Fashion Nova I ordered from Fashion Nova on May 29th

I ordered from Fashion Nova on May 29th. $22.49 was taken out of my account normally you receive a confirmation within 48 hours so I called ***. They said " we have no record of that order" and I told them the charge was taken out and finalized of my account. They said it may be on my banks end. They said no order was found again after I called a second time. They tried giving me a discount. I normally don't have problems with fashion nova and this is my final time shopping with them. Now I have to open a dispute. Never again

Fashion Nova I have been shopping with Fashion Nova for awhile and all of my packages have been delivered on time

I have been shopping with Fashion Nova for awhile and all of my packages have been delivered on time. I had bought an outfit as a Christmas gift that totaled to about $70, that got lost in transit and when I contacted fashion nova they emailed me with a $70 gift card. Their refunds are legit. All of their clothes match up to their pictures. I spend a lot on Fashion Nova and not once have I ever been "scammed" or "ripped off". I think it's a great company and their *** is really good. This is just my experience and the people I know would also say the same.

The first event, I paid for express, it was delayed and arrived, when I no longer needed it. 2nd event was at 1st no fault of Fashion Nova, but in the end it's now a problem. My package was return, as I had it to send to an address other than home with the intent of wearing the items included. I paid express and even thou Fashion Nova shipped it on time the carrier, did not deliver package in time. The driver claim he made 3 attempts and we have proof that he never did. I filed a claim against the driver. When the package was finally delivered , I had already returned to Fashion Nova. The package was picked up and sent back to Fashion Nova and received on 6/30. I request my money back from carrier and was told Fashion Nova had to put in a claim with them, even thou it was their fault. I would like my money back for items, including express fee. I have called and emailed Fashion over over a week, and have to receive a response or even a credit for the return items.

Fashion Nova This is very frustrating

This is very frustrating. Placed an order to Fashion Nova website. Returned 2 items as the sizing was off. Store confirmed receipt and issue a refund for both items. Its been almost 2 months and am unable to get the Gift Certificate as they do not issue refunds. For some unknow reason to me , I am not receiving the email with the code. Ive been back and fourth countless times with an automated response that they have sent the email With the gift certificate . Ive never had a problem receiving emails from Fashion Nova. Now they have the items back and am still out of the money for the items. I have filed a dispute with the card company and their resolution is that Fashion Nova issued the Gift Certificate. No one seems to understand am not disputing they havent send the certificate but its just not coming through to my email. They are neither able to send to an alternate email address. Ive check my spam email countless times, nothing there. Now theres no customer service number that you can speak to a live agent. Thats the last Ill ever order from Fashion Nova .

Fashiona is out here taking ppl money.I sent back several items and they acting like they didn't get it.Its 7.99 to send items back and I had several items that I wanted to send back with it and wrote on the paper the items that I also was sending back and they only credited me for certain items and I email them about 20 times and the kept saying they didn't recieve it ..So I ask them to send a copy of the return paper in the bag and they kept responding that they didn't recieve the items.which was 80 dollars .This is really disappointing cause I been ordering from them for a while and to lie and say they didn't get and just credited me for the item is a big disappointment. People wrk hard for they money and this is not right .There is no number to tlk to any rep and the emails are already generated to me cause I keep getting the same response. 7.99 is alot to keep sending back items u should be able to send other items as long as u write down the items and why you are returning them and they should send you a receipt and copy of the slip in the bag . RIP OFF THEY SUCK WITH ALL THAT MONEY THEY GETTING

Fashion Nova Placed an order on Feb 23rd and it was supposed to have arrived on March 1st with LSO being the carrier

