They sent them and made them inside out. I contacted them and they told me to send them back, which I did. Their emails to me verify they received them back. They were going to make me new ones but Now they're not on Etsy anymore. What is Etsy going to do about it? Email verifying they received the cushions I returned kartmom18

Message:I had ordered one 2-inch cushion to use on a chair that had no back cushion. The bottom cushion was green vinyl, and I thought the cushion from you would be a nice contrast with the green vinyl bottom cushion. Well, the cushion from you was so beautiful I thought I'd buy more and use them on my loveseat. I already had one two-inch, so I ordered another one to use as a back cushion and 2 four-inch cushions for bottoms. Well, they came, and they don't match. The new cushions are different than the first one I ordered. The cushions in the pictures I ordered from were the same colors as the one I already had so I thought they'd match they'd match, but they don't, so now I have one cushion that doesn't match the other three, and I like the color of the first one better than the colors of the new three. Now what? I did take a picture and you can see the cushion on the left doesn't have the wide white zig zag that the new ones have and in person, you can really see they are a mismatch.

Message:YIKES! I think I know what happened. If you would open a zipper and look on the inside of the fabric, I think they might have sewn this fabric with the wrong side out. Let me see what we can do. Will certainly get this corrected. Let me know what you see. - Deb

Message:Yes, that's what happened. The inside matches the first one I bought, and it matches the picture. They must have gone out for a night on the town the evening before, LOL. They are beautifully made though. Just let me know what you want me to do. It's not that they look horrible or anything, they just aren't as vibrant as my first one. Well, you can let me know what you want to do, you're the boss. Thanks for getting back to me.
