I am cheated and made a object of joke by the customer care of Eureka Forbes, Bangalore. I put a request of reinstallation at Sunday (30.09.2007) reference no - [protected]. The person told me that I would be serviced within 24 hours and now 5 days are over I am yet to serviced. Every time when I contact them I am told that I would be service immediately but without any impact. I am terribly mistaken by going for Eureka Forbes.

I am fully agree with you. I have made a request in July 2008. They asked forhome address and assured me that a technisian will visit in 2 days time. # months have gone. Almost every alternate day, i called customer care guys and they followed the dame process... i m fed up with the Eureka Forbes... This is the worst type of service and response i got from any product... Friends, its my sincere advice.. think 1000 times before buying a eureka forbes product..
I had almost the same Experience with them it has been almost a month that I registered my complaint (no. 2339 ) Everytime I call, I am assured for prompt service, however nobody turns up.
I never expected such a cheating from a company like forbes.
I recommend everyone, don;t go for Forbs product at all.

I totally agree with you. Eureka Forbes has really bad staff who doesn't care at all of their customers. I have purchased a vacuum cleaner from them in 2008 but till now I didn't got the bill. So many times I have called them and the person assured me to send the bill buts its totally a waist. They never given me the after sale service like demo of the product and when I call them to take back the product they never shown the good sign.
I recommend all never to choose Eureka Forbes.
I am an Eureka forbes user for last 3 years, I am having the product name “Aquaflo designa”.
10 days back I asked one service person to come to my house and service the water purifier.He came and charged 700 rs. For cleaning and changing the water purifier cartage.
When asked for the bill he told me that it will be delivered within 3 working days through courier. There are some items which he supposed to replace during his service, he told me that he can give us another 2 days.he did not come yet.
My question is “IS this the way Eureka forbes” giving service?
If my problem is not resolved there is no need to buy Eureka Forbes product any more and this has to be communicated to everyone
I totally agree with the above comments; the service of Eureka forbes Bangalore is PATHETIC...the people are blatant liars. They committ to give prompt service but never do so. I've been lodging complaint for the last 7 days...but no response. Nobody should ever go for this brand. It's horrible.
We had purchased an Aquaguard Gold Nova water purifier from your company for Rs. 9590-00. the tax invoice is raised in the name of Principal Investigator, Obscure Cattle Disease Project, Dept of Pharmacology and Toxicology, veterinary College, Hebbal, Bangalore-560024. It had been promised that the payment will be done within 20 days from the University, while supplying the unit to our Department. But your sales executive Mr Murthy Naik continuously insisted for the payment since the Eureka Forbs is prompting him for the payment. He also told that his salary is withheld for this purpose. On humanitarian ground, as per his per his request I issued a personnel cheque (Cheq No: 286213) in the name of Eureka Forbs. It was assured me that the cheque will not be encashed and will be kept just as security, for getting his salary. To my surprise the cheque was cleared on 19-01-2009. As soon as I noticed, I called him and your office also about this and it was assured that the money will be refunded to back to me as soon as the payment is received from the University. Mean while you have also received the cheque for Rs: 9590-00 with cheque No: 150643 dated :30-01-2009, which is also hence encashed. There is a double payment for single supply. Inspite of several reminders till today Mr.Murthy Naik had not returned the money back. Hence please make necessary arrangements for the refunding of Rs:9590-00 the money back to me by cash immediately.
There is no answer and they tell that they are busy and come and meet me. ###. Worst service

Never go for Eureka Forbes products. They are rude bevaviour and do not have the courtesy to respond. Until they get the payment, they are very prompt. Once payment done, it is gone, no service.

I fully agree with this. I have Forbes SpringFresh water purifier. The dispenser knob is broken and I filed a complaint. After repeated calls for over a fortnight, they finally came for service, but they came with a knon for a wrong model. What is worse is that the technician was not ready to accept that it was not a correct fit for my appliance. Had I not paid close attention to the job, he would have vanished after collecting money from me. I promise I won't go for Forbes product any more.
please advice how can we place a strong complaint against the company and sue the company with havy penalty. i have faced similar problem...
Even i agree .. we purchased Vaccum cleaner 18 months back and till date.. we have not got any demo or service.. Customer care and service center ppl keep on telling that we will come today .. and that today never comes for them.. can u pls provide me the e-mail ID of CEO or head of service dept.. so that i can write a mail to them..
It is very regretting that even after 1 week of lodging complaint with consumer care with complaint no.[protected]/[protected], the service engineers have not bothered to attend the complaint and the company claims that every complaint will be attended within 24 hours even after repeated complaints on 16th. Is there any explanation for the delay or it is negligency towards customers?

complaint on 24 .6.10. the call centerman amit is given me waiting no.- [protected]. he told me complaiant is -
attend with in 24 hours. NOW 28th of june. no one is attending of my complaint. when i want to know the phone-
number of the head of the custmer service . the call centermen - praveen and sonu are given me the wrong -
number. ( meena-[protected], akbar ahmed- [protected]). both phone are not responding or attending. this will-
happend many times. i was fed up, you have charge moneny for this service. this is shame for such a big compny

Eureka forbes have horrible customer service, they are thieves.I called customer service to replace the filter parts, he told me its going to be a total of 550 including 75 for service charge. When the technician came, she charged 699, out of which 100 is service charge, 30 delivery charge.Without confirming the bill with me(i was in office)she took the money from my mom and went off.This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS SERVICE, never expected a company like them to work in this way.Now they dont even receive my call, no one has the answer. It is not a question of 100 rs or sumthing, it is the way they cheat a customer. I was going for another electrical purifier in this month but now have decided that this is the last eureka product and repair.
Pathetic service after sales
Eureka Forbes Aqua guard folks are real stupid. Ones they sale product they are done with their job. Customer has to go here and there to get the service.
I have purchased Water Purified last year in the month of Dce 2009 which includes two free services. including changing of carbon and Candle-Filter. More than 10 times, I put a request for servicing of my water purifier. The customer care person told me that I would be serviced within 48 hours and now 4 months are over, but I am yet to serviced.
Is this hell of Eureka Forbes service world!

I have bought Aqua Guard Sensa SMP+ (Rs. 17, 900) by March 2010. Within 10 months, the device stopped working
frequently and i have made more than 20 calls to the customer service.
The problem started happening by the first month of purchase. If it is faulty device, they should replaced with
proper working device.
But though numerous requests, they simply service it every time and to get the service, i need to make follow-up
calls to get the service engineer to take a look at the device.
Recently, i found out while having conversation with local service manager that the consumer should require service
for the device at least once in every three months one way or another.
This again increased the untrustiness on Aqua Guard device. During the warrantly period itself, i got to make
numerous frequent service requests because the device stopped working. I am risking my entire family's health in
terms of beliving Aqua Guard to supply purified water through the device.
Since, it requires frequent services & repairs and mandatory service request for once three months, it makes me
seriously concerned about the device, my family's health and the period of warranty.
I would like to make a request here to get the proper device or my money back. I am affraid of putting my family's
health at risk due to Aqua Guard Sensa's malfunctioning.
Please help me and my family.
