Dollar Tree review: the store and workers

My complaint is that this store is very dirty everytime I go here.
The manager spends most of his time in the office.
The lines are backed up and only one cashier is working..
They have stock sitting in Buggies on the floor waiting to be put on shelves..One cashier was complaining because she had no help..Then finally after 30 minutes another cashier walked in the store just smiling at the customers and she walked towards the office and the manager comes out..The customers just gave them a look as if to say, why was the manager in the office so long.

They never hardly ever have new items out, things are just thrown on the floor, mainly the toy isle and the back of the store.

The bathrooms are so dirty and stink very bad.
I am wondering how they can get away with having this store so disorganized, short staffed and no respect for the customers.
This isnt just once in a while, anytime you go in that store, it looks like a storm passed through the isles..anyway..I was hoping there was something that could be done..I love Dollar Tree and I get so upset everytime I go in this store and see all these problems..its a shame.
