Purchased LVAC Voice Pro from Eureka Forbes in the month of Apri, 2024 and day one facing problem with the working of the machine. Finally asked for replacement in the month of October, 2024 of the machine due to frequent breakdown and raised the complaint through app as well as customer care mail and telephone. It's more than 3 months there is no attempt to resolve the problem. Whenever contact the customer care customized answer from so many care executive with the same customized reply thank you for your patience and your complaint has been escalated and will be attended soon.

Purchased LVAC voice pro in the month of April, 2024. Within a week encounter a problem the maping pad damaged again after 10 days one more problem the Tobo don't work.
Again in the month of October the water supply stopped. Raised a complaint in the month of October, 2024 through mails and calls to the customer service center. No use and received a message yesterday stating that your complaint will be resolved within 24 hours. Instead of attending the problem received a message today that cancelling the complaint.
Being a branded company this looks very unfair seek justice.
