Family Dollar Store staff 1320 vann ave evansville, in

My wife was asked to exit the store by a very pugnacious associate whom identified herself as the manager (Nicole). When I arrived at the store to inquire why my wife was asked to leave she lied and stated that our service dog tried to bite an associate. Our docile dog barked when an associate turned the corner at a fast pace, the shih tzu alerted my wife per his training. I also asked why whe told my wife that our dog had on the wrong color collar, she answered which I have a recording of: " I made a mistake." The mistake was calling my wife a liar and threatening her with arrest if she did not leave with and I quote, "stupid dog. My wife left her cart of items and departed the store accordingly.

Desired outcome: Address my remonstrance according to the merits of my claim based upon a careful review.

Family Dollar Hiring email after background check

I recently did a background check and it went through confirmed. I have nothing illegal in my check. Never been arrested or in court and still waiting on my job offer email to confirm and get started and now I could lose job because its taking too long so im very upset. I sent in my background check on the 12th to brassring company which should have been wasy to review since ive never had legal and a couple days later I was suppossed to get another email with a formal job offer including hours and wage which I then had to approve but its now the 19th and still have not gotten 2nd email which may cost me getting the job at family dollar because I need that step to continue with the hiring process.

Desired outcome: get the email and notify stephanie at dunkirk ny family dollar

Family Dollar Family dollar store 3958 Logansport, Louisiana.

The manager is very rude and disrespectful, but workers are very friendly. I almost needed to beg the manager to look at a wrong price post and she took it all very defensively as if I was a liar. Pointed to the price listed and that on the receipt and she says I do not have my glasses so cannot see it, in front of her! I am 70 and could see it clearly. She quoted some ridiculous price. The I overheard her to one of the associates about my complaint as if again I was a liar about having bought several other cakes when I in fact did! I am not a thief nor a liar especially when we are talking about a mere maybe dollar each. The product she, a number of times states they just opened that section a week ago when I know it has been at least several weeks. I purchased the items at least three times. I only had a receipt for the last, so she refunded it once again with some attitude doing it. When I went to pay after shopping, I asked where the product is that they held and says rudely I put it back! Ok then tells me to go get another. The price difference was maybe a dollar, and I can easily afford it but the rude behavior I cannot. I am a 70-year-old combat disabled soldier of 32 years in the military as well as retire field grade officer with two PHDs and to be treated by such as she is a disgrace to your business.

Desired outcome: The dollar value is nothing to me. That manager needs a letter of reprimand and should take a class on proper manager manners and customer services.

Family Dollar Order

I placed an order for one case of hairspray and bever received the order. I was refunded my money and told to replace the order. I ordered again on Aug. 24th and received emails stating my order was ready for pickup. I called the store and the manager, or nobody has any knowledge of my order. I was told to call back the next Thursday when their truck arrives. I called and no manager is available I have left messages with no return calls. Very unprofessional service and Nobody knows where my order is or if I will even receive it as they DO NOT know how to track anything. Very incompetent service and very unprofessional.

Desired outcome: I would like to receive my order and know where it is!!! What is the since of placing an order if it never arrives.

Family Dollar The whole store

What is going on with Family dollar in Cameron WV The store website says it closes at 10 pm and when you go to the store after 9pm it already closed if it closes at 9 pm you need to change your website. The sore itself is dirty ,boxes setting everywhere, and the shelves are not be stocked like before . In the last few months this store has been going downhill dramatically. Employees are always outside smoking and not doing doing there job are you paying them to smoke and not stock your store . A very unhappy customer.

Family Dollar Alpo come and get it dry dog food 14 lbs

I was trying to return dog food I bought it on 9 03 22 of this month.I try to return it on 9 14 22 I have my receipt Doris told me I could not return it I told her about the 30 day policy she said no store address 5660 w Roosevelt rd there nu.ber [protected]

Family Dollar Cashier

It’s the family Dollar on North Carrier in Grand Prairie, Texas, this is the third time this cashier is rude. I went in there today pick up what I needed she came to the cash register I just said hi how’s your day nothing she wouldn’t even look at me. I’ve went in there 2 months ago and she was standing at the register yelling that if other damn customer came up to her and ask her a question she was going to lose it. She will not speak or make eye contact, but will stand there and talk about customers with other Family Dollar employees. I’ve tried to use my phone number before for my coupons and she’s already rang me up and said to another employee I guess she didn’t hear me I told her ( me) how much it is.

Desired outcome: She needs to work somewhere in the company that she doesn’t deal with customers. She rude and the cussing needs to stop!

