Pizza Not Brought Out on Time
Tonight I ordered a pizza to have brought out to my car. I drove to the location and waited for almost 10 minutes before it was brought out. My app said I would get a free pizza, but the manager(?) brought it out and was extremely rude when I asked about getting it for free.

Managers abusive behavior
I called re: a delay in delivery. Itd been 25 min¬ cooked. Employee said "Del. r 1 1/2 hours. Its right online." No it isnt or I wouldnt have ordered. He snapped & said "I have 6 ppl on hold & cant deal w/ u." I said"Nice customer service" &hung up. Had he been polite I wouldnt have gotten upset, but he implied I was stupid & not worth his time. After all that, he cancelled my order.

Diarrhea, stomach cramps, entire bodyache and fatigue. Only place open when arrived to lodge 1130 p.m. for Thanksgiving weekend wednesday. Ordered $50 of food. Was out for 1 day for rest and a bunch of meds at the local drug store for recovery. Do not get much time off, each day at the lodge was 300 plus canceld reservations. Ha and your stock pice is almost as high as Tesla. 529 right now and will bet will increase

I called to place a delivery order from the E. Main store, I asked if I could pay for the order with my credit card as the Pizza was going to a different address, after I gave the young Man my CC info I asked just for his first name, he became belligerent with me, just being all around RUDE. I asked him politely just for a first name. He proceeded to give me a " made up" name and then tell me if that was " GOOD ENOUGH" I replied that I would be canceling my order. I will NEVER do business with Domino's from this point on, and just FYI I have 17 grandchildren that Love to eat PIZZA! Pizza Hut here we COME.

Abusive and aggressive delivery driver
Large black male with plates NMN.. in white truck delivered just a moment ago to Greywacke Dr, Manor, TX 78653. He almost ran over my neighbor's dog and grandmother walking dog while running up on my lawn. When confronted, his words, "Shut Up White [censored]! I saw her. She's now on the sidewalk. Kiss my Black [censored]!"
I am making a police report if you do not fire this employee. We all have cameras..

Dominos
Ordered online took 40 min for my food to even start baking. Took me multiple times to try to cancel by phone bc first time they hung up on me. At least 15 min on hold just to cancel. Never will order again. Never. Now your website is saying my complaint isn't long enough awesome. I'm actually owed 2 free pizzas from your company. I stopped ordering from Pizza Hut years ago bc of this same issue.
Coupon/Invalid Coupon
On Sunday November 21, 2021 I tried to use the coupon I received in my email. I got an error message saying, "Sorry, Invalid Coupon/Promotion Code." I then called the store located in Hixson, TN, where I was told by the "manager", "We can't take coupons over the phone, you have to use the app. If you can't use the coupon in the app, there's nothing I can do." She also argued with me about the expiration date on the coupon. When I asked her name, she said, "We can't give our name out." Is this really how you train your employees to treat your customers?
I am including the coupon as well as the error message I received when trying to use it.
Desired outcome: Far better customer service. And I'd like to be able to use my coupon, that as of tomorrow, will be expired.
They made me angry enough to smash my grandmother walking cane over her head. She is having me charged.

I ordered food from here on Halloween and i never got my food i did this online and even paid with my card it said it was delivered. But i never got my food the name on the account was alexander lewis.

The last two times that we have ordered domino's and gone for pickup - it has been late being brought out to us. The first time I got the e-mail offering a free pizza…. I tried to open it and apparently clicked wrong and it just disappeared - not a big deal. The second time I didn't get it until 3 days later and it was in my spam folder…… did not use it……. My issue? Seeing all of these commercials about ordering delivery online and possibly getting a free item…… this domino's does not have delivery - pick up only. I do absolutely plan on ordering from dominos again (probably over the weekend or next week for "date night" with my hubby) as the sandwiches are to die for………
I am not happy at all that I missed the chance to use the offer of two free pizza's but it's rather upsetting that we don't get a chance for any of the free items……
Now, I just seem to be babbling….. Not complaining but not entirely happy…… hmmmmmmmmmmmmm

If your delivery personnel cannot adhere to the following non-contact delivery instructions, please let me know so I know not to order from Domino's and let others know as well:
"Please place food on the second floor in hallway outside of apartment door on third landing and call when food is delivered [protected]. Front door will be unlocked. Thank you. DO NOT LEAVE FOOD ON PORCH."
The delivery personnel was extremely rude and hung up on me when I asked for the store Manager or contact to inquire about what the refund process since he was unwilling to deliver my or according to the delivery instruction submitted.
I have a medical condition in which I cannot easily go downstairs.
To be clear, the delivery request was no-contact that was equivalent to delivering food in an apartment lobby. The locks were open, the area is well lighted, and we have received deliveries previously with the exact same no-contact delivery instructions.
Once again, let me know if Domino's can adhere to the requested delivery instructions.

