eBay My Korean barrettes. #[protected].

It says my barrettes were shipped 8/10. I never received them & it does not look like it is moving in transit. I did not receive a refund. I would like to know the status of my barrettes. It will not let me get in touch with the seller.
Can you please look into the status of when I will be receiving them.

eBay Account got suspended

My account got suspended I don;t know why and Neither the website, or the help pages they keep sending you too, or the live agent OR phone get you anywhere to get it resolved. I tried even to cancel my account but as the account is suspended (which they can't get it fixed for me), I can't even have my data removed from their DB. This is stealing my personal information and never giving me the right to get it fixed. No phone number! Chat tells you to call a number that hangs up and says it no longer exists. Site tells you to reach their team, you click the link it says that link cannot be found. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I want my data to be deleted from that terrible system. Never will use EBAY! Never did and never will

i want to set up selling my ice fishing decoys on your e-bay and was talking with a lady about the cost for adv. listing and one other thing i can remember . i ask if there were any other charge.. she was checking and i told her i was going to check the cost on Amazona and this guy came on and suspended my account to protect his community . eBay Account suspension & blocking

I've had my account Permanently suspended, it came after $350+ was left in my account. I was warned eBay was notorious on some issues but this was exceptionally remarkable even for them. I looking for a Message that ebay said they sent to my E-mail AND on the ebay message board but no message was present or procedure outlined for removing the suspension.

I did get an Agent but now NO agent is available, I left a message for my Lawyer to see if he can get to the bottom of this but my profit margin is marginal and I am left dead in the water aside from vreating fake id, and bogus accounts as the ONLY means to recover my loss.

I have been a %100 straight shooter with ebay and Paypal, provided all this ridiculous level of extra information that other clients never had to and never abused them in any way, I even kicked out 2 clients from the past for schemes of how to rob them and kept a tight lip when asked about ebay issues even with my clients who complained all the time and for over 23 years+, and in one fell swoop they canned me and seem to be trying to steal money from me as well?

A Predator knew how to push the right ebay buttons to manage that I suspect, the agent said I need to speak to authorities to recover my funds and did not give me instructions on WHAT authorities, Who, and left me totally blind on everything including what possible actions are available to me.

Does anyone have any idea where a seller can go to at least obtain a reason for such behavior, no authority has contacted me about some serious offenses! I am baffled since I will have to spend the $300 they are holding on Legal fees JUST to find out what the heck is happening and then pursue for damages.

Thats a hell of a way to treat a seller that honestly never stole a penny from anyone knowingly! and made your company at least 6 figures of profit in 23 + years, and likely 7 figures running Client sellers who TRUST me with ALL there money and even told me recently to keep %50 of the sale as commission.

Leonard Eisen passed and his products I still sell on occassion and give his profits to his wife, whome now I give to the The Midland Park Senior Center in Honor of his memory. Ralph Marlin ties.

They erased all that inventory as well!.

The Level of Cruelty is outstanding here, I held on with new and newer rules which diminished my CLient base to 3 people and NOW they do to me what I would Never have done to them !, Which i REFUSED to ever do to them even under the advise of others... Letter those clients go so I could stay Kosher with ebay and now it looks like they just TURKED me! w/o explanation.

I could not even recover years and years of descriptions I typed in some by hand from my inventory which they immediantly destroyed.

Does ANYBODY have a phone number to them?, If Not does anyone know an eBay lawyer that can make this upcoming disaster a simple discussion and explanation, because it can only get very much worse from this point on.

To My surprise a predatory Buyer RETURNED the product a case that lingered from 6/9/21 till 09/27/21 where eBay first penalized me and then froze my money. I prefer the paypal method of placing a HOLD on money until promises are met and comments / Conditions are not modified during transaction to mislead.

I informed ebay of the return and oddly enough the amount withheld in my account at the times of the incident nearly exactly matches price of item.

My clients say I was most definately played. My account still remains suspended and nothing seems to be changing, I find it hard to beleave, I've been an Honest trader and dealer for over 25 years with ALL my online transactions buying and selling.

I find this affair disgusting tp say the least.

