I made an order but no confirmation email
I made an order on 10/25/2022 my name is Carstyn Roggenbuck and my email is [protected]@msn.com. I used zip to pay and the first payment has already been deducted from my account but I haven’t received a confirmation email and therefore have no order number. I tried to login to my account but it says sent activation email but I haven’t received that either. I want a order number/confirmation email or please cancel my order!

Order of clothes over $600
2 weeks ago I placed a order with fashion nova. $680 worth of clothes. I paid for the rush fee. I waited at home for my order that day. The package never came. I contact ups and fashion nova. Fashion nova says I have to wait 48hrs to see if I receive it because sometimes the delivery person will mark it as delivered when it’s not we’ll the deliver guy that was delivering packages that day said he never had my package to begin with! So I place another order the same way, over $680 they let my payment process I get a delivery date of Friday the 21st with my rush fee. I get a email today saying it was canceled because the billing and shipping does not match mind you the last package did not have the same shipping and billing address yet they still shipped my order I never received. Now they cancel this order after a day and take my money. I then place another order and just use my original address I used the first time and they cancel again AFTER TAKING MY MONEY! I’m so furious and I will never order from fashion nova again. If the address does not match billing before even processing payment why would you guys let 3 orders go through? We should get our money automatically back not 7-10 business days! This is a big inconvenience and very unprofessional. After this is resolved I will never ever order from fashion nova again. This year has been the most problems.

I am yet to receive an email with over $200 of store credit. Although I have proof on my Fashion Nova account that they do exist, I cannot use them because they don't provide the complete numbers. I've reached to them repeatedly over the span of a week and although I do get a response, I still get no e-gift card.

Lost package - refused refund
Placed an order with Fashion Nova #[protected] was shipped via UPS tracking# 1ZW653X0320448724 said to be delivered 9/13/22. This package was provided to UPS with an invalid shipping address, it was missing the house numbers to be delivered to. UPS looked up the recipient's name in their data base and found a match to the name in the same city and changed the delivery address without the purchaser's knowledge or permission and shipped it to the wrong address. UPS attempted to get the package back but was unable to. UPS opened a claim 4359763501A and refunded the full amount $49.69 back to Fashion Nova (their customer) on 10/9/22 due to their mishandling of the package. Fashion Nova continues to deny a refund or re-shipment of the order and will not contact me the purchaser. Fashion Nova keeps stating they are not responsible for lost or stolen packages to file a police report; however, this package was lost due to their carrier and not me or a theft. UPS has accepted full responsibility and issued Fashion Nova a full refund of the order total and advised me to reach out to them to get the order re-shipped or refunded however, Fashion Nova is uncooperative and at this point has stolen my money. I want a refund of $49.69 back to the original tender type. I have emailed Fashion nova numerous times; it seems an automated system is responding as I get the same responses. True responses are file a police report, we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages once there is proof it was delivered, here is a $5 give card for your inconvenience.

Never receiving refund or e-gift card credit for returns
I placed an order back in May of this year before going vacation. I was unhappy with how a lot of the items fit me. I went to return them only to realize I can’t get my money back—only store credit. I was annoyed but I have experienced this with other online realtors before so I said whatever and sent the items back and waited for my e-gift card. Since then it has been SIX months and still have not received my store credit (of $235 mind you). They have no phone number for customer service. The only way you can contact this company is via e-mail. I have been in communication with them and all they say is for me to “check my spam and junk folders” for my e-gift card that ends in “399g”. I have checked MULTIPLE times—I am not illiterate. They are NOT sending e-gift cards out. They are scamming everyone of their money. After reading these complaints which all say the same thing I say we all group together and file a class action law suit against this company and report them to BBB as stealing customers money because this is not acceptable. I will be looking into this going forward because what they are doing is illegal

This morning, i bought 4 items from Fashion. Nova which cost 49.39$ including tax and shipping, but then when i checked my bank account it removed 70$! Fashion Nova Damaged Items
The "Keeping It Cute Top - Nude" arrived with holes on both sides. The "I'm Good Bodysuit - White" arrived with an out of shape wire that literally makes the top unwearable. Moreover, as you can see in the picture, it appears to have been sewn incorrectly to begin with.
Initially, when I reached out to Fashion Nova Customer Care, I was hopeful that this would be handled well. However, I am so disappointed as it has been over a week of waiting to hear from their team. Also, the more I look at images of these items, I am offended that you would allow such faulty items to be sent out to their consumers.
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate if they'd replace my items and provide me with a free shipping label to return these obviously damaged items.

