We ordered a pizza around 5:30 and it came at 7:15 the pizza was a bit burned and very poorly made the delivery guy was very rude when we called dominos to tell them they messed up the order they said they would send a replacement pizza and never did from 7:30 to 11 they said they were sending a replacement when we called for the last time they were disrespectful and unwilling to listen

We called about 10 times and then they didn't pick up when they did pick up they hung up frequently they were very disrespectful the pizza that was supposed to be a replacement arrived five hours later called around 11:20 The manager refused to answer any calls that we placed The person who continued to answer our calls was very disrespectful and was acting very ghetto.. now we don't want to order from Domino's because of the uncertainty that something will be done to our food ..

I called the Dominos on Countryside Center Lane. I have a coupon for a free 16 piece Parm Bites. The manager told me the coupon expired. I explained that it didn't expire until December 2017. He said they didn't except this coupon. I told the manager that it said it was valid at that particular location. They said they didn't participate. I told him that didn't make any sense at all, specifically because I had the coupon in my hand. I asked if they would go ahead and accept the coupon since it was Dominos and since it said it was valid. The manager said no. For the life of me- this makes no sense at all. I asked the manager for his name- he gave me his first name but said I didn't need to know his last name. My family already had their mind set on pizza, but I didn't not feel comfortable calling that location back, so we called the competition (Marcos Pizza) Tried to do business with Diminos- but hey clearly did not want to do business with me. I do NOT feel that this was handled in a professional customer service fashion. Unsatisfied customer scratching my head...
customer service/food quality
Earlier this evening my husband went to our local Domino's to pick up our dinner. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and brownie for dessert.
First, the young girl at the register said she didn't have correct change. It was not a large bill! My husband then had to walk across the shared parking lot to a Wendy's restaurant and make a purchase to receive change for our Domino's purchase. Are you serious? Unbelievable.
He returned with the change ans never received a thank you or an apology or anything!
Additionally, our pizza was obviously not fresh! It was lukewarm! There was barely any cheese and the crust was rock hard.
The brownie was no better. It was so hard and burnt we could not eat it.
I had to cook dinner for my family because the food was almost inedible.
There is a SERIOUS problem with your Salem, IN store. This entire situation is almost comical. Except for the fact that our money was wasted. There's nothing funny about that. At all.
Please advise as to how we can remedy this situation. To say we are dissatisfied would not cover it. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Last night, I ordered two pan pizzas from the bardstown, ky location. I picked them up, and once I got home, I realized that they were still very undercooked. The very bottom of the pizza was brown, but the dough was still veryvery raw, almost inedible. I tried re-baking it in my oven, which only helped a little. This has never happened before, as I order pizza frequently from this chain.

Out of all of the pizza delivery restaurants Domino's has to be the absolute worst! It was bad the last time I ordered, decided to try again and the pizza was disgusting and cold. The spaghetti was not spaghetti, it penne pasta with marinara sauce that seemed like it had been around for a long time and some black mold looking stuff in it! I have been sick to my stomach since I ate the pizza. Never will I try again!

I ordered pizza and wings online today. The tracking was saying 18 to 28 minutes for delivery so after 1 hour of placing my order I called them asking for my food. They told me it was out for delivery and it should be another 10 to 20 minutes because they had just 1 delivery person and 3 new employees so service was slow, to what I replied that they were making false advertising wen tracking system is showing other time frame and that if my food was cold when delivered I wouldn't pay for it ( $35). The food arrived 10 minutes later I paid and tipped delivery guy and went to eat it. I open the boxes and what I see... 6 wings thar I order 14 with no sauce or side dressing and cold. The pizza came all with chicken, mushrooms and olives when it was supposed to be half just chicken and half chicken mushrooms and olives. I grabbed all of that got in my car and drove to domino's. I asked for the manager and told her what happened and for my disbelief she told me she new the wings delivered were not the order I placed ( this like she thought it was ok to have less then half of what you order and still pay for it ). I was so frustrated with this so I asked my money back and went somewhere else.
100 degrees inside the store
The Dominos located on Langley AFB has not had a working A/C for at least the last three months I have been going there. Today, 13 July it was over 100 degrees and the poor employers were sweating and looked miserable. How can u treat people like this?
When I walked in to pick up my pizza I had difficulty breathing due to the extreme heat The Dominos is right nect to the BX and I'm not sure why this can't get fixed.

Just stepped out of your restaurant at store #4628 at 63 09 kenwood avenue, 21206. I ordered for a vegetarian pizza... With a careful selection of toppings. I even requested for the pizza to be cut by a clean knife (As no trace of anything non vegetarian can be on it). Almost half way through the pizza, and I find a piece of chicken in my pizza!
This is extremely unacceptable. If you cannot make a vegetarian pizza, do not include it in your menu. On speaking with the store manager, all he could do was offer a refund. The refund is not what I care about. I care about million other vegetarians like me not only not eat meat for heath reasons but also for moral reasons.
We want a resolution for this mistake, or else we will not be left with any other choice but to resort to social media to make everyone aware of your malpractice, and of how you cannot be trusted. The local fda needs to be notified too.

worst pizza and missed my order
Hi Dominos,
I really like to enjoy to eat Dominis Pizza everytime. This is the worst experience I ever had with you guys. I really don't like the pizza where bread hasn't cooked properly at all especially at the edges and in some slices of the pizza. Also the original suace was spread only at the edges not at all in the middle.
Also my aprt from this, I haven't got the order what I have order in my order. I haven't got the Chocolate lava cake in my order instead bread sticks cane with my order. Again after 30mins of wait I got the chocolate lava cake where it is cold.
I have been calling your customer service number but no one has picked the call. I waited for 30mins on call. That is too much time for any customer to talk to representative.
I will attach the pictures of the pizza that I got below. I will also post these in my blog and share in social.
I need my money back where I haven't got the proper order at all.
See the pictures it is totally white at the edges and no one wants to eat that pizza and get hurt because it isn't cooked.

