We have obtained the AMC of our Eureka Forbes aqua guard water purifier a Noida. At Noida service center told that this AMC will remain continue for every where in India. But at Bhilai, Dist. Durg there is no service center available. And we are using water without purified even we have water purifier.
On 30-06-2006 Mukesh Jha (Sales Executive of Eureka Forbes Ltd. Pitampura, New Delhi) has come to me, for sale of RO System. But I have refused to purchase the same and I have assured that will buy in next month.
So Jha has advised me to make a payment of Rs.7150/- to book the product, and next month he will deliver the product and will take balance payment.
So I have given a payment of Rs.7150/- by ICICI Credit Card.
After my lot of reminder / telephone calls, till date he is assuring me, that he will refund. But I have not received any RO System or refund form you. In this regards I informed to Ms. Silpi (Pitampura Branch, New Delhi). But no any action taken bas been taken by them.

I am having aquaguard since 1994 and has been successfully getting pure water through it. Due to my transferable service, i got AMC services in Chennai & Ludhiana and now living in Kanpur since last four years. In last one year I find drastic detoriation in the quality of service from your franchise. The send their representative of extremely poor knowhow, who hardly have any educational backgroud. at times it is gathered from such representatives that they are employed @ 1200 p.m. that too they not paid salary in last two months etc. Now the actual matter of concern for consumer that after paying AMC @ 900 per year our problems are not attended to the level of satisfaction. In my set complaint of current leakage is persisting since last more than a year and inspite of many complaint unskilled representatives failed to rectify the problem till date. Now the poor water delivery rate complained to Mr saxena is also not rectified since last two months. Please advice should I continue with such product where after sales service has gone down to worst and should I further extend my AMC for another year of dissatisfaction. please reply.

Sir, my relative has purchased R.O Water purifier in the month of July 2008 but till date the product is not working to the satisfaction of the costumer. Every now and then they face problem even after repeated complaint they never turn up to sort out their problem. When J.R.D. Tata was the chairman of the company we experienced the best service from them. Now they just want to have sales but not give customers the best service even in warranty period.

We brought an Aquaguard RO system. In 3 months the unit problem starts "the machine could not filter water" water is not coming into container instead it go to drain. When the service engineer comes he simply removes the filter and hit with his screwdriver and refits it. Then it will work for some days. When we ask this is the way they clear the filter? He doesn’t have any other tools clear the filter. I really think they don't have a proper mechanism to clear the filter. With in 2 months they have cleared the filter 3 times and now filter is gone bad. Now they say it needs to be replaced and it is not covered under warranty.
They just want to have sales but don’t want to give a good services support for the consumer. In simple they are trying to take the advantage of Indian population, “if one costumer is not satisfied, they have another customer”.
Do they able to survey in the market simply by market product and NO proper support?
My sincere advice NOT TO GO ANY EurekaForbs products.

I am staying in Bangalore, K.R. Puram. Recently I purchased one aquaguard reviva. One person came and took money from me. He assure me that the unit will be installed within 24 hours. But the technician came after two days, after calling so many times to the aquaguard office.
Finally, He gave me a defective piece. Then I informed my sales person(Sathish) and talked with the Manager(Satya Prakash). But nobody came to my house to check and replacement of the unit.
After two days one person came(Raju) and told that it should be replaced and it will take minimum 5days for that. Its really pathetic to listen this statement after giving 9990Rs to them. I asked him to give back my money. He refused.
Now I am thinking that I lost 9990Rs on road or somebody theft from me. I am undone. and waiting the service persons kindness.
I experienced a there is a serious service problem in Eureka forbes AquaGuard office in Bangalore.
Finally I suggest, Please dont go for this product, you will definitely suffer.

HI, My Name is Stephen and I bought a AquaGuard Reviva water purifier though the Eureka Forbes agent - Mr Karthikeyan in Mar/Apr, 2010.One year on I have tried logging several service cases and none have been attended to.The last case that I logged was case no.[protected] in apr, 2011 and I have noone attending it for 2 months now.I contacted Mr.Karthikeyan since he had promised prompt service while selling his product and he said he will look into it but has not done so for a week now.To my shock, when i tried calling him on his mobile number - [protected] it is either switched -off or he has blocked my number.Kindly assist to get my service done..I have spent 13000 Rs and am still drinking water that is of a bad taste and not pure.

My aqua guard machine is not purifying the water properly. After purification also some floating particles are seen in the "purified" water. I consider this to be very grave misconduct on the part of the company claiming to give the most purified water and in principle, failure to the purpose of the machine in the first place. Our machine is covered under AMC and cleaned regularly. Still it is not giving the desired result. Kindly resolve the issue at earliest as it may possess threat to the health of my family.