Placed an order on Feb 23rd and it was supposed to have arrived on March 1st with LSO being the carrier. Never received my package on March 1st so I sent a package update request to LSO on March 3rd and an email to Fashion Nova stating my order wasn't delivered on March 1st as it was supposed to. No update on my package until March 7th stating my package was "delivered" on March 1st @ 6 PM...I was home all day that day and my security cameras also confirm there was no delivery attempt made by LSO. I also didn't receive the confirmation email of the "delivery" until March 7th as well. I emailed FN this information to which they said: "Once a package has left our fulfillment center we don't have control of the last mile transportation to you and at times these mistakes can happen. According to the shipping carrier and GPS tracking information that we have available to us, we can confirm that the package has been successfully delivered to the address you provided at checkout." HOWEVER, according to Fashion Nova narvar tracking, it states it was delivered on March 2nd (latest scan was at 12 AM March 2nd, Delivered) but LSO says it was delivered March 1st at 6 PM. NOW, according to the order update page, it says the expected delivery date is March 17th. I sent an email to FN asking them what proof they have that LSO delivered my package other than a scan. I also said that if there's concrete proof that shows my package at my address such as a picture or proof of LSO's GPS coordinates being at my address when my package was being delivered. I also stated that I'm aware that FN has GPS tracking info available to them as per a previous email. FN DOESN'T read my emails. They auto reply with the same email stating they can offer me a gift card or a reshipment. I reply to FN stating that I want a reshipment. BUT since items in my original order are out of stock, FN has to refund to original form of payment according to their refund policy. No response to my refund.

Fashion Nova Missing order, they get to keep your money???? WTAF

Ordered over 100 in items on Oct 28, received item delivery notification on Oct 30. No package arrived... Contacted ON TRAC and FASHION NOVA who both say wait a couple days, it may show up. On Nov 2, I reach out to both companies again, ON TRAC states they have no idea where my items are after their investigation and tells me to contact FASHION NOVA. FASHION NOVA sends a canned response stating they aren't responsible for lost packages marked delivered. How is this legal? They kept 140 of my funds and I receive no items? AVOID THEM

Fashion Nova Review: Fashion Nova - Trendy Styles, Affordable Prices, but Inaccurate Sizing and Returns

When I first discovered Fashion Nova, I was super excited to find such a trendy clothing site that offered affordable prices. I placed my first order and was disappointed to find that the sizing was incorrect and my package arrived late. I had to pay to return my items, but to my surprise, I was only granted store credit. I was frustrated and quickly posted my grievances online.

However, the company did reach out to me and offered me free shipping and extra coupons to rectify the situation. They also granted me store credit, which I used on a special sale they had going on. I was able to get 30% off my purchase by using my store credit!

I received my items and was pleased with one of them, but unfortunately, the other item was out of stock. Also, the sizing was still a bit off. I realized that the sizing chart on their website wasn't accurate for plus-sized individuals like myself, and I was frustrated that I couldn't exchange or get a refund on my items.

But I must say, the company did try to resolve my issues. They offered me store credit, free shipping, and extra coupons. I appreciate that they took the time to reach out to me and try to make things right.

I don't think I will be doing business with Fashion Nova again, but that's just my personal preference. I prefer shopping at stores like Venus Clothing and Bebe, where they offer free return shipping labels and accurate sizing charts. Although Fashion Nova offers lower prices, I believe you get what you pay for.

Fashion Nova Fashion Nova's Terrible Customer Service - A Nightmare Experience

I can honestly say that my experience with Fashion Nova’s customer service has been nothing short of a nightmare. After spending over $3000 in just three months, I had an issue with my order and unfortunately, it was not resolved in a satisfactory manner.

I never received $220 worth of merchandise that I had purchased and when I contacted their customer support, they offered me a refund but only in the form of in-store credit. Since I had already reordered the items along with an additional $150 worth of products, I simply wanted my refund back to my PayPal account, but Fashion Nova stopped responding to my emails as soon as I made this request. It has already been four months, but I still haven't received my refund.

It is truly disappointing that they would treat a loyal customer in such a manner. I even provided multiple photographs of all the items that were incorrectly shipped to me, along with the package’s weight and packaging details, just to verify that I was telling the truth. But all of my attempts to receive a refund were in vain.

I understand that businesses may be struggling during these tough times, but the fact that they’re not responding at all is unacceptable. Fashion Nova's customer support is non-existent, and it's impossible to contact them through their support email or even physically visit their office since they do not provide any such details.

As a result of this experience, I feel compelled to leave negative reviews and even contact the BBB in the hopes that their error is rectified and my hard-earned money is refunded to me. It’s really sad that I have to resolve this matter in such a public forum since they refused to acknowledge me through our previous exchange of emails.

To sum up, my advice to any potential customers of Fashion Nova is to buy at their own risk. If anything goes wrong with your order, whether it’s your fault or theirs, they may not offer any support or solutions. It’s just not worth it.

