I recently relocated from Thiruvanmiyur to Maraimalai nagar and have been requesting EFL to reinstall my Aquaguard Delight NXT RO+UV+UF at my new premises for the past one week.
I am only moving from pillar to post and no technician has visited my premises so far.
Your customercare is sending routine emails about action within 24hours.
Today your so-called toll number gave an automated message that some one would visit my premises on 6 December 2024 and I should wait till then!
We are now living in a Senior Citizens Home in Maraimalai nagar and badly need RO water at our advanced age.
Could you please take pity and arrange a technician to visit my premises and reinstall the RO unit?
Our Home is near the Ford Motors plant on the GST Road.

You cannot accept such a delay from Eureka Forbes, especially considering the nature of your problem. Take this up at the very least with their Regional Service Head or some other senior manager by getting in touch with them through corporate contact. Explain your age, current location, and the need for RO water. What more is required to cut the excuses? If that does not work either, you might have to consider reaching out to local consumer groups or looking for a spare independent technician nearby for fast resolution. Don’t become their hostage due to their incompetence.
