Dollar General review: Not selling paper towels

I went into Dollar General in Gaston, NC to see if they had paper towels and bathroom tissue. I saw a box of paper towels on the floor so a gentleman reached in and got me two packs. I went to the register and asked about the other paper towels in the box that wasn't open. The manager said that she couldn't sell them because she need them to clean the store, so she went in the back and pushed the box in the back I guess where they keep stuff and the two packs that I had in my basket, she said that she couldn't sell them to me. I was pissed. I shop at DG all the time, but now I have to think twice, because she act like she was accusing me of going in the box.