Fashion Nova Terrible Customer Service: Fashion Nova's Delayed and Damaged Dress with Insufficient Store Credit

I am super mad at Fashion Nova right now! I ordered the "Love Sex Magic - Wine Dress" from their website about a month ago, on July 30th, 2018, and I am still waiting for a response from their customer service team. I thought I had given myself enough time to order my birthday dress, especially since I paid for 2-day shipping, but I was totally wrong! Fashion Nova delayed my order so many times that it took 10 whole days for the dress to arrive, and when it finally did, the dress was all damaged, with bleach stains all over it.

I reached out to Fashion Nova customer service right away to try to get my money back, but they didn't pick up the phone, and they only responded when I sent an email. A customer service representative named Diana Sabillion replied to my email, and promised me a store credit if I returned the dress. I returned the dress and sent them a picture of the receipt to show proof of my return, but when Fashion Nova issued me the store credit, they gave me only $15, even though the dress cost me $29.99 excluding shipping. I've been trying to reach out to them again to get my full store credit, but they have been ignoring my emails for the past week.

It's super frustrating that I had to pay almost $50 for a damaged dress, and then spend extra money to return the dress. Fashion Nova has very cute clothes, but their customer service is terrible. I would advise everyone to not buy anything from them, or else you'll end up like me, with a damaged dress and no response from their customer service team.

Fashion Nova Fashion Nova's Mistake Led to Double Taxes and Duties Payment

I recently ordered from Fashion Nova and unfortunately experienced some issues with customs fees and taxes. To my dismay, I ended up having to pay double the amount I was initially expected to pay due to a mistake made by the Fashion Nova team. I had used a discount voucher that I had received after complaining about a damaged skirt, and although the total price of my order was under the tax and duties limit in my country, the Fashion Nova team incorrectly priced my package for customs by inputting the original price before the discount. This resulted in me having to pay an additional $40 in taxes and duties, which I found to be frustrating and unfair.

I reached out to the Fashion Nova support team hoping to get a resolution, but received copy-paste responses that did not address my concerns. They claimed that they were not responsible for taxes and duties and did not acknowledge their mistake. I knew that the mistake was on their end and it was frustrating to feel brushed off and unheard.

After many back-and-forth emails, the Fashion Nova team finally sent me an order confirmation which clearly showed that the discount had been applied. Congratulations to them for confirming their own mistake! However, they still refused to admit their error and refund the money that I had to pay due to their neglect.

I want to make it clear that I am not an idiot and am aware that stores are not responsible for taxes and duties. However, in this case, the mistake was made by Fashion Nova and it is disappointing that they do not take responsibility for their error. I would advise checking with your local post office to see if you may be affected by additional customs fees as Fashion Nova does not cover these charges.

Fashion Nova Fashion Nova's Terrible Customer Service and Crooked Policies: My Experience

I made my first purchase with Fashion Nova on August 2nd, 2017 and it was a complete disaster. I ordered four items, but only received three. What frustrated me more was that Fashion Nova charged me for the item they didn't have in stock; they never mentioned that it was out of stock on their website. I contacted them, and they sent me a gift card, which forced me to buy from them instead of getting my money back in my bank account. I returned an item because it didn't fit, and they gave me another gift card. I decided to use the gift cards and place another order, but it was a mistake.

I placed the second order on August 18th, 2017, and used the gift cards to pay for most of it. I complained to PayPal about paying $4.91, and PayPal refunded the money. On the day I was expecting the package, the tracking information said it was delivered, but I hadn't received anything. I went to the post office and found that Fashion Nova had shipped to and billed me at the wrong address, despite PayPal having the correct one. I filed a claim with USPS, and they blamed Fashion Nova for the error. I tried to contact Fashion Nova, but it was always a different person, and they gave me inconsistent information.

I believe that Fashion Nova is responsible for this issue, yet they haven't done anything to fix it. Their customer service is terrible, and their policies are crooked. They forced me to buy from them, and now they are not taking responsibility for their mistake. This is about principle, and I am not going to let them get away with it. I have wasted a lot of personal time and energy on this issue, and I am invested financially and emotionally. I will escalate this issue until it is resolved.