This is how I fell for the trap -
To be honest, we Indians have a tendency to go for ’known devil’ even if there are plenty of ’angels’ out there..
thats what happened to me
as well.. when I decided to buy a RO purifier I checked with my friends and every one said Aquaguard has very very bad service and asked me not to go for it..
Instead of trying new purifiers like KENT or Whirlpool from reputed makers, I went for the ’Known Devil’ - Aquaguard Reviva RO purifier (bought it for Rs. 10, 000). I thought better to stick with the masses (typical Indian ’Goat’ mentality).. and that was the stupidest move I ever did!
Needless to say they have sales team who can convince you to buy tickets to hell without hesitation! They promise you that this machine will do miracle and make you buy it.. but the moment you hand over your cheque their cell numbers are not reachable or switched off! I wonder how many SIMs they buy daily for each and every customer..
they promise free services every 3 months (4 free service per year) and you can mark their words in water.. like thats going to happen!
This is what happened after I bought Aquaguard REVIVA -
I bought this 2 years before and the water TDS in my area was in 600 range (pretty normal for RO system).. we were using this water for drinking only (say daily 8 litres)
this machine was working fine in the initial days and within 6 months the machine broke.. It was not able to generate the pure water.. I called the Eureka Forbes service line ([protected].. option 2) and though service personals talk promisngly.. the actions from service team is not prompt.. Probably someone should tell them action speaks louder than words!
So my machine was under warranthy and within 6 months of normal usage with normal TDS it broke and the service person who attended my complaint (after one week of repeated calls) said the main RO filter itself is gone.. but since mine was under waranty he had to replace it for free (with murmuring as though he is paying for it from his pocket!).. and this time he replaced it with a second hand filter.. I was sure about this since it did not have the sealing stickers at all..
and guess what, the machine broke again in another few months.. again after one week of repeated calls the service person attended and I was told that this how the product is normally.. he convinced me to sign for the AMC for 2 years for Rs. 6, 000. this is the second mistake I did since I did not want to waste the initial investment of Rs.10, 000 I have made in this product. I thought things are going to change after I sign AMC since the service franchisee is paid by me directly now (not that they have to give free service like during the first year of purchase- for name sake due to their tie up agreement with Eureka Forbes for which they might not be paid) and they are going to take me seriously there after.. but I was wrong again..
No one attended for the free checkups every 3 months (as per the AMC they should!).. and also they are not attending my calls.. though I have this useless AMC with me (for wihch I paid 6000).. now its more than week I am calling them and they are not showing up.. I end up frustrated each time I have to call them.. thanks to them I have to check my BP now
Serious issues with Aquaguard service:
Never call them for periodic maintenance (during free service time) when the machine is running fine
they do something during their inspection that you don’t understand and make the machine fail within a week or so.. this way they ensure you are forced to sign the AMC
Though the pamplets they present and the water test show you that your water is in normal range for the basic RO system they make you believe that you machine has to be supported by additional candle filter and other useless accesories through which they cash a lot of money. this is not told at the time of purchase!
They take away your OLD filters while they replace it. They charge us tousands of rupees (RO fileter is 2400 rs) for the new filter and I guess what you get is serviced old filters
If you question them why they need our faulty OLD filters, they give you lame answers as to it is a proof for them to have attended the complaint..
why can’t they use the service order we sign yaar?
Solution:
Aquaguard should thake serious note of how pathetic their service is and take over the service from service franchisees that spoil their brand image.. they should pitch in for Direct service.. by having their own employees they can ensure quality of service..
wake up Eureka Forbes - its 2011 and not 1980 where you enjoy monopoly
people read review in internet and you are going to loose your share of the pie if you dont take any action
My sincere advise to fellow Indians - (I learnt from my mistake and I wish you do from ’mine’ and NOT ’yours’)

Though above products are good.. when you get equal quality (or even better quality) from its competitors with better service and for low cost.. we should change our ’Goat mind’ and try it out..
When you get more features in Samsung or LG LCD for low cost than Sony with equal quality, why pay extra for the ’prestige price tag’?
When you get better and cheaper service from LG or Samsung Washing Machine and AC (without copromise on performance) why go for IFB WM and Hitachi AC who charge you twice as much for service?
When you get better quality at competitive cost (product and labour) with Figo, why pay extra for over priced i10?
I believe Kent or Whirlpool have much more in stake than Eureka Forbes.. they are not just in to water purifiers (they are in to all many more home appliances) so they might provide you better service I guess
A product is worth only as its service support is..

With a great disappontment and Agony I am sending this mail to Eureka Forbes.Due to the lack of co-ordination between the Marketing, Delivering and Installation departments working for AQUAGUARD
I bought an Aquaguard Total Enhance from one of the sales representative(Arul) after his long persuing.
I agreed to bought the machine with the condition that they will come and fix it during my non working hours.As I am working in a software firm, I cannot take leaves and permission as and when I like.They agreed and told me to deliver during my convient time.
But after giving the cheque on Monday Morning(Aug-15) till now the Machine was not delivered.
Despite of their promise they told me to come around tuesday evening (16th Aug) and I reached my home around 6:30 PM by taking a half day leave.
The delivery people didnt turned up on that day and promised me to do that by next day(Wednesday) before 12 Noon.I waited till 12:30 and left for work)again I took half day leave, during my busy schedule.When called the sales person from whom I bought the Machine, he told that he will keep the machine with him and will bring it on Today morning(Thrusday). I waited till 11 AM today, called him for 3 times, but no use.After some time I called the AQUAGUARD Phone # 044-[protected], and i got a response that i need to wait till after noon, which pracitically was not possible for me.When I told them that I will report to the higher officials, the told me to goahead.Which was a total irresponsible comment.
After I reached my office, the person called me telling that the machine is in my doorstep.I told him that it is not possible now for me to come again from my office because i am already late at my office and not easy to take a permission to leave.

I have the problem in Eureka Ro system. They checked TDS level of my home i.e 560 TDS & suggested me the machine which is will minimize 90% of the water level means the water level will be approx 60 TDS. now since last 5 month the water level has gone below 25 TDS & which is much harmful to the body .
