Hope you can address this concern because as I observe this is their habit already. Even the manager i talked to her but no actions. Yes the cashier told me to wait for 30 minutes for the waiting time when when i told her that i will report it to the customer service not anymore to the manager my order arrived in just 10 minutes. So meaning if the customers complain there's no waiting time. I have videos and pictures showing how they ask the customers leave the place because of them telling about the waiting time for 40 to 50 minutes.
Desired outcome: I would like to see changes in their services they provide in that store.

We went there at exactly 8:30pm when we are about to order she said only take out order is available then nakiusap kami na saglit lang kme very quick pumyag namn sya pero sa labas daw kami kumain at nakapang take out na daw yung gamit nmen na kakainan. mataas na voice nya parang galit kinukuha orders nmen. Tapos kami napapansin na nmen pero hinahayaan na lang nmen nung magbabayad na kami thru gcash nagalit sya wala daw gcash so ginawa nmen cash nung iaabot na yung pera exact amount lang daw at wala ng panukli. Then i asked her to please lower her voice then biglang sabi nya ganun daw talaga boses nya. So we cancelled our order due to her customer service. She even insisted us na ganun daw talaga boses nya parang galit. Please make some action regarding my concern! Customer service is a big thing. I need action for that. Binastos nya kami and many people saw and heard it.

Super dooper late delivery for my orders
I ordered on sept 21, 2023 at 11:08am thru apps and paid it thru online apps too (gcash), but until 12:04pm I haven't received my order, so I called the store chowking iba zambales branch. Then a girl from the cashier answered and told me they don't see my order thru apps and told me she will call me back again to check for my orders. After 15mins no calls back and so I called the store again and a guy named jhonel rason who he told me the manager of the store that they were preparing my orders and I asked them what happened it's been more than an hour and answered me that they have internet connection problems and I need to wait for another 30mins for the delivery? My side is... You should have other options if you are using apps for ordering foods, 12:42pm delivered my order without any apology.
Desired outcome: refund my payment.
Force upgrade and incomplete products
I ordered beef chow fan with beef siomai, however the cashier mentioned that they only served fried for beef siomai and when asked what drinks i was under the assumption that the drinks was included in my order. However it was an upgrade and even mentioned that the only available size for pineapple juice was automatic for a medium size.
I felt forced to pay more than i expected to pay as it was not clearly stated that it is a diff or an add on. The cashier was pushy. Her name was included the receipt.
Desired outcome: I expect chowking to trained their employees to act fairly, what if i only have enough money for the order that i initially provided.

Chinese style fried chicken
We ordered chicken lauriat and 1pc Chinese style fried chicken but the chicken has a foul smell. You’ll know if the chicken has gone bad by just smelling it. We’ve been eating in chowking and ordering their chicken but this was the first time we were served a spoiled chicken. The crew actually gave me a newly cooked chicken but it was the same! worst it’s not thoroughly cooked. The manager even had an alibi that the smell was due to the 5 spice. I also cook and know the difference of spoiled chicken and not.

The food was cold
Good day, I would like to report an incident that happened earlier this day. We went to Chowking Robinson's Malolos to have our lunch. We already expect high volume of customers coz it is Sunday, but we didn't that after waiting for along time, the food that they served was very cold. The soup was not even a little warm, it was very cold and the rest of the food are also cold.
I hope that you'll be able to resolve this kind of situations because it was very disappointing.

This is feedback regarding this order: 1887935 which I placed online through the Chowsing website for delivery on 19th August 2023.
The local branch/store in General Luna, Iloilo City called up the intended recipient this morning directly and attempted to cancel the order. This is without informing me -- the one who placed the order. Had I not called later in the evening, I would not have known about this attempt. Additionally, if the recipient had not responded to this attempt, to report them for blacklisting because of the short notice cancellation when in fact the order was placed days before (13th August) and acknowledgements were sent to me via email and the recipient via text. The reason provided was supposedly that there was no available delivery courier. I had sent at least 3 messages to contact the Chowking store (as reminder, request for status and confirmation of delivery) but did not even receive an acknowledgement of my message, any response or even confirmation that the order has been delivered. The 'Track Order' in the Chowking website does not show the latest status and remains unchanged.
The order was eventually delivered using a third party delivery courier (foodpanda). My second concern is that the wrong address (not the address that I indicated in my order details) was provided to the third party courier. I found out about this from recipient herself who talked to the foodpanda delivery person. I even added instructions (colour of gate, landmarks near of the house) to help locate the address when I placed my order. The delivery courier eventually found the address thankfully.
My experience as well as the recipient's led us to decide not to place orders through delivery or online again.
Desired outcome: I would recommend that the Chowking headquarters look into the reliability and integrity of your local branches. It does not reflect well on Chowking's brand and image.

I ordered a medium halu halo and it took them almost 30 minutes to serve it. There was no customer in front of me. When I received it, it was small size. Staff are very unprofessional and unfriendly. They don’t talk to you eye to eye when I confronted them. I always visit this place whenever I visit Vigan City from California, USA. This was the first time that this incident happened to me. It’s a shame.

Hello Chowking.
Saw this current promo of yours, online. So I immediately run into my App to order food for dinner for my kids. It says there that for 8.8 Promo, we can avail of the 3 siopao with P88 off with just a minimum order of P399. Likewise, by using the promo code “CKDELIVERY88” the delivery fee will be waived as well. But nothing worked.
So I asked the store about it. But they apparently suggested to just cancel my order. So they can raise it to you Marketing Dept first. But I refused to do it. Reminding them that what we have placed for our order is not clothes or a shoe. We ordered food because we are preparing for our dinner tonight. Something that could not wait until the next day until you have a firm solution for the matter.
I am just disappointed client being a regular patron of your product.
So I hope you could resolve this. And come up with an acceptable solution.

• 2 order of 1pc chicken w/ drinks

Actually it was fine for me because I received a product more than for what I want, its just the thing that my mom was craving for a pork chaofan but she will gonna eat is a 1pc of chicken. that is so inconvenience, I hope you make it right. I complain for Chowking Tondo branch near Sto. Niño Church. I've waited too long until the guy get my order nor greeting me first as one of the customer service etiquette (I was the only customer waiting). Got the wrong order for CF3 fried siomai instead steamed siomai was served. Poor customer engagement and lack of staff. Very not satisfied. Did not enjoy my meal at all.
P.S. My mouth was cracking for all of the egg shells on the Chao Fan.

Health risk (they served bagoong instead of chili oil)
Today, August 10th, 2023, we dined in Chowking Santana Grove. We ordered the typical Chao Fan with siomai.
However, we were dismayed that the chili oil that they serve is more of a "bagoong". I can say by the smell and taste that the sauce is not a chili oil.
What's even disappointing is, they didn't inform us that the regular chili oil is currently out of stock. Yet, they served "spicy bagoong".
The bagoong is not a suitable sauce/dip for siomai. But what's more concerning is, it contains seafood. There are customers that have allergy to seafood. What if it causes allergy? It's a health risk.
They should've just informed us that the chili oil is unavailable and we could've looked for a different place to eat.

No available Halo Halo when we came in 08/05/2023 & 08/06/2023. The ambience is so, hot air-condition is not functional. The promise time given is 10 minutes only and base on the receipt time stamp is 3:08 am we received our orders 3:38 already. Since we waited, we're expecting that our Food is hot and fresh but to my dismay only half of it are fresh and hot the half of it is cold and gummy. Buchi is one of my favorites since it is not available on other sister company of this fast food. It summer! Halo halo must be available at all times.