Fashion Nova Fashion Nova: Disappointing Customer Service and Unacceptable Mistakes

It's really unfortunate that I have to put out a negative review for Fashion Nova. Admittedly, I love the brand and their clothes, but what I faced with my recent purchase is just not acceptable and leaves a bad taste in my mouth about the company.

When I received an email from Fashion Nova, saying that my delivery was successful, it immediately got me worried. The tracking information didn't give any address, and since I wasn't at home at that moment, I had no idea where my purchase was. When I asked, the company informed me that they had delivered it to a neighbor, but couldn't specify which one. I have so many neighbors, and none of them had it. It was such a frustrating experience, and Fashion Nova took no responsibility to contact the shipping company to confirm the delivery address. If they have already taken my money, including the $15 delivery charge, shouldn't they be responsible enough to make sure their customers receive the product without inconvenience?

After going through seven neighbors, I finally found my purchase. Not only was it stressful, but I found that they didn't even deliver all the items I ordered. Instead, they sent me a completely different pair of jeans that doesn't look anything like what's on their website. When I contacted them about it with photographic evidence, I was given no other option but to send it back for credit, but they would only cover up to $10 for shipping. It's not practical at all since I'm based in the UK and it would cost more than $10 to ship to the USA. Moreover, Fashion Nova charges $15 for international delivery, but they wouldn't give me even a third of that to cover their mistake. To me, it seems like they're expecting their customers to pay for their own errors.

I'm based in London, and I've never encountered an organization that lacks so much integrity when it comes to their customers. I acknowledge that Fashion Nova is a growing company, but they need to be aware that their customer service is what's going to keep the business successful. The product may be excellent and at a good price, but if the company can't be relied upon, then it's the customers who suffer, and they will gradually stop patronizing the company.

Although I understand that Fashion Nova has been endorsed by a lot of people, many of whom are celebrities and influencers, we should remember that these people are only sponsors. They receive free items or cash rewards for their endorsements while the actual customers suffer and receive poor service. This is unacceptable, and the company's owner, Richard Sage, should take notice of this issue.

I would like Fashion Nova to acknowledge their mistakes and take responsibility for their actions. Otherwise, I'm going to use social media to make sure that people know that purchasing from this company comes with a risk. Clearly, the company needs to improve their customer service so that customers feel valued and respected.

Fashion Nova Fashion Nova: Fraudulent Practices and Terrible Customer Service

This review is gonna be a long one but I got beef with Fashion Nova. I've shopped with them three times now, and all my orders were over $75 so I'm supposed to get free 2-day shipping. But what they don't tell you is that it actually takes them forever to even fill your order. Like, my shortest wait time was 5 days, and that was when there wasn't even a sale on and everything I wanted was in stock. This most recent time, I've been waiting for 12 days and still nothing.
And on top of that, their customer service is the absolute worst. Let me tell you about my current saga. So I ordered $217 worth of stuff on 2/18, and didn't get a confirmation email until 2/21 - which is already slower than two-day shipping, if you ask me. By the time 2/26 rolled around and my expected delivery date came and went with no update on my order, I was annoyed. So I started calling them up, sending emails, and even messaging them on Facebook. But here's the kicker, you guys - they were deleting all my comments on their social media channels. Like, desperation much?
I wasn't even being rude or anything in my messages, just trying to figure out why my order wasn't being fulfilled. And when I saw that other people who'd ordered a week after me were already getting their stuff, I knew something shady was going on. I went ham on their social media, posting and commenting everywhere, and even got a few other customers to jump in with their complaints. But guess what? Fashion Nova was deleting all our comments across the board. I had to screenshot everything I said because I knew they were gonna try to cover their tracks.
Finally, on 3/1, I was blocked from their Instagram and Facebook accounts. Like, seriously? What kind of business blocks their customers when they're trying to get some answers? I had to call my family lawyer to figure out my options because this was getting ridiculous. They told me to save all my evidence and send a certified letter to Fashion Nova with a fraud and embezzlement claim through my bank. And that I should also file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Customer Affairs.
Fast forward to 3/2 and I finally get an email from Fashion Nova saying they're gonna express deliver my order. No apology or anything, just a measly 20% off my next purchase. Are you kidding me? I spent almost $220 on this order and they're acting like they're doing me a favor by finally sending it out. And don't get me started on how many faulty items I've gotten from them before. It's usually not worth it to return them, so I just try to sell them off.
But after this whole ordeal, I am so done with Fashion Nova. I thought I was a loyal customer because I always try to place big orders, but clearly they don't give a crap about me or any of their customers. If they had just been honest about delays or something, I would've been a lot more understanding. But to ignore me, delete my messages, and then block me when I kept trying to get answers? That's just shameful. I don't care how cute their clothes are, I'm never ordering from them again. And you best believe I'm still filing those complaints.

