So September 11th 2024 incident occurred store manager text another manager that her daughter would not be into work not to mention she didn't text the manager that was on duty for that shift. she text the manager that was off duty for that shift the incident occurred because she was upset the manager before the day before which was September 10th it was brought to her attention by assistant manager myself that her daughter was going into the office the manager's office using the secret code that no one supposed to be able to use but managers she then addressed me to tell me that her daughter was a minor and she was able to do that. Because of this all the other cashier's assume it's ok for them to enter the managers off ice without permission.This manager also would ca her daughter in the middle of a busy shift and her daughter would stop taking care of a customer to answer her call. so I did tell her that she could not be answering her phone call in a minute of any shift I don't care if her mother was the boss.So the next day which on the 11th that followed she text another store manager that was not on duty at the time for the shift that her daughter was supposed to come in text her that her daughter wouldn't be coming in because she needed to go to her with her to a car dealership to get a car I then called that manager and asked her what was going on and she said her daughter needed to be with her to get a car the September 12th I reached out to her to ask her and tell her I need to speak to her boss and she then told me that he was in a meeting in Orlando and he could not talk to me and went on to say sweetie she didn't need to let me know that her daughter wouldn't be in and I told her that was very unprofessional of her because her daughter needed for first call out herself and she shouldn't be texting the manager before my shift the assistant manager that was on call shift at that moment so and it just that was it the situation never was going to get resolved resolved so therefore I took and turn my keys in and today which is September the 12th at about 1:00 p.m.
