Have not received my order and the help center never gets back to me
Hello. I ordered 3 items from Fashion Nova..on 9/28/2022. I have not received any of the items...I did receive an email that said something to the effect that my order had been cancelled...So I thought it might be due to inventory. Which I understand.

I was also given a tracking number ZY09FPA3 it only read that a label had been created.
I checked on the 3 itms and it appears the two items (Paparazzi Legging Set in Blue and Mauve) are out of stock becuase I can't order them again...However...the Flying So Far 3 piece Tropical Short Set in size 1X looks like it is still in stock and I'm able to order it again on line. However...I should have received it by now that being the case since it was ordered on September 28, 2022.
I have emailed the (Help Center) since no one answers any of the numbers I have located to help...however they have been of NO HELP at all. sadly. I have sent at least 5 emails to them...and receive an email back starting someone will contact me between 24-48 hours...but this has been going on for a month now...and no one has contacted me in any way.
I'm starting to think this is another scam...:( but I know that you all DO exist...as I saw a lady have on this outfit and I asked her where she got it and I was told Fashion Nova...So I ordered it right away.
Is it possible that SOMEONE could help me please? I would still like this items...If it isn't avbl then let me know and I will cancel the order and hopefully get my money back.
I'm just feeling lost here becuase I used to love to order things online..but the last three times it has been a scam...I know this gives all on lline shopping a bad name...so hopefully you can help me.

I made a purchase at fashion nova through the app on Nov.23rd on Nov.25th they said my order shipped which I knew couldn't be possible because of Thanksgiving but im still sitting here waiting on information about my order almost 2 weeks later and no one will any emails you can't even talk to someone about it because they turned their phone lines off...How you don't want to help people with their money they spent...the things I order was a space jam galaxy coat, a blue Tasmanian devil shirt and a black belt all for Christmas...

I have been shopping at fashionnova for a while and never gone through this. For some strange reason these people are telling me my package has been delivered and it wasn’t. They using this freaking shipping company that goes by laser ship which is also a whole theft and unprofessional as heck. I explain to these people about my package and fashion nova had the audacity to send my a $5 gift card. What the [censored] can that even buy when I spent over $80. The audacity. I believe if it was a celebrity or an influencer with a lot of followers they would handle the matter different. I know I won’t shop there again but! I NEED MY MONEY BACK.

Not delivering correctly and items then out of stock
I ordered with Fashion Nova more than $89 and they cancelled one item, out of stock.
Then their shipper/delivery service shipped the rest of my items and the delivery person left the items in a different location other than my condo!
GLS Shipping was the delivery. I just filed a complaint as they left my package in the incorrect location, no where near my condo.
Additionally, they put this as delivered and Fashion Nova stated I must wait 72 hrs. No package still, not even in my mailbox.
Fashion Nova does not want to refund me the amount and I wanted to order the same exact things now and they are out of stock in my sizes.
Note- I have ordered with Fashion Nova before to the same location and it was never an issue. It always makes it to my door with no issues.
I am beyond upset at this as I needed these clothes to go out of town.

Dress and no resolution for missing package
On 11/26 I received a notice that a dress I purchased from fashion nova had been delivered by lasership however the dress was never received. The delivery notification stated it was delivered to the mailroom and although I do not have a mail room, my leasing off had no record of receipt of a package. I contacted lasership and fashion nova and received no assistance. Fashion nova repeatedly sent me an automated message and did not attempt to resolve or rectify the matter. Lasership stated they conducted the investigation and my package was delivered and to reach out to fashion nova. I am without my money and without my goods and have received no assistance from fashion nova at all.
Desired outcome: I’d like to be refunded for my missing package and for fashion nova to have a more customer service friendly process for addressing missing or undelivered packages