AND no one seems to offer a reasonable course of action whereby my work on eBay for 2 decades will be completely discarded.

i had an account for over 15 years over 2000 buys ebay locked me out for no reason . my sign in is pabdo with sn00py sign in. they put another name and when india called was no help

eBay Buyers and sellers beware!

Never buy or sell anything on ebay. They are using new technology made by Distil Networks that has started blocking many people randomly that wrongly blocks legit buyers and sellers stating they are bots. They will lock your account forever and steal your money if they think you are browsing the listings too fast, if you change contact info, etc and prevent you from contacting customer service even though they tell you to do so.

eBay Problem with warranty

On nov 23 2020 I order a Throttle Body from Perfectmatch-autopart /E-bay seller for 51.94 and now I am having a problem with it I E-Mail them with the computer code and a list the problem I was having with it
I contract them and they told me they would warranty it BUT after 2 month they have stop ans my e. mail and have not warranty the item

eBay Total lack of buyer support and assistance

Multiple emails to a seller have been ignored. eBay has absolutely no effective way to assist a buyer. I have exhausted numerous avenues provided by eBay to get some resolution. All efforts through their website result in being told this option is not available. Calling the fraud number, which I believe this seller committed, did no good because my concern did not fit their definition of fraud. Let's see; I paid for a product I never received. Multiple attempts to contact the seller have failed. Seller refuses to respond.

Thank God for Paypal since they immediately created a case. One week after my purchase, no help from eBay. They apparently do an excellent job of protecting their sellers but truly offer no support to buyers.

BUYER BEWARE!

eBay unable to get assistance from ebay customer service regarding need to have them 'Step In" with dispute with a seller.

I notified ebay 5 days ago about receiving item not as described or as in photo in ad on their site. Followed their steps for refund and told the seller agreed to full refund and that there was a return label at bottom of message. There was no label attached. I tried to negotiate with seller on numerous occasions during that time to no avail and getting the run around. I have copy of five messages in my ebay message inbox regarding this issue. Ebay had said I could elicit their help through a request for them to "step in" by today. I have spent numerous hours today trying through chatting with "assistants" who each said they could not assist me and would I like to speak to an agent. I requested to speak by phone and initially I was granted . however my phone was not turned on due to not turning it back on after teaching in morning. When I discovered the reason why I had not been called, I tried to call number listed in my phone. Only to discover the number did not accept calls and directed me to go to customer service online. I have spent hours trying to reach ebay customer service and seem to be going in circles. Apparently there is no direct customer service phone line and the chatting area, when you can get to it, cannot assist and says they will put you in a queue for a call. But no call is ever received. The order number for the disputed item is [protected]. Item # [protected]. cost $54. Placed on August 28, 2021 and delivered on 09/15/21. Sold by Hadnicer 19175. The item was very poor quality as in dime store variety and and not as pictured in ad with only 4 medium sized sunflowers and 9 small the size of miniature daisies. The fabric greenery had 2 different colors of green and 2 different cuts. There was also plastic leaves on smaller blossoms and a cheaper white plastic miniature flower with another color green. The description only stated 13 Heads Sunflowers Artificial Fake Flower Bouquet Garden Party. when purchasing no mention was made of plastic component, or number of large vs small blooms as now appears in description since purchase. I noticed another packed bouquet had unattached flower to the stem. Photos were sent to seller with request for full refund.

Desired outcome: Full refund with ebay standing by their guarantee and assistance to resolve disputes and provide refunds.

eBay Account cancelled and Fees charged

I set up an account to sell a Cell phone. I followed all their steps, verified email, verified bank account, etc. I soon after received an offer for the phone, which i accepted, completed an online invoice, notified buyer. Within a few hours i get a series of emails that my account is "permanently suspended" and that the decision cannot be reversed. This occurred Sunday September 12, 2021. I tried to access my account to find out why?, only data i can now see is my account and profile. I searched for resolution contact ( Help & Support) as well as "online chat" with an agent? No success.
9/21/2021 i received an email that eBay was withdrawing $62.48 for Fees & Expenses? i again went through Help & Support, again only communication is online chat with an Agent who stated that "due to eBay policy they cannot provide more specific information" 1) The listing was supposed to be free 2) Due to being Sunday i was able to retrieve package and NOT send it so there is no shipping cost to eBay? 3) They for unknown reasons cancelled my account and refuse to provide answers so why am i being charged?

