I was in dollar general store located at 14140 sw hwy 40 in Ocala Fl 7/7/18 at 17:24. There was a line in the store quite long and the key holder Rocio did nothing to help the girl behind the counter. She was worried about walking around and looking at her facebook. When I said something she told me to kind my own business and worry about myself. I frequent this store as I live around the corner and have never been so appalled as I was today by the way I was spoken to. I am not sensitive, and before you go around bashing me for beating up my elderly grandmother. She was provoking me. She asked me to get off the cell phone and talk to her properly. I did not so she knocked it from my hand, and I punched her and she ended up in the hospital. Like I said in the PM that I sent you she provoked me.