Fashion Nova Fashion Nova Review: A Scammy, Shady, and Unprofessional Company You Should Avoid

I gotta tell ya, I would not recommend Fashion Nova (fashionnova.com) to anyone. It's a total mess! I mean, where do I even begin?

First off, I noticed that they have a ton of 5-star reviews, but after reading through them, I realized they're all fake! Yep, you heard me right. They pay people to write glowing reviews all over the internet to make themselves look better. What kind of shady business does that?

Anyway, let me tell you about my personal experience with them. It's been a disaster. I ordered some clothes and waited for them to arrive. And waited. And waited. Days passed, and the order still hadn't shipped. I tried to contact their customer service, but all I ever got was a voicemail. No one ever answered my emails, either.

Finally, after weeks of waiting, I had to go through Paypal to get my money back. And guess what? As soon as I filed a dispute, Fashion Nova immediately responded and refunded my money. So why couldn't they do that in the first place? It just proves that they're a bunch of lazy bums who can't be bothered to do their job right.

Oh, and did I mention they have a "no return" policy? That's right. If you order something from them and it doesn't fit, tough luck. You're stuck with it. They'll only give you store credit, not a refund. And don't even get me started on their sketchy practice of automatically converting your money into store credit if an item you ordered is suddenly "out of stock." That's just straight-up wrong.

Honestly, I could go on and on about how terrible Fashion Nova is, but I'll spare you the details. All you need to know is that they're a scammy, shady, and unprofessional company that doesn't deserve your business. Don't waste your time or money on them.

Fashion Nova My Disappointing Experience with Fashion Nova: Poor Quality, Lack of Communication & Unprofessional Customer Service

My experience with Fashion Nova has been less than satisfactory. I understand that things happen and mistakes can be made, but the lack of communication from the company has been frustrating. I have sent multiple emails and left voicemails with no response, and when I tried to contact them on Instagram, they just deleted my comments and blocked me.

My order was supposed to arrive in two days, but it took longer than expected and only after I contacted them did I receive tracking information. They informed me that the jumpsuit I ordered for my birthday was out of stock, even though it was still available on their website, and refunded me with a gift card that was less than what I paid. So, I placed another order with the gift card, but the jumpsuit was once again out of stock, and they refunded me with another gift card.

When my package finally arrived, two of the three items were the wrong size, and the bodysuit could not be exchanged or returned. I even paid more for shipping in hopes of getting the jumpsuit that was constantly out of stock. The boots I ordered were poorly made, and one of them had a glued seam that was already coming apart. I paid a lot of money for poor quality products, and I am extremely disappointed with Fashion Nova.

Their customer service is unprofessional and careless. I tried to contact them through various channels, but they deleted my comments on Instagram and blocked me instead of trying to help me. If a company wants to operate, they need to be able to communicate with their customers and solve problems. Unfortunately, my experience with Fashion Nova has been a disaster, and I will never order from them again. Buyers beware, the risk is yours.

Fashion Nova Fashion Nova: An Untrustworthy Scammer That Doesn't Deliver on Promises

Fashion Nova is a company I would never recommend to anyone. They are dishonest and have been caught numerous times trying to cheat their customers. I, unfortunately, fell into their trap around March 2018. I placed an order (#[protected]) for items that were in stock on their website and even received a confirmation that it was shipped. However, I later received a message saying my items were out of stock, and they issued me an e-gift card instead of a refund.

I was not pleased with their response because I had already paid for the items with my hard-earned money, and they had promised me that my order was being shipped. They took my money without my consent, and it was a terrible experience. I tried to reach out to their customer service, but all my attempts were in vain. They replied to some of my messages, but they were always lies.

