Dollar General review: Employee drug use

Why do the employees smell like marijuana all the time? Even the managers do. You can watch them smoking weed in there cars in the parking lot. Very unprofessional! Even when wearing a mask it all you can smell at times. If you ask for help from an employee the smell gets even stronger. We the customers don't want to smell that when shopping here. This Emerado store is brand new and this is the first impression you make in are town. It's been something a few of us around town have noticed on multiple visits. We don't like it here. It's illegal and Just very unprofessional. We hear talk about drug almost every time we go! You guys need to clean this up. It's a small town here in ND and people notice. Even your Managers smell of marijuana when you get up by cash registers. It's hasn't been every time we go. But it's been enough times that I needEd to bring it to your attention. I guess Dollar General doesn't bother to drug test... It's just pot party now! I'll start taking my money some that doesn't smell like a marijuana shop and cares enough not to hire drudged employees that can put us customers in danger! What happened Dollar General? And that's the experience you get if they even come out of there back room. We get it's a new store and good employees take time, but this needs to be addressed. If it don't stop it may need to be brought to the attention of the law.