When picking up my takeout pizza and signing the credit card slip the associate watched me put in zero for the tip. She then gave me a dirty look and said thank you for the tip in snarky manner. I wasn't aware that ordering pizza for takeout warranted a tip. I order pizza from this location often but I may not anymore after this rude behavior. I'm honestly shocked that she would say that.

I ordered pizza last week. I had ten rewards from a previous order and I ordered a pizza I didn't receive my rewards and my other points we're gone. I ordered tonight got my ten . But my previous rewards are gone. This is my second email. If not fixed I'll buy pizza from somewhere else. Permanently. I spend twenty or thirty everytime. I'm on a fixed income. hiring practices
I was hired to work as an employee inside the store over a month ago. They did not submit my background check, and I had to continuously call for two weeks. After that, I was able to submit the new hire paperwork. Two additional weeks later after numerous calls, I was told that I couldn't be hired even though I had already been offered the job and submitted paperwork. It was extemely unprofessional, and the company needs to work to fix their hiring practes. I will look to see if there is any legal action that can be taken for the way I was mistreated.

Called dominoes to place an order. Told them that I wanted three pizzas and that another person will call and pay for the food. I called three times to tell told them the situation and every time he called to pay for the pizza they tell him there was no orders placed. Now I am told that I can't order food anymore because they're back up on orders but I called from another number and got service. #discrimination #notfair RIDCULOUS!

I placed an order online today July 10, 2017 at 3:10 pm from the echo park /chinatown location in los angeles(I was given a wait time of 30-40 minutes). I had just gotten off work and had eaten nothing and was trying to feed my mother and niece as well. At 3:21 the domino's pizza tracker stated that my order had been inspected an was ready to be sent out. However, my pizza was not sent until 3:40 and did not arrive to my home until 3:55 and I live less than 2 miles away. I waited to call untile 3:50 to find out what the hold up was with my order and when I inquired as to why my pizza had taken so long to be delivered I was met with a terrible attitude from a female employee who stated "well we're uh really busy right now" to which I retorted. "well why is it that noone could call me to inform me of the delay?" .. (Dominos takes a callback number for every order).. And she had no response except to say that they were short on drivers. Which did not answer my question as to why a person handling customer service was not doing their job and providing good service or taking any sort of accountability on behalf of the team. I was really upset about the way I was treated by this person whom I unfortunately did not get the name of. The food way fine the driver was great but my interaction with your team member has really ruined this experience. I do not think it is right to treat a patron of your establishment that way even if there was nothing within your control to fix the situation simple good service would make the situation better. I work with the public and must provide service and answers to all inquiries with a pleasant attitude eve if i can do nothing to remedy the situation. I really want to have this situation remedied in one way or another.

I called 3 domino's last night because I was hungry. I stayed in Brooklyn park Minneapolis, MN. I had performed at an art show and had friends staying with me at Marriot NW. Each location gave me a wait time of over and hour before telling me I was to call another location. I ended up ordering from Pizza Man. All I wanted was two pizzas and I was openly willing to wait 1h 45min but after clarifying that was given a new phone number. I enjoy your pizza but after this experience I don't think I will e ordering from you any more. I hope you have a wonderful day.

About 8:10pm. At about 8:35pm the tracker said that my order was here. So I waited till about 8:50pm. No one showed or called. So I called the manager Anthony had me on hold for about 10 minutes to tell me that they still didnt delivered because they didnt have a driver. That they will be leaving soon. So I cancel my order and now I have to wait 5 business days to get my money back. The domino is on merrick road in Freeport n.y. 11520.

I made on online order and paid for it. I was then called back after 10 minutes and told they would not deliver because of our gate at the army reserve center. Our soldiers have served this country more than once and to be denied delivery because of an inconvenience is appalling. I then called 3 more dominos locations and they said they don't deliver either. That is B'S.

I am a regular customer at this Domino's location and I have always enjoyed what I considered to be the best pizza around. However this time it was the worst pizza in the world! Minimal pepperoni minimal sauce, cheese and sausage. It was like he didn't have the time to make a proper Domino's pizza because he was just way to busy working the shift alone. I will never purchase another pizza there while the same person is working again. I will always insist on inspecting the pizza before purchasing it from now on! Hi there, my names is [removed] email [protected]@gmail.com my partner and I placed an order yesterday with Dominos. Our address is [removed]. The order arrived in the evening time. The Delievery man gave me the EFT machine to pay what I owed, approximately 30CAD which was fine, the machine itself could not receive connectivity in the apartment building so I went outside with the delivery driver to try there, which still did not work. At that time I specifically asked the driver if he wanted the food back as the machine was broken which he will verify. He said no, apologizes and shakes hands and says I can Keep the food. That was early evening time, the name on the order is [removed]. So at this stage I've been put out by having to leave my building and though annoyed I say fine and go back to my apartment. Later my partner and I went to bed at approximately 10pm as we both are required to be up early, Then at between 11pm - Midnight I was shocked to hear my door being hard knocked on repeatedly. I get out of bed my partner is upset and the neighbors are probably hearing this too. I open the door and the delivery guy is back looking for money . I ask why is he calling this late and making so much noise he says his manager made him pay as opposed to calling it what it was which is a tech error. I pay the bill and the guys goes away. This is outrages behaviour by Dominos and I want an apology, we are regular customers and should not be woken up in this fashion. It is completely unacceptable.
