SAYS delivered, but NEVER delivered
I put in an order on December 5th and here it is December 22nd and I have not received my order. At first the teaching was not even moving, then ask if a sudden when I try contacting support the teaching says delivered. I want to check the day and time and checked my cameras and never was a package delivered. The fact that Fashion Nova is supposedly so well known and gets all of these orders from us and don't even bother to care for the customers is disgusting, selfish, and very unprofessional. They are stealing our money, and NOTHING is being done about it. Honestly, this business should be shut down because there are way too many complaints about the same issue and none of them are being resolved! I WANT EITHER MY ORDER OR A REFUND and clearly I am getting neither!

Hello I got a text message today about product and it read Ho Ho Hoe first of all Your products are geared toward the Black women community so I am offended by this awful text message as it calls for HOES to get a discount it is referring to what rappers call a black female for being with many men and selling her body. I am not a HOE and I’d appreciate an apology a public apology. I will not be buying another thing from your website or store I will make this go public on social media.

Lost package.
Hello, so I ordered from fashion nova last month around the 25th. I have not gotten my items. I look on the tracking and it says my package was lost and it’s undeliverable. I tried contacting fashion nova and they didn’t resolve anything.
They say my package was marked as delivered but I looked on my cameras and no one came with any package! LSO company has similar complaints.

Missing package
This company will steal your [censored]ing money, I've ordered with them before and didn't have issues until now. The package said it was delivered and handed to me. I've reached out to the carrier and the seller and they're just telling me the package say's it's delivered. I'm disputing this with PayPal and my bank because how can you not deliver my items nor offer a refund. You will think after being sued they'll change and do better and they're not. Soon as the next lawsuit starts I'm joining because I don't have 100 bucks to just give away. I keep getting responses that if the package was stolen to do xyz, however the package was not stolen if the carrier you guys selected handed to the wrong person.

My building is 5807 and my package was delivered to building 5811, Unit 303 (same apartment number as mine). I saw the tracking information and hunt down where exactly my package was delivered.
Two buildings after mine, I found the same exact door from the picture they took when delivered on Saturday, Dec. 10th, and asked the neighbors today Friday, Dec. 16th if they had my package. Neighbors told me they haven't seen anything, so my package was stolen because it was delivered to the wrong building with the same apartment number as mine.
I never had this issue before with Fashion Nova, and it is really frustrating for me to think no one wants to help. Fashion Nova keeps giving me the run around and doesn't want to help. I will leave them with a 0-star review because they don't want to take accountability for this issue. The person who was responsible for delivering my order to the right hands delivered it to the wrong ones.
LaserShip (the shipping company) who made the mistake doesn't want to help either. I want my money back, please!

I've ordered 4 t-shirts and 2 Cargo pants. Order#[protected], and I placed the order on November 28, 2022 and total was CAD$163.54 Now I don't like the quality and wants to return all the items however Fashion Nova does not provide a pre-paid shipping label. I've not experienced such a bad customer service, moreover there is no phone number or chat to speak with Customer Service. I tried to return my items on Fashion Nova website which only provides return instruction and mentions the estimate return amount of only $106.05 seriously? I almost paid CAD$163.54 and has to pay for return shipment. I think Fashion Nova is running scam instead of business, now when I need live customer sevice from Fashion Nova, I don't see any option. Worse experience ever.
Desired outcome: I want Fashion Nova to send me a pre-paid shipping label to return my all items and want exact amount(CAD$163.54) back for refund which I paid.

I spent close to $200 on black Friday. I placed a order for 3 pairs of shoes and clothing. I never received the 3 pairs of shoes. I contacted fashionnova help center and told them. I sent the my door bell video showing only 1 out of 2 packages were delivered. I went on lashership and tracked the 2nd pack which showed it was scanned at lashership at 10:18am and at 10:19am they scanned it delivered. I emailed the screen shots of the tracking to fashionnova and they basically told me that it was not there fault. They said it was marked delivered so they will not refund me for the shoes. The carrier lashership said I had to contact fashionnova. Fashionnova does not care about their customers. I will never shop at fashionnova again. They need better customer service!

