Chowpan, I don't know what its taste
Good day, I ordered a while a go from Chowking mc Arthur hi-way, im so disappointed! Kasi yung chowpan THE RICE hindi ko ksi maintindihan yung lasa, hindi ko alam kung malapit na ba mapanis or over cooked lang. Madalas naman ako mag order kaya napansin ko talagang iba sa panlasa ko. Sana mapansin nyo ito, at magawan ng paraan ksi ang order ko is naka platter pa pero halos hindi makain.

Hi i just wanna complaint the way the manager approach my boyfriend this happened on March 19,2022 around 6:48pm at the Chowking City Mall Purok 6 Mangga- Cacutud Arayat Pampanga. First time namin kumain nang jowa ko doon and hindi namin alam kung paano kukunin yung order namin yes you have a monitor para alam namin kung turn na ba namin then naghintay kami nang 10mins also wala din sinabi nang cashier kung maghihintay ba kami or what her name is Stefh so in that scene pinabayaan nalang namin and then after noon tinawag na yung no. namin and this happened my boyfriend ask the manager kung paano namin malalaman kung kami naba or samin naba yung order and then sabi nang manager "may monitor tayo sir "yes alam nang boyfriend ko na may monitor kayu pero hindi naman tinatawag yung mga no. at the same time malayo yung place namin sa may counter station btw the name of the manager is Ms. Jane and the way Ms.Jane talk to my boyfriend siya pa yung galit at may ganang mag sungit and mismong boyfriend kupa ang nag sorry sakanyan imbes na manager ang magsorry nakakadismaya lang.
Missing product / not issuing receipt

This so first I order at foodpanda and this is a chowing choice market I order food with halohalo but I didn't received the halohalo . There is also a proof shows in the receipt halohalo is now included which I pay for it I have attachements shows that I pay for it . At the same time I did not received a valid receipt from the store I walk in and tell what's happened they ask me to file it at food panda which I did and due to multiple complains I have from chowking they can't assist me .. so I pay for the food I didn't received because chowking forgot to included it without notifying the customer . And not issuing a valid receipt .. so I just passed that since it's time consuming and no one is willing to help .. and compensate or even do a necessary actions .
So of course since management did not do anything about it
Today it happened again I pay for food with 3 PCs siomai per order but I received 2pcs only. Now it's misleading , and again pay for the food I didn't received plus not issuing a valid receipt I think chowking should be accountable for this so it will not gonna happened again. I would like to get my money for the foods I didn't recieved or compensate me since this is really inconvenience and I wasted a lot of time . Already I even send an email to chowking but no response please check attachment s .

Siopao, chaopan, wonton mami
We ate at Chowking San Fernando Pampanga Branch near intersection area yesterday April 19, 2022 around 1:30pm (Not much customers)
1st, we ordered 3 siopao for take out with we notice at home that there's no sauce included
2nd we ordered wonton mami (the noodles and toppings is raw/uncooked) taste liked flour
3rd we ordered pork and beef chaopan but they served small quantity and it was tasted and smelled liked burn
Hoping for ur actions on this matter..
Desired outcome: Take an action about it.. we are fan of chowking and this was our 1st time to encountered this type of service and food.

First of all we are on the counter then we order the cashier was saying that are we willing to wait for 20mins. Then I said yes. The she scratch her head and act like she is mad. We ordered a chow pan & wonton noodles they said that for 20mins. We are willing to wait. Then we wait for more than 20mins. But the food that they serve was not hot and the wonton noodles are so sticky like a rubber band. I cant even eat the noodles. Then the chowpan is cold. And the drinks it supposed to be 2 but they serve only one. We just tell them and they serve it. They have a poor service. And not accomodating staffs. No welcomings & thankyou when the costumers arrived.
Desired outcome: please . take an action to this complaint. i dont want others to experience this again . chowking fishermall malabon. all the staff . please be aware and take an action on this. you need to improve your service.

lunch. I would like to say Thank you for bringing my phones back naiwan ko po kasi somewhere yung phone ko without even know it. so I'd try to called and buti nalang at nakita at itinabi niya, besides my emergency call kasi ako that time from my family, very thankful for your kindness Fcm chowking!

Milk tea
i'm here right now in Chowking kapasigan. I ordered wanton Mami and milk tea medium. I was disappointed, I already finished eating Mami but still the milk tea was not yet served. When the milk tea was served it was half filled with ice and I can only taste the tea. It tasted differently from the milk tea from other branch. Its not worth the price and the time I spent waiting for the milk tea.

