Just went to the local Family Dollar. The asst. Manger was setting behind a register with her feet up and husband by her side. The other Asst. Manger was outside with a cashier smoking weed. I guess if you need drugs you can get them at family dollar now. Lol but the best one was I had to wait for them to get done smoking to get checked out because the Asst. Manger wouldn't get up. Real great customer services at your local family dollar.

I went to purchase AA batteries and sign says 2.75 but it rung up for 3.00 and the guy Joe would not honor the price, and he clearly seen a lot of batteries in the same spot. And On top of that he was very rude and said call whoever it's not like their going to do anything about it...so that's when I reached out to customer service, Joe customer service is very bad!!!

While visiting this store location on September 6, 2019. I was entered into a AOA banding me for coming into store property location. I don't know why that such a decision would be made on my behalf. Officers arrived as well on September 6, being called to the store location by a female employee and female store attendant. The female attendant followed as I walked to the rear of the store to look for a product. She then asked me, sir and continued to repeat it three to four times. I gave her no response and continued looking for product. I left out without purchasing the product thinking that there was not enough money added to my credit card. I went back into 3564 or 3560 South Mendenhall family dollar store location realizing that I do have enough to purchase what I wanted. The female attendant then tells me to leave the store soon as I entered the second time for no apparent reason. I then continued to the rear of the store. I picked up the product and took this product straight to the counter for purchase. The female manager then comes over to the register where I was and says no decline my transaction purchase. Also states she doesn't have to if she wish no to do so. I only asked the manager employee if it was okay for to go back to her register while I check-out, because she was looking at my Visa card. The lady manager refuses to do so. I insisted that I will like to continue to make a credit purchase transaction. Since the card swipe machine asked for my pin I asked if I could purchase the product with a credit transaction. Being that it seem like my pin was changed without authorization. I was not checked out by cashier and treated very rudely by two women employees.

I am a former employee at the family dollar on central ave. Toledo ohio... Store # 10369... I recently reapplied there... And based on my previous time there was told that I would be hired back... When I called back I was told I was on the non rehire list... When I left the store... March 30, 2018... It was because I was physically threatened by one of the assistant managers... And I left based on that threat to my personal well being... I then informed the manager that I would not return, as long as that employee was there... And was informed that they still would be... So I told the manager I wouldn't be returning... To make a long story short... I should have reported it then... The employee that confronted me was subsequently fired months later... What I would like out of all this, is to be lifted from the non rehire status... I enjoyed working there... And the manager can attest to my work ethic... I brought some black hair dye from Daxton men's hair color real black kit product number 032-2513724 14 I used the product following the instructions given and it turned my hair brown instead of black I brought the product at the Family Dollar on Newtown Road in Virginia Beach Virginia while I was in that City I attempted to returned it at the Family Dollar on High Street in Portsmouth Virginia I was told that this isn't even our store in a very unpleasant manner my both the clerk and her manager which to my understanding is a violation of your policy to be able to return products you're not satisfied with I was told that I would have to return to Virginia Beach to get my refund could you please address this with your employees in Portsmouth I will continue to try to get my refund since if I wanted brown hair I would have brought brown hair dye I will wait for your response