Very disappointing! i placed an order for a skirt on the 6th December and never received any confirmation email or tracking of the package.
WORST of all there was no way I could contact Fashion nova through their website as it required an order number to proceed which i never received.

I bought 3 items from fashion nova 1 anything could draped bodysuit red large, 1 tie em up boyfriend jeans medium blue wash size 13 and falling for your charm jumpsuit red L. I order these three on may 7 2022! On top of that I needed it expedited at that point, so I paid 5.99 for shipping. It said on its way the next day on may 8 which sounds right because I needed the clothes that week! I paid a total of 65.68+ 5.99 shipping + 5.90 for taxes the total would be $81.57. I’ve put in about 4 reports each 1 to 2 months apart because I didn’t want to over complain because they said that wouldn’t help but at this point it’s December 13 2022! I want my money back or my clothes or a solution because this is outrageous! I am pissed and I don’t feel safe buying from them again! I need a solution!

Missing/stolen package
Purchased a jacket from fashion nova online which totaled $51.50 the delivery company lasership whom i've never heard of delivered my package to my front door unsecured and at 10 o'clock at night really though and my package was stolen! I reported my issues to the delivery company and fashion nova customer service support and was told to file a complaint about my package being missing/stolen.. Now fashion nova and the delivery company is saying their is nothing that can be done beings the package was sat at my front door for anyone to take! Fashion nova customer support told me to call my local precinct and let them know what happen 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️! At this point im through with fashion nova and I really was a fan and wouldve been a loyal customer but they don't even wanna do anything about it and thats not fair I mean they could've at least gave me my money back or even store credit or just gave me another coat its not like my order was fake and not legit but they just basically said oh well hopefully I wont have this problem in the near future ordering from them...

I ordered 80 dollars worth of clothing on November 27, 2022 and it said delivered on December 8th but I checked the footage of all neighbors and it was not there. No truck arrived to deliver any package to any one of our houses. I'm annoyed because I used my hard earned money on this only to get nothing back. Fashion Nova told me they cannot take responsibility because it is the shipping company's fault. The shipping company is asking me to reach out to seller if it has not arrived.

Items missing from order delivered, no responses to email
Four items have been missing from my order that was deliver to me few weeks. Soon as I opened the package I contacted their customer service via their “ Contact us” also offered to provide video or picture proof of the order bag , receipts etc that was delivered to me.
First time they asked me if I want refund or reship, I said reship since I really wanted those items. No response, emailed again no response, emailed again no response, asked for an update, NO RESPONSE.
So I went to their website again, put in another “contact us” message, someone responded with the same verbiage again, refund or reship, this time I stated that I want refund, I gave up on reship with such terrible customer service. Since then I have been emailing them to ask for a refund update and still NO RESPONSE yet! I am honestly tired, I have been extremely polite all along!

I ordered from fashionnova on 26 november and it was written that my order will arrive on 7 december but few days after ordering they changed the estimation of delivery to 19 december. The problem is that I live in france because I came here to study and on 18 december I will go back to Morocco to spend Christmas with them and I won't get back to france until 30 december.

