eBay review: Subject: urgent: unauthorized transactions on my ebay account – request for chargeback

Dear eBay Support,

I am writing to formally report unauthorized transactions made on my eBay account. My account security was breached without my knowledge, and multiple fraudulent purchases were made using my payment details. Despite previously contacting eBay regarding this issue, I have not received a resolution.

Request for Chargeback & Resolution:
I am requesting an immediate chargeback and refund for these fraudulent transactions. If eBay has any internal fraud investigation procedures, I would appreciate an update on my case. Additionally, I would like to know if my account security logs show any unauthorized access.