Pizza Order Incorrect/Rude Employee
We ordered a pizza and specified that we wanted one topping removed. Instead, they delivered the pizza with no marinara sauce. The employee argued with us that he was right and we were incorrect with what we ordered. I have used Dominos many times, but will no longer use them if they don't stand behind their products and hold their employees accountable.
Order Large Pizza received a medium
Ordered a large pizza 14" and received a medium 12" in a large box.
called the store the manager told me that I had received a large pizza. I told him It measured it at 12" he said "absolutely that I received a large pizza."
I had to travel back to the store and show him with a "measuring tape" that it was a medium pizza. All he said was that is strange... He said he could remake the pizza.

I'm complaining about a Store Manager's response, or lack thereof, to my call on October 29, 2021.
On October 29, 2021, because I was having a problem placing an order, I called Store # 4606 (Store Ph: [protected]). My problem is that part of my order was redemption of a "Free" two-topping Medium pizza (not a big deal) as compensation for a delivery screw-up on a previous order. The "Offer" was dated September 30, 2021 and stated "Use them in the next 30 days!" But, in very small print, just below this statement, was another statement "Points expire on 10/28/21" When I called Store # 4606, then, I spoke to a young lady and explained the situation. And, I asked her whether the offer was a 30-day one or was a 28-day one since these two notations were in definite conflict with one another. She did not know and said that she would check with the Manager. When she returned, in a few minutes, she told me that the Manager said that he couldn't do anything and that I should call headquarters. So, I sent a detailed message to the alleged Customer Service Department but throughout the last 13 days, I have received the daily sales messages from Domino's but no response to my complaint! Since it seems that Customer Service cares no more than your Store #4606 Manager, I'm considering dropping out of the Domino's Rewards Program, of which I've been a member for many years, and going to one of your competitors, which cares more about its customers. If that is fine with you, don't bother to respond. I can't tell you how disappointing this lack of customer service has been after all of the years that I have been a Domino's customer.

Delivery took over 2 hrs and food was poor quality, ended up going in the trash
This was emailed to dominos over 45 days ago with no response received yet. This delivery I was charged for also took over 2 hrs, which is why I attached the email I received from Dominos before even reaching out to them as they knew it took far too long:
I would like to let you know the quality of the food was sub par. Nowhere near as good as it's been from this same location before.
I ordered 1 chicken item and 1 cheesy bread item. The chicken had cartilage pieces and was soggy and chewy and gross. The jalapeno bacon cheesy bread was undercooked and doughy. Some of the "bacon" on the inside was literal giant chunks of ham that were also just chewy and disgusting. This part is somewhat serious as you are selling this menu item as bacon filled, but are using ham, at least partly, which is false advertising and just kinda sneaky and not right.
Nevertheless, more than half of both items ended up in the garage. I would like a refund please as I do not intend to purchase from Dominos again in the near future. Thank you kindly.

Poor customer service
Ordered pizza in the Forestdale, Alabama location. The store manager told me to go outside and sit in my car. 45 minutes later. I asked how much longer the mgr walked took the cold pizza of the shelf and stated here it is. I asked how long it had been sitting on the shelf. He stated I don't know. He touch the box and stated it is still warm and laughed. I asked for his manager's name and number, he stated you can call the 800 number if you have a problem.
I will never spend a dollar with Domino's going forward. I left a sick mother home to get her a pizza.
Desired outcome: Hope that locations closes. I live in the neighborhood, I will make sure all my friends stop using this location.
Order Never Received
On this date, I placed an order via online Order #: 560 Date: 11/04/2021 6:40PM. Approximately 7:20pm the Tracker indicated that my order had been delivered however nothing was delivered. I waited a few minutes before attempting to contact the local Domino's. The 1st call, I was put on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up. The 2nd call, I was on hold for 10 minutes then hung up. The 3rd call, a gentleman answered the call saying that "they were no longer taking phone orders and that if you wanted to place an order, then you would need to place the order via the app or website." After he finished talking, I said that I wanted to speak with the manager however he hung up on me. The 4th call, someone answered the phone with "hello" and then you could hear loud laughing in the background and the young man said to someone in the background that they need to stop playing." I then asked the young man to speak with the manager. The manager then comes on the line. I then informed him of what happened with my 4th call and he told me that his name is Will Williams and if I had a complaint that I could come to the store or submit my complaint online then he hung up the phone without giving me an opportunity to let him know that my order had never arrived. This manager is absolutely rude and unprofessional. This is not the first time that I have witnessed his unprofessionalism although this is the first time that I have had a problem with him. I ordered from dominos pizza within an hour someone is using my credit card!
I ordered from your online pizza and within an hour someone there is using my credit card to order food online. Chase Bank cancel my card because of it! I only use that card very little. Smeone there at the online site stole my credit card information for personal gain. They have cause me trouble now with a cancel credit card. I have had to change all my places that drafted from that credit card account! I do not understand how a hacker or a company employee got my credit card information from a Dominos secure purchase payment site. I do think I will be doing online Dominos Pizza ordering anymore from them!

I placed my order early in the morning and set delivery time for 10:00 pm when the store opened. 10:00 comes around and my pizza tracker said "prep" (preparing) for a whole hour and 1/2 so i then called to store to see what the hold up was, i was told there where no drivers available till 4:00pm and a driver would come at 4:00pm and it never came, so im inclined to believe that the driver stole my order or never even came out