I ordered $157 worth of merchandise. I contacted the team when my package said delivered and they said to wait a few days, and contact your neighbors. No one has my package and the time stamp for my package is not shown on camera. Their email system is no help. They have no solutions. I feel like they are just taking my money at this point. Missing package
I recently placed an order on 9/14/22, it stated it would be delivered the 16th and the shipping got delayed and on 9/22/22 I got an email saying my package was “delivered” while I was at work, I found that curious since my ring doorbell never showed someone at my door. When I got home my package was not at my door or mailbox even though lasership said they left it at my door. I contacted fashion nova and that carrier that very day and was told to wait 72 hours. It has been past that and the carrier said they investigated and they can’t do anything since the package was “delivered” and fashion nova said the same and that I can not get a refund, they told me to file a police report for a stolen package. My package was not stolen because my doorbell camera would of recorded that. And my door cam was charged since early some JW went to my door and the app alerted me. This is so unacceptable I am not paying for something I never received.

On August 10th I ordered 2 pairs of Precious Fit High Waist Jeans and a zip up jacket for 102.82 cents. I NEVER recieved my order so i reached out to Fasion Nova via email. Fashion Nova issued me a credit in the amount of 382.88 in form of a gift card and then disabled the gift card claiming there is an issue with the return.
If there was a question about the returned items, why wasn't I first contacted and given the opportunity to investigate on my end before cancelling my gift card and leaving me in the dark about it? I returned everything except two bathing suits, one for $23.99 and the other for $27.99. This gives me a credit balance of $382.88 which is still owed to me.
I am a long time Fashion Nova customer and when I make a purchase and the quality and or fit are not as advertised or do not work for me I simply return those items in accordance with Fashion Nova's return policy.
Fashionnova owes me a credit, has not responded to my inquiry, refuses to refund my credit card and will not issue a store credit. I would like my credit card credit or a gift card in the full amount owed to me.

In September the 5th I placed an order with fashion nova on the 13th upon tracking it shows order delivered left in lobby! I came home from work no package in lobby I asked around building no one has seen it ! So that night I contacted fashion nova only to relate they have no phone customer service and so you can contact only via email. They replied saying I have to wait until three days because e the package might still be in transit and advised me to go to their courier website lashership to track package, I did and on laserships website it shows delivered to 10468 left in lobby when my address clearly has my apartment number and my zip code is not 10468 but 10458! So for one week I’ve messaging fashion nova and they are making it clear to me tht they cannot resend the items ! They said it’s been delivered! I’m saying to them delivered to where the lobby where people walk in and out …apparently someone stole my package, I’m very disappointed in fashion novas customer service it’s horrible they are very unfair they need to use a more reliable courier

I placed an order on Sep. 3, 2022 and the order was not delivered on time and when I received the order there were several items that was damaged. Black/White tie Affair Midi, seam was coming loose. The Light Blue Ribbed Mini Dress had serval oil spots on it as if someone had worn the dress, I bought two of these dresses because they look really nice online, but the quality was very poor. Because these two dresses were final sales, I was told that I couldn't return them. I bought a Denim Midi Dress was a very low-quality product it look like cheap fibric. Also these cloths not true to the size chart. The Street Moo Mini Dress Fit nice in the waist down but the top of the dress was way too big, and I am a 38DD. The Ruched Denim Mini Medium Wash looked as if someone sewed a seam down this dress and just pulled the end of the thread too put gatherings in it and didn't cut the thread, this was the worst dress I have ever seen. I order # Jumpsuit and they fit fine but the Crotch area hung way down my leg. This is why I am asking for my refund. I am not at all satisfied the quality of your cloths. Some of the things I got was damaged on arrival and others didn’t fit me right. Some fit good in the top area but to big in the bottom. If it fit in the bottom it was to small in the top. So they sent me a return label and I mail the I clothes back to them and explain that because of the poor quality of the product that I would not be ordering anything thing else from the company, could I get my money back.
