Me my mom and my husband went to Denny's here in Lebanon mo. Idk if the employees were high didn't care about there customers or what. But the lady that took our order didn't even write it down correctly. My mom also ordered a to go order she got that as her order when she ordered the avacado burger. So the to go order was cold when we got it back to the person because they made it early. So they had to bring my mom her avacado burger she said no lettuce they put lettuce in it after they made. It my husband got the 5 flame thrower and ordered fries and a salad the salad was old and he never got his fries. At the Rowland Heights, CA Denny's, I experienced terrible customer service from Paulina G. Not only was her service subpar, but the final straw was my coffee cup. The remnants at the bottom were scratched with my spoon. When I brought it up, she responded with "I don't know" and she walked away. She did not replace the cup or address any part of the issue

Closing early
My family and I arrived for a late-night dinner at Denny's #9565 in New Kensington, PA 15068. When we went in the front door, we were greeted by a supervisor telling us they weren't taking any more guests because a server called off and they were closing for the night. This is a 24-hour location and I find it very disappointing that they would close because a server called off. I worked in customer service supervision for years and when we were short-handed, the managers jumped in. They had people in the dining area but it was in no way full so it would not have been an issue to seat more customers. I think this is unacceptable and wanted you to know. There were at least 3 more cars pulling in when we did and I warned the one couple that they were closing- they were NOT happy either. Your location missed out on a lot of business for certain. And we are way too far out of the shutdowns from the pandemic to use that as an excuse for being short-handed. These privately owned restaurants are knocking it out of the park in this area and you'd expect a chain like Denny's to do better. I ATTEMPTED TO FILL OUT THE COMPLAINT FORM ON THEIR WEBSITE TO AVOID THIS AND THE SITE WOULDN'T LET ME SUBMIT IT.
Desired outcome: Any response would be great.
Management
When eating at our local Denny's in Poulsbo, after paying for my meal, when I tried to exit, the automatic door did not work. I went back to where the manager and waitresses were standing to complain. The manager walked ahead of me and "preached" at me the whole way. She told me how happy she was since she "found God" and accepted him into her life. She wished me "blessings" and to "have a God-filled" day. My husband and I have just lost our 17-year-old granddaughter after lying 8 days in a coma. Sorry but I don't need to hear this. I went to Denny's for breakfast, not church services. Her name was Marina.
Desired outcome: Refund of $$$ and apology from Marina.

My parents visited one of your establishments today. The Fort Worth location on south freeway. They dined in around 4 o'clock and as my stepdad was biting into his pan cake he bit into some sort of wire or metal squiggle called the waitress over, made her aware she removed the pancakes she took the wire and pan cakes to another person then returned asking if they wanted more. Acted as if it wasn't nothing wrong, never apologized, she did discount pancakes but that was all. No manger ever came and try to resolve the issue. I feel they were treated unfairly and very unprofessionally. They are seniors and could have easily choked on that wire, worst experience ever and treated so poorly.
The meal should have been competed and handled differently.
Desired outcome: Just ackowledge of sympathy or ho ever you feel will suitable
