There are several complaints about our local Gibson, Georgia store that need to be looked at, including and not limited to, Manager/Assistant Manager not following guide lines of the COVID-19: Yes they wear mask but they are all wearing them under their noses and a few are not wearing them at all; store is completely filthy (cob webs on lighting fixtures, some are found over products, can and box goods are dusty and shelves are extremely dusty also; floors do not look like they have been swept or mopped in months; parking lot is covered in trash; inventory is always low (and when you mention it to the manager or assistant manager they will inform you that items are counted as they sale and will be some in soon and they NEVER are); some employees are too busy talking on their personal cell phones or texting to do their jobs; smoking employees take too many breaks to smoke and they are smoking around the door so they can see when a customer walks to the register. One certain employee walked off the job while still on the clock and threw the store phone at another employee and stating that she had enough and quit, only to be REHIRED a few months later and given the position she had back to her, even though there were other employees that could have been trained for this position. It seems the Manager is more worried about keeping this store #1 in sales but not trying to keep the store CLEAN and STOCKED with items for sale. Registers are always down and lines extend through certain isles. It is usually 1 register running while the other employee hides in the isle acting as though they are stocking; also containers are left in the isles leaving it difficult to get a shopping cart down the isles. Please have someone come in and check this out without being known, that is the ONLY way to see everything the way it is and NOT as it should be done properly.
Desired outcome: changing of employees