I was left with no choice but to take legal action. I knew it would be a tough battle, but I was determined to get my money back, which was rightfully mine. I contacted my bank, and they advised me accordingly. I followed every step they suggested and ended up recovering my money after five long weeks. However, it was not all my money. Fashion Nova returned only $27.98 when they calculated the amount to be refunded. Where is my $5.59?

It was a harrowing experience, but it taught me a valuable lesson – never to trust companies like Fashion Nova. Fashion Nova Never received refund

I placed an order on the 21st of November of about 250 euros; my order got cancelled due to wrong billing address and I was informed it would take up to 7business working days for the refund to show in my account . I have not received the refund and I am not getting any proof that my money has been sent back to me or I would ever receive it ?

Fashion Nova Refund of returned items

I returned items to fashion nova and was issued a gift card in the amount of $51.86. They did not refund my original method of payment. Upon issuance of the gift card, they only provided the last 4 digits and I had to "hit the resend" button for the entire gift card number to be sent to my email. I have tried doing this for the past 3-4 days, also involving fashion nova and informing them I hav yet to receive the gift card number. Yet they still try to send to my email and i'm not receiving. I am however, able to receive the correspondence from them and asked them to kindly add the gift card number in the correspondence, refund my original method of payment, or mail a physical gift card - I have provided all of these options and they are still trying to send me the gift card number via email please help

Fashion Nova Rerurn service

I placed an order for 4 pairs of jeans all of which were too small so i returned them and the same day i purchased 4 more in a bigger size. Come to find out they refunded first order via gift card and i cant even cancel the second damn order. I do NOT want this gift card i want my money back which i am entiltled to very much so! After i have now spent $150 with my order x2 on these [censored] and i want a proper refund take back this useless gift card and give me my money back! This is absolutely baffling and horrible horrible bussiness now seeing the thosands of complaints and horrible reviews on service im surprised yall arent fixing this to not have an [censored] reputation! Fashion Nova Products not received

Contacted customer care about an issue I had with my order and its delivery status, they responded saying it was nothing they can do about me not receiving the items I paid for and for me to contact the police about stolen property since it was confirmed that my package was delivered. With that being said I emailed back asking if there was anyone higher up that I can speak to about my issue they then responded with the same email dismissing my request to speak to an employee above customer care. So I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau to help resolve the issue I have with this company. They take consumers money but when contacted about an issue there is nothing they can do about helping me resolve the issue so they say,

Fashion Nova Clothing

I made a purchase on October 25, 2023. It had 1-day free shipping. I never received my order. You can no longer contact them over the phone, and they do not respond in 1-3 hours like they promise. It took days before I received a response. They went back & forth thru email to finally say, you need to contact UPS. The pic they sent with proof is not my house. So, after putting in a complaint to UPS, they sent someone to my home, who can see it was not the same house. UPS notified me they sent paperwork over to Fashion Nova and waiting on the to respond on 11/9 @ about 4:30pm. I spoke to UPS, they stated they will issue Fashion Nova a check for my package, but I can't get a response for them. I think that is awful for a consumer to have to wait this long. I will never make another purchase again from them. I should not have to wait this long, as a company you are insured for missing packages.

Desired outcome: Refund me my money in a timely manner.

Fashion Nova Order #[protected] Not Delivered And They Don't Want To Refund Me

I placed an order with fashion Nova, I use my Post office address, the first red flag was that order was supposed to be delivered in 2days, this particular order took 9days. The carrier was ostrac. I was at work on Oct 30, 2023 when I received a message that my package was delivered at 2:06p to front door, that's the 2nd red flag, this is a post office who delivers product to front door? I went to my local post office, they told me they don't have any package for me. I contacted Fashion Nova, they ask me to wait 72hrs, that was a long wait, I did waited I send a message back and I was told they are not liable for lost package. I have send several emails, they keep dismissing me. I can't bear the lost of $120, that's totally unacceptable.