Di na kami nakabalik agad kase di na muna namin nacheck agad dahil nag assume na kami andun lahat. Nung time na kakain na kami. Dun lang nalaman na ganun nangyare

Dirty trays and tables
Went to Chowking Robinsons Malolos today with my son and a friend. First thing I noticed is that tables are dirty even after a crew cleaned them. My friend went to the counter to order our food. Then she followed us to the table inside holding a tray with our drinks and 2 Siopao. The Siopao were on the tray - no plate. It should have been fine if the tray was clean, but it's not. It was filthy. I had to call a staff because it was really disgusting. I asked him why tray is so dirty. He didn't say a word - just took the filthy tray and walked away. Then it's time to get our food. Canton used to be nice at any branch. This time I got noodles very similar of that instant yakisoba which you can easily cook at home. We also had to go back and forth to have spoon and fork. We didn't even had napkins and had to ask many times. I miss the OG Chowking - great food plus great service. Whatever happened to them?
Desired outcome: Please have everything cleaned. It's very crucial at this time. And please train the staffs to be a bit friendly. They don't have to kiss [censored], just be nice at least.
Rudeness, acting races towards us, made us feel uncomfortable
We came in to eat, last night around 8 and the waiters was very rude to us, me and my two daughters ages 5 and 6 one was a lady who had short hair with a bun on top and down in the back and it went to her neck (her hair did) the other was a shirt man with black hair they removed our drinks and plates and we was not done eating they also spilt our drinks they acted very racist, when we’re leaving the lady told a chinese man thank you and by passed me and my daughters. And just looked at us and rolled her eyes, didn’t tell us thank you, we were the only black people in our section, and the rest were mexican chinese and caucasian we will never ever go back, I turned around looking at the tv the waiter asked me (wat was I looking around for) the man with the black hair
Raw Sweet and Sour Pork served
Today, April 10, between 8:00 to 9pm, my family and I had dinner at the new chowking restaurant along Masterson's Avenue, Balulang, Cagayan de Oro City. After consuming around 60% to 70% of my Sweet and Sour Pork,, I noticed that the inside of meat was RED and RAW. I immediately brought this to the attention of the manager at that time, and she said that the meat was "over thawed", which there is no such thing, and assured me that the meat is cooked. This is not acceptable to me. She did not even offer to replace or refund the order, or even have it cooked some more.
What worries me is that my daughter and my 85 mother ordered the same meal and finished everything before I noticed that the pork served to me was raw. Right now, I am praying that what they ate was thoroughly cooked, and hopefully not develop any food poisoning as a result of eating raw food.
Cooked pork is supposed to be white, and if ever, the blood should be black. if you look closely in the pictures I attached, the meat is very much red, and no doubt undercooked, and even raw.
This is the first time that this has happened to me, and this experience has affected my trust and confidence in the quality and high standards that your company claims to practice and uphold.
Desired outcome: Acknowledge my complaint; investigate the incident; re-orient staff in quality assurance and procedures in cooking and food preparation. Orient staff in dealing with customer complaints on the product.
Missing order
Ordered 8 pcs bucket chicken only received 7 pcs and very inconsiderate about the request . Also leave a note via grab food to provide thigh or breast part since all of us in the family is not eating wing part . It seems that their crews is not reading the notes Of the customer , they should at least try to be considerate for customer request if possible if not they can try to communicate with the customer so they can provide customer satisfaction. This is not the first time Chowking Molino branch messed up .
Chowfan, fried siomai with drinks
I ordered a chowfan and fried siomai with drinks around noon April 6 2022 at Chowking Ema Town Meycauayan Bulacan but the order I received doesn't have any fried siomai.

Chowing is not a good example of fast food restaurant. In SM Clark Pampanga, we waited our food for about 2 hours. The counter says we can wait for 35 minutes, yet it's already been 2 hours and our food still haven't served. Also, the venue of the chowking in SM Clark are not very welcoming for the customers. The lights are very dim, the chairs are not arranged properly. Because of this experienced, we will not eat in this chowing branch anymore and prefer fast food restaurant than can deliver our food as much as possible because that's what really a "fast food chain" does!

We dine in on March 27, 2022 at 8pm. The floors are so dirty. It has black marks due to food or drink spills. The restroom stinks to the point that we can smell it in the dining area. We don’t feel safe and we cannot eat properly. I didn’t even finish my food. I forgot to take a photo as I just want to leave the place

I normally order from Chowking and Jolibee which I know are of the same group. But, since yesterday, I have noticed that your Senior Discount isn't working. Is this deliverate, or you are just trying to fix something, maintence, perhaps?
We have been ordering and supporting these two store here and abroad, maybe, when you guys are still in your diapers? So, we must know why, the Senior Discount mandated by law, is not in effect when we order from your Online Apps?