eBay cell phone

on june 1 i purchased a phone from ready to call. hnh enterprise. the phone has so many issues that i finally turned on my old phone. i have sent several e mails to them. leon chandler said he would replace the phone. to date i have not received a replacement. after more emails asking why theres no phone they refuse to answer me. being a new phone out of the box there should be no issues. thank you gerald 8544 transaction id 8xa06897nm795393t

When I received the item in May, it was too small. The seller offered a replacement and if that wasn't satisfactory a refund.

The replacement never arrived. When I inquired with the seller (many times), they always told me "Have a wait" or "We will check." They ignored my requests for a refund. They did nothing but stall.

eBay Ebay Seller account

This is for account [protected]@redstix.com.au. I have been trying for 4 months to close my account. Each time, ebay wants something else from me, so after 4 months of being messed around, I am still trying to close this account. There have been no sales, and the last transaction was in May. My seller account was refunded in August. I have tried to resolve this through agents, and asked up to 6 times to lodge a formal complaint, which was not done.

eBay Unethical behaviour

I gave you guys a legitimate about one of your sellers and once again, big surprise, e bay backs up the seller. How do I know the outcome? Because I tried to buy some hockey jerseys from him, I was refused. I had a minor dispute with this seller earlier this year, and it had to do with the extremely slow delivery service. They gave me advice like"go and try to buy these jerseys somewhere else, ha ha ha ha". When I complained directly to the seller nothing was done, not even an answer, another time ii had one of their employees begging me to buy more because all the employees were underpaid and very poor! Now when I have a very strong complaint they don't talk to you, they don't answer you and you have no idea what the seller said or what the outcome is. That's great work e-bay, real good. What happened to the customer is always right? Anyway, if anyone else sees this, doesn't buy from globaljersey17!

eBay The website as a whole!

I use a vpn to connect to the internet for privacy reasons as a result the ebay we[censored]e keeps doing the following things 1. Using crapture to authenticate me as 'human' then 2. Sending me by email and the messages on the web[censored]e messages board telling me i've had an unusual login attempt (it's me by the way) this is now every now and again being followed by a 3. Reset password prompt. I'm getting bloody sick of this it it is getting on my last nerve. There are other problems like the seizure inducing flashing while attempting to view zoomed images and then trying to change views from the bottom of the image. Plus much, much more. Enough to say the web[censored]e needs work to say the least! You would think with all the people off skiving at home over the last year plus due to covid someone may have addressed these issues, but that's clearly too much to ask.

Desired outcome: Resolve the issues raised, as a minimum!

Was given a coupon code for money off but it didn't work when I tried to use it. Called in and was told they would fix the problem and reissue. Never happened. Called again and was told a second time, we'll take care of it. Nothing happened. Called again and was told it would be reissued and it was; however, it once again didn't work. Called again. Was told how sorry they were that things haven't worked out and that they would see what they could do. Many weeks later and still no response.
I have therefore quit selling on Ebay, and only buy as last resort. There are too many other options available today (Facebook is great) to deal with these clowns. They are so big that they just don't care. Pretty sad! Can't wait till it catches up with them and they fail big time!

Desired outcome: $10 credit issued for time and hassle on this unresolved problem.

eBay Account Suspended

I can live without ebay but I've made a sale for which I won't be paid. Ebay suspended my account and still hasn't given me a clear reason. I've been a member for over 10 years and was in great standing, never a negative mark, and never a problem. I've been round and round with their "customer service" only to get the same canned answers. I want to delete my account but since I've been suspended, they won't let me. Strange. I can't buy, I can't sell, and I also can't delete my account. Had it with these crooks.

Desired outcome: My user name is harlakrame. I want the money owed to me. I don't care about the suspension any longer. I also want to delete my account but since I've been suspended, ebay won't let me.