Family Dollar Store manager & Toxic work environment

#3612 I felt uncomfortable within 3 days of working there i started to notice the difference on how i was treated differently than the other employees i was constantly bullied talked down to and treated very unfairly by the manager bonnie she would talk about me to the other employees and nothing was done about it after i left & said something to the hiring manager

I feel like the hiring manager didn't care about how it affected me because one i was new and two she was a manager I was a good employee I interacted with the customers made so much money they had a count my drawer at least four times she made me clock in early cause she didnt wanna work she took So many cigarette breaks in between her shift even when the sign says there's no smoking outside of our building to top it all off she talked about me to other employees and she would try to make me look bad in front of customers if i messed up or was to stressed she didnt even to train me or give me a name tag and i ignored it put my head down and was still as respectful as i could be still got treated like crap she pushed me to far one day when she called me Sarcastic because I didn't want to pin clothes in a small section ima bigger girl so i wanted to do my job but also feel comfortable and not crowded cause i suffer from anxiety which was also used against me and I said something and nothing was done about it and it really affected me not only emotionally but financially

Family Dollar Customer service

Just got out from working the night shift so I decided to stop at family dollar on 1227 webster ave Bronx NY to buy a bottle water the person in front ask me with an attitude to leave my personal bag at the front I have my food, money and other personal thing in my bag so I told them no and why... After walking in the store the manager came up to me with a rage and told me with an unprofessional attitude that I should leave the store guess what I left not shopping here anymore...I got my water at the corner store... The workers definitely don't have proper customer service it's a shame. Not every body are thief and if you treat everyone like that then you would lose customers.

Mercedes of the Atlanta store 226 Ralph David Abernathy is a horrible manger. The store altogether is poorly ran. It’s constantly cluttered. The employees are nice but she’s rude. Items are labeled as one thing and they refuse to acknowledge what’s labeled. Instead, they say well we don’t have anyone and our store is closing so we don’t have to honor any prices. What a statement to tell customers when you’re in the wrong.

Family Dollar Cash back refusals

Location 12092 in N Charleston, South Carolina always refuses to give cash back no matter the time of day. No complaints about the service. On today, I saw a manager take in several customers ahead of me. These folks all paid in cash. Once I got to register, she looked dead at me and said no cash back. Not sure the root cause. This has happened on several instances. Please correct the team or explain to the community why cash back is only available at certain family dollars.

Desired outcome: This location needs have the service readily available for all its customers not just certain types.

Family Dollar Safety

12 pk of drinks on sale for $3/10. I also purchased various other items to then be told after check out I can't take the cart outside to unload my items to my vehicle. So I have to leave the items I just paid for inside the store and make 4 trips back and forth to load my purchase. While people are walking past my just purchased items. Quit putting stores in thy ghetto. 2 women were shot and killed at this same store a little while back.

Family Dollar I’m an employee

I am an employee of store 12778 which is a brand new store in Georgia. It is now closed due to the fact that the manager was let go. The district manager and we will call him just John assumed that everyone quit. He closed the doors. And now no one can go in for their scheduled time.

He does not answer his phone nor reply to his messages. He is hiring new people and it’s not fair as a lot of us have said we want to work. He should have called all employees first to see who is available.

We have tried to call and complain but no response from anyone. Where do we go from here is the question?

Desired outcome: I would like something done or get the pay I’ve missed from this store.

Family Dollar A employee

On july 31,2022, I entered the family dollar store around 11:30 am in deming nm, the store manager anastasia talbot, was working and I don't know her, she rudely rushed towards yelling that she asked me not to come in her store, which was false, then threaten to call police on me which I didn't understand, she totally embarrassed me! I then walked out the store upset getting in my car to wait for my friend, well this is the same woman that has been disrespectful to my mother and children! I have ignored the fact of her that she makes racial remarks toward me, I am african american. This is something that really needs to be addressed she is a very ugly disrespectful person, I do have plenty of witness that have experienced the same rudeness.

Family Dollar Price on shelf not the same at register it's higher.

I went in to family dollar store # [protected] Skyland blvd east Tuscaloosa, al to purchase some extra gum spearmint [protected]. Price on the shelf was $1.00 dollar I bought 10 packs was charged $1.50 a pack asked the manager to refund the difference he said no, I voiced my complaint he said to leave or he would call the law he was not going to refund my money difference. The total amount was 16.50. I should have been charged $11.00 dollars. I want a refund. date of purchase [protected]:20:[protected]. number under bar code on receipt [protected]. this is all the info. on my receipt.

Family Dollar Trash in and around the store attracting rats

My name is Dereke and I am a code enforcement officer in the City of Warren

Michigan. The store in question is located in Warren Michigan at 23045 Schoenherr Rd. The store constantly has loose trash on the outside that nobody cleans up. Nothing is priced correctly. When you question it you’re told “that’s the new price”. So they don’t even honor the price on the shelf. The store is disgusting and messy. You can’t get down most aisles because of boxes and merchandise all over the floors. The shelves are bare as well. Not sure who the manager is anymore but that store really needs a Re haul...

Family Dollar An employee

I walked into store number 3285 and as I was shopping I over heard an employee talking very inappropriate while at work (bedroom talking, profanity, and sexual things). Not being the first time walking into these store she is rude is always on her phone and when I asked her for her name she looked at me like I was stupid saying can’t you read. I have never been so angry with someone as I was with this employee her name was heather I’m not sure what her last name was but she was saying that she’s the manager of store 3285 and can’t believe a company would hire someone so rude.

Desired outcome: I honestly don’t know what should happen but something must be done