On October 24th I purchased some clothing for the 1st time in the amount of $313.81. The clothing was way to big on me in which I returned and it showed the order was returned to you’ll Monday November 14th. Reference #[protected]. Used an unreliable carrier and refuses to issue refund or file complaint for my lost/stolen package
I placed an order from fashion nova that was marked as delivered by lso on november 22, 2022; however, I did not receive this delivery. According to lso’s message, the package was delivered to my front door at 11:58am, but this is not possible because my apartments are secure and don’t allow non-residents access. Furthermore, I work from home and would have been available to answer the door if this were true.
My apartment also has mailbox lockers that notify me when I have a package. Why would the carrier leave my package unsecured if there are secure locations to place them?
I received 2 packages from other companies on this same day. One from amazon and another from general carriers. Both companies used the lockers and I was notified of the deliveries. I did not receive an alert about a delivery from fashion nova or lso from the secure lockers that my apartments provide.
This leads me to believe that the carrier either left my package unsecured, resulting in theft, or my package was not delivered at all.
Fashion nova will not file a claim for this because they say it is the carrier’s fault. If my package was stolen, this is because it was not properly delivered to the secure lockers in my mailroom. There is no way that the package could have been left at my door, as there is no access to the building.
So disappointing to be left responsible for the negligence of other people. No one that I contact seems to care. They just point fingers to the other company.

Fashion Nova gave me store credit
I am so dissatisfied with fashion Nova I went from being a loyal customer to not even wanting to do business with fashion Nova ever again 😡🤬😡! I literally ordered a jacket from the website and it was supposed to have been delivered okay I get it but why leave a package sitting at a door with no screen door in a apartment complex and at 930 pm didn't knock on the door or anything so obviously my package ends up missing and I contacted the delivery company and fashion Nova customer service support it's nothing either one can do because the package was left at the address I think that isn't fair 60 dollars paid all together and I can't even get store credit replacement jacket or nothing I'm done with them that's a rip off foreal and they know better they will lose plenty of customers if they really operate like this I am highly upset I swear to God ibam

I ordered items from fashion nova never got order number or tracking number never received email can’t call them they never responded to my email this company sucks they just took my hard earned money which was over a hundred dollars never responded to any of my emails I am so disappointed but I will never order from them again. Sizing & return, exchange, and refund policy...
I made a large order back in Sept of 2022 for nine - 9 - pairs of jeans. For me and my daughter. I know our sizes very well.
I've bought from Fashion Nova a TON in the last year, alone. Having spent over $1000 (not counting this order) in 11 months time. I'd never had to return an item, even though one of the jumpers I bought was more snug than I wanted and I could have benefited from a size up, it wasn't worth sending back - in my opinion.
Then came my order of 9 pairs of jeans. I ordered mine and my daughters normal sizes and only ONE pair of her jeans fit her. The others she could practically swim in. One pair of mine were practically swimming on me, the others - however, were so tight, I could barely get them over my hips and only one of those could I zip up - 80's style by lying on the bed and stop breathing...
It was a bit odd, since they were ALL the same sizes (my daughters were all in her size and mine where in mine). So, I contacted Fashion Nova to get exchanges (preferrable). And was told that only one pair of jeans could be refunded (no exhanges) and it was the one pair I got free...
SOOOO... I needed to send back my $0 pair of completely brand new with the tags on them jeans for a refund of $0... And, all the rest was literally a "we're sorry but no refunds on the other jeans..."
I sent them an email to express how upset that made me. And I proceeded to get spammed by them with the same email SIX TIMES expressing that they were sorry my experience was not what I wanted and they hoped I understood that (and I'm completely paraphrasing here, obviously, but I can read between the lines real well...) while they wanted me to continue to spend my money at the fashion nova website, it was not beneficial to THEM to refund my order and they hoped I wasn't so upset that I wouldn't continue to give them my money with no guarantee that the products will fit.
This wouldn't even have been a problem, had their sizing been consistent to what it (use to?) be... Over 11 months, I had literally made a minimum of 6 orders... I 'was' very confident in mine and my daughters sizing. I feel that if you can't consistently stick to your sizing... then you need a great return, exchange, refund policy. And telling a customer - basically - sorry about your luck... thanks for the money and keep sending it! Is not only ethically wrong, it's insulting.
Fashion Nova jeans have been my favorite jeans since I ordered my first pair in 2021. And I have a ton in my closet. Sadly, I won't make another purchase from them. I have begun shopping at Shein (apparently they have a great refund policy). I have yet to try their jeans.
I often wondered why there are literally no "Fashion Nova hauls" on Youtube... this is why. No one can trust their sizing and people don't want to spend money to basically throw it away because our normal size doesn't fit.