I am extremely pissed off and unsatisfied with how you conduct your site here online. On November 24 I Placed the order [protected] once placed I noticed the shipping address was wrong. I went to change the address however site the way its set up wouldn't allow me to do so. I chatted to someone who informed me someone would be in touch with me but never did. In good faith thinking all would work out I went ahead and put in for another order which was order # [protected] in which I included another item in with the ones I originally wanted. I contacted them by phone through paypal only to end up getting a recording and no possible way of speaking to someone verbally. The original package [protected] was never ever received despite them having proof of it being sent to 5 West and would appreciate a refund for items that at this point is of no use now because of placing a complete new order person now has the items as the 2nd order went to the correct address at 207 S. 3rd and not to 5 West 8 where package was originally sent I also also tried reopening my case through PayPal but they took it upon themselves to go in favor of fashion nova and closed the case thereby not allowing me to reopen the case. Then they put email addresses of how to write them and messages dont go through. You try calling and voice mail goes on but does not allow no messages to even be left in hopes getting a call back. Fashion Nova and in to some degree even PayPal are very unprofessional in the way they conduct business.
Packages delivered to wrong place, no help, no refund
Placed an order on 11/26. It finally shipped on 12/04. The company they are using for shipping is gls. I received a message on 12/05 saying my packages were delivered. I knew that was not the case, as I am the manager of my building and no deliveries were made by that time in the morning. The photo of the "delivery" is on the ground outside of some rundown house with bars on the windows, not an apartment building. I live in a large apartment building, which is why I provided my apartment number. When you google the address I provided my building is the only place that shows up. Fashion nova will not provide any kind of update or help until it's been 72 hours. I have already waited weeks for my package and now i'm being told there's nothing they can do. The emails are all computer automated, and there is no number to call. This has cost me over $200. The delivery company is also giving me the runaround and both fn and gls keep telling me the package was delivered. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company in the past, and this is insane that they won't do a single thing but take your money and ignore you. They say they are not responsible for packages that are stolen or picked up by someone else, however the awful delivery company they decided to use delivered it to the wrong place... And somehow that's my fault? This needs to be fixed immediately.

Orders not received
I have placed two seperate orders through this place and having issues with both. I ordered one 11/18/22 with "Express Shipping" which is a total like. I have since yet to receive it. They had put on 12/2/22 that it was delivered but never was I provided proof to FN and then the status of delivery all the sudden changed to in transit and out for deliver since 12/5/22 at 10:30 am today is 12/7/22 and still no package. I have also another order placed 11/22/22 that I have not received as well showing out for delivery since 12/5/22 and now showing shipping time to be determined. I am now worried they will be doing that with that package as well both packages combined are worth over $200 and are Christmas gifts to my daughters : (You can't speak to anyone at FN or at LSO shipping only through email and have yet to receive a contact from LSO and FN is giving me the biggest run around. I dont want store credit, I don't want a reorder as I am sure I will not get that as well, I want my refund on both! There have been several complaints on LSO shipping saying pretty much the same thing. LSO is a scam and its workers are stealing our merchandise we have all worked so very hard for I am beyond livid and am not being helped!

I placed and order during the Black Friday sales, I got an email that my order was split onto 2 shipments (I don’t understand why this was done anyway). 1 part of my order was delivered and I was waiting for the other part which says out for delivery! I later got a message from the delivery person asking for gate codes so my order could be delivered the next day. I obliged and gave them the codes. The next day, my order didn’t show up. Only for me to get a delivery notification for 2:30am claiming it’s been delivered. I checked out my door (which is where it was meant to be delivered to) it wasn’t there so I reached out to the delivery person that I haven’t seen my order and they replied that it was delivered to the leasing office! I replied letting them know the office only works from 9-5pm and there’s no way they had access to make a delivery at that time there and I was blocked. I reported this to Fashionnova and they said they will not do anything about it. I have a ring camera at my door so they could never say they were at my door! Only USPS is authorized to deliver and access the mailroom! I need the missing items because they are Christmas gifts.
My order has been cancelled
My order has been cancelled because my billing information does not align with my financial institution on November 26, 2022. The problem is that on the email it is written that I was refunded but I still haven't received any refund (more than 10 business days) because It's written on the refund policy that refunds can take from 7 to 10 business days. The biggest problem is that I don't even know how to contact them since I live in Morocco so I can't reach them and there isn't any address email or phone number to contact them. The email I sent was the last email I have received from them about the order.