Fashion Nova Sent wrong and damaged items and having to pay to send it back

So that’s the problem I’m now having to come out over almost 90 dollars and on top of the return meaning I’m paying almost over if not 120 dollars and that’s the items I bought and pay for fast shipping on one item and on top of that the fee in order to return it and I was originally sent the wrong sized item on top of it being damaged and shoes to which straps don't fit around the ankle now trying to return to see if I can process a claim and customer support has not been helpful I just want to return get my money and never deal with fashion nova again im a first-time buyer and I see why I never used this brand before this started Oct 17 of 2023 and is a current ongoing issue trying to get ahold of a person or even to have this resolved has been extremely difficult for no reason

Fashion Nova Order not received rude customer service

Wasn’t received and I’ve called emailed everything. No help AT ALL I was sent a burly [censored] picture of a package on concrete which apparently is “proof “ it was delivered… I’m getting no help and I’m livid. Like who runs this place. Get your company together. I’ve never bought from here before but now researching and seeing the law suits about this exact thing gave me everything I needed to know. And I can see why they were sued. I swear people and companies don’t care about anything but money.

Desired outcome: I would just like a refund I originally just wanted it resent to me. But I absolutely want nothing to do with this company anymore.

Fashion Nova Refund

I ordered something from fashion nova in 2021, for my graduation , it didn't fit, so i returned it right away, not realizing that fashion nova doesn't refund money, they sent me an "e-giftcard" that i said i'd never use because i do not dhop places that actually takes your money, but refuses to give it back. They guaranteed me that the ecard doesn't expire, it is now 10.24.2023 and i tried to use the ecard on fashion nova and the card says " expired" i emails them and they're still telling me they don't do returns, and still never sent a new e-giftcard. So i've been ripped off by this company.

Fashion Nova Refunds

I spent £96.00 on two halloween costumes that were in the sale. They arrived at my house and I tried them on and was terribly disappointed with the quality of them considering I nearly spent £100.00 on just 2 products with such terrible quality. I went to start a return but I could not as they were sale items however, when I purchased these it never stated that I could not return these products. As a costumer it is against my statutory rights to not allow me to return items that I am very unhappy with as well as not clearly state that sale items are non refundable.

Desired outcome: I should be very grateful to you if you would provide me with an immediate refund as I spent a lot of money on the 2 products. if I knew I could not have returned the items I would not have purchased them.

Fashion Nova Wrong items sent.

I ordered the Treat Me Like That Heels - Black (7.5) and not only received a completely different shoe, but also a completely different size (8) which had labels for both the right and wrong shoe on the outside of the box. Now it says they are sold out in my correct size, so even if I’m refunded, I assume I can no longer get the actual pair I paid for. If this isn’t resolved I will be refuting this through my bank, leaving a poor review on any platform that will allow me to and never shopping with Fashion Nova again.

Fashion Nova My fashion nova order

My package was supposedly delivered to my Lockbox on 9/15/23 but I have yet to see it. I checked and there was no package so I emailed fashion nova customer care and they said they were unable to provide me a refund because the delivery person had shown a photo of the package delivered but in the picture it wasn’t in my lockbox but was in the window seal in my apartment complex mail room. But on the delivery app it said delivered to my lockbox. Doesn’t make sense at all. The delivery driver could’ve easily took it back with them after that photo or the could’ve even let someone else get it but either way it’s their fault knowingly it was supposed to be in my lockbox as stated.

i ordered a maxi dress and received a midi dress. Clearly the dress was not as described

They did not even offer me a paid return label !

They kept on trying to convince me that maybe I needed a bigger size in the meanwhile the dress was not even tight on me

Every email is answered by a different person that has no clue about the situation

Fashion Nova Ordered a package almost a year ago

Hello, I ordered a package almost a year ago and I have sent fashion nova numerous of compliments. They have not yet to do anything about it or reach out. That is my hard-working money right there. On the 22 of August my cousin and I ordered clothes from fashion nova around 8 pm with my mom’s credit card and it approved total was €400. Like we have a friend that lives in Portugal we decided to ship it there and she will bring it to Mozambique where the payment took place later on at 10pm I receive a message saying that my order was cancelled due to fraud but fast forward two days my mom received the confirmation that money was deducted from her card. So we would like to have our clothes because of the time we spent waiting for them. And later on 23 of August I receive a email saying “thank you for your purchase “ but still on the site it says that my order is cancelled so I would really like to receive my clothes

Fashion Nova Package not received

I understand that stuff happens and you may not receive your items for whatever reason, BUT the lack of communication and customer service is disheartening. My package has been missing for almost a month now and nothing has been done to assist me, compensate, or even just replace the items. I've contacted the carrier used by Fashion Nova several times and have not received any help. They are unable to give you details on your "delivered" package.