accidentally placed an order with my card instead of my credit
this website is so absolutely horrendous. i placed an order and i had a credit from a previous return, i went to go apply it but i accidentally hit purchase and can no longer get my money back. i did not have the money to spend in the first place and it is really upsetting how unethical this company is with returns. i even called the phone number and it just redirects you to go to their online help center and then hangs up. what a load of garbage.

Returns not refunding for all items in package
Fashionnova now wants you to pay to return each individual items . Sometimes items are small enough to be packaged in one box or postal package however , for them to steal money from the public , they require you sent each item individually back and want separate shipping labels which is ridiculous. In a case you send more than one item in a package , they would only refund one item and not the others basically keeping the item , or giving you a run around for your refund although they received the item!

Fashion Nova Missing Item
This website is a scam so please do yourself the honors of ordering absolutely nothing from this site unless you want to be taken advantage of and also if you want to find out you will never receive the product, etc. A few days ago, I placed an order for a Falls Favorite Girl Sweater II - Burgundy and a pair of boots for about $50. I tried to contact the company via their phone number and email. As much as I tried to recover the money I lost when I placed my clothing order, I got absolutely nothing. And I am still trying to send emails. I need help. However, I could say that in Tinkuyshop I got better quality clothes and 10/10 attention, therefore I´ll never use fashion nova again.

Fashion Nova on October 24,2022 order number [protected]. Everything was going fine until it was time to be delivered. They used a company called Lasership also known as OnTracc. I checked the app continuously to see when my package would arrive. I saw that it said delivered on October 30 through the tracking number 1LSCY2H0015IDF1. I looked outside there was nothing. I was confused. I still looked and I saw that the driver for Lasership uploaded a picture near the sidewalk where she “allegedly” delivered my package. First thought was she stole it because why place it near the sidewalk just for a photo op to say it was delivered, no where near the front door even though it said “ delivered at front door.” I contacted her Lasership continuously and was told that there were, and I quote “ two big dogs in the yard” by Josh the supervisor in Meriden, CT, and that’s why she, the driver, did not place the package at the door. It is indeed a lie because we do not own a dog, neither were there any dogs in the picture that she took. Then she claimed after I called out her lies that she couldn’t open the gate as per the general manager Juan in Meriden, CT. Now Fashion Nova refuses to give me my money back or at the very least replace my package. This is ridiculous, the Lasership delivery drivers uses their own vehicles and are considered “ private contractors” as told to me by Juan the general manager in Meriden, CT. I think this gives them an opportunity to steal and Fashion Nova are responsible for my package if the carrier that’s supposed to deliver it steals it!

1 day shipping on over $100 purchase
I made a purchase online on November 15th based on the offer that if you purchased an order over $100 and before 3pm et it would be free one day shipping...and I did just that. The order was supposed to be here on Wednesday November 16th by the end of the day and I have yet to receive it. They gave a $15 store credit but that does not make up for the money that i have spent. And the days are still getting pushed back and now it's the holiday and I need my item today. Now it's saying November 25th They are still offering 1 days shipping in which it is FALSE! They are just wanting you to spend more money and I hate I even tried it. After spending over $500 with Fashion Nova the last two months I am now having an issue with an order they said was delivered that I never received. I contacted the carrier LSO whom Fashion Nova used and they said my package was sent back to the carrier because it was undeliverable. After contacting Fashion Nova multiple times they have yet to investigate the claim and will not credit my refund. I have provided emails from LSO (again the carrier that Fashion Nova chose) that states the package was "returned to sender". But, Fashion Nova has yet to issue a refund for a package that I never received.
